Your descriptions on your site are so badly written they are laughable! Misspellings abound, which make me wonder if the items are any better than their descriptions. Maybe you should hire someone with a decent command of the English language, since you seems so eager to break into the US Market.
I paid for my product and I never received it because Ashley, the Nihao representative, wrote my address wrong and did not return my money or send me the merchandise, do not buy from that company, it is a scam

I had a pending order that was not pay for but I also had a Credit and I was trying to complete the purchase and could not so I Immediately contacted customer service they responded quickly and was able to complete my purchase with out me paying the difference. I've placed 4-5 orders with them every order had an issue and because I am a business I preorder to bee ahead so we've n I don't receive the items I anticipated after awaiting weeks to not get what I want use a great disappointment and they don't care they gave me a store credit why would I continue to order from a company that's unreliable and has false advertisement
They took over £300 from me, they had an issue on their website but they refuse to give me back any money & say it's my fault. The customer service is awful. Company is disgusting.

Secondly they're in China some where and cannot be reached during the day, long story short as of today 4/24 I have not received my refund, I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEM EVER if I could give them a zero star I would
