Nike supposedly has a two year warranty but it starts when the shoe was manufactured not when you purchased it. Basically you can buy a pair today and they could be falling apart 6 months later and they will not honor the warranty if it was made over 2 years ago.How am I to know as a consumer when the shoe was manufactured? I can tell you when I purchased it how much it cost and that it's defective. They should put an expiration date on your receipt so you can shop for their product as you would milk. Both pairs are less than 2 years old
I have bought several things from nike because when you want to buy legit name brands why not deal directly with the source right? Well the last pair of shoes I bought from them were clearly used. The white soles were covered in dirt, light dirt but still and they had some type of sticky substance all over them like jelly. I contacted them and they told me to get a refund I have to send the shoes back to them and i have to pay for shipping them back to them. Really? Then I bought a jordan hoodie, sweatpants and hat and it took over 2 months to receive the hat and was ignored and hung up on by customer service but until recently I always had good experiences with them which is why i give 3 stars.
I bought some black AF1s for a uniform and the truth is that I expected a lot from them because of the price and because they are one of the best selling and best rated models, but I think they are too expensive for what they really are. The quality is not the best of all, they are not that comfortable and they are heavy.

1 star is because I am able to connect to a customer rep. Zero star for the customer service. I have to call 3 times to place an exchange. When I ask for price match since I got a discount earlier.The first rep told me she made the price adjustment after minutes and gave me the original price. …the second rep told me the things were low in stock on website but actually out of stock in his end, and he couldn't place the exchange order for me. Only the third rep was able to help me out. I don't know what to say. Can Nike hire someone more professional?
Nike pulled its product of the Betsy Ross flag model of shoes just because that traitor baby Colin K. Three a hissy fit and he was offended by them. Nike, how about selling the shoes and dumping that traitor instead?
Done with online Nikekeep sending me the wrong item 4x. Pick black send me dark gray. Pick white send me light gray. Then offer me 10% off my next order. Wow really like that's helping me. I'm done with their online store. Picture shows the color I order but don't get what is pictured. I'm done.

It seems that I already tried all the running shoes across all the brands available in the market. Of course this is a bit of hyperbole. But I have tried many. But back in the day, I took the liberty of trying ot the nike's running shoes, I think they were called nike air zoom pegasus shoes or something like that, and they were unbelievably comfortable. The way the arch support is designed helps you majorly to keep running without hurting your feet. I have got 3 pairs of different running shoes of them, and they are totally durable, I like them a lot!
Shop with you online is a nightmare, always send the wrong size of shoes.this is ridiculous and unbelievable
Shoes shipped out from Nike coming from Mississippi. They were out for delivery thru Fedx. Guy pulled up in front of my house waited 3 minutes and pulled off. Next few days my package was in some operational delivery mode for the next four days. Long story short I didn't get my shoes and had to wait a few days for my refund. Nike customer service suck they weren't any help
Tip for consumers:
FedEx is horrible they stole my package . I have the guy on camera pulling up to my house sitting then leaving. After that day the package mysteriously disappeared

I recieved a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I picked them out online and sent my son the link. I wore these sneakers all of 4 times! The zipper broke! When tried to return them I got alit run around. But the final result was. I got no sneakers. I had to take the time to return them. And since they didn't have my sneakers in stock. I got nothing! Merry Christmas to me. Never again. Lesson learned!

I have been buying air monarchs since they came out. For the last 10yrs+- the soles have been squeaking! Being hopeful that Nike would address the problem I kept buying the shoes. I have finally decided to change brands. It seems as tho Nike doesnt seem to care. I have seen reviews about this problem so I know I am not the only one. It is a shame, I really like the comfort level.
I bought 3 items from Nike.com I got an order confirmation, for all 3 items. I paid extra for 2 day shipping since it was for a gift. I received 2 of the items and the third is still missing with no tracking information. I contacted Nike on Friday asking them to give me an update since I needed the product before Saturday and was told twice a Nike Elite member would contact me directly. I still have no item, I have had not contact with Nike and when I contacted Nike again, I was told a Nike Elite member would contact me. I have no leggings, no help finding them, no response from any NIke Elite Team Member, and no refund. I would give them 0 stars if that would have been an option

I ordered a pair of shoes on July 12th. They were supposed to arrive no later than July 26th. It is now July 29th and the shoes have not even shipped yet. I ordered them for a specific event and had to end up getting a different pair from another store. I have called Nike and chatted with customer service at least 10 times to try to cancel this order. They keep saying that they cannot cancel it and that I will have to wait until the shoes arrive and send them back for a refund. They refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. This has been the worst customer service ever. I will never shop with them again!
Place an order online. Was told it would arrive by 4.6.23. Got an email sometime after I placed the order that it was delayed. I contacted Nike.com. Was told I would still get it on time. Today, 4.5.23, contacted them again because there had been no updates. Was told that the order was automatically cancelled because for whatever the reason the shipment didn't got out. Never got an email to that effect or anything. If I hadn't contacted them, I would still be here waiting.
Well I thought I was waiting to tell everyone how the Nike vapormax flyknit utility was the best I've had as I tried them on at my sister's wedding saturday. However I'm here doing the exact opposite, letting the world know how horrible my experience with Nike.com was. I've tried ordering the shoes then they canceled my order with out notice, after doing so "Courtney" from Nike left an email saying its been canceled and a number and extension to reach her. I tried contacting Courtney twice no response. Then later on in the day just to realize my account at nike.com was blocked by administration/management. No one at nike.com can explain this. So now I'm having to find a new pair of shoes else where that can be comfortable for long standing at my sisters wedding. Horrible Nike Horrible

After being with them for an hour they give you no answers, no replacement for your product, and you have to pay for all the shipping fees
On top of that they pay you the product retail price which is not even half what you pay in the store

I am a huge fan of Nike Sneakers. I own 9 pairs of Nike shoes in which 3 pairs are of the latest collection. The most thing I love is its unique style along with excellent colour shades. Thinking to buy latest released collection Nike 270 AirMax Multi Running Colour very soon.
Purchase two pairs of shoes 5 months ago, took 1 month to arrive in Customs Auckland - since then there were no more updates. After requesting an investigation that took a further month I requested a refund.
It has now been 5 months, many phone calls, no shoes, and NO REFUND, I am beyond frustrated. I've been advised that Nike has refunded me to a PayPal account in CAD dollars. Firstly I paid with my NZ credit card in NZD. I do not have a PayPal account and I have not received any refund in any of my accounts.
We are now disputing this refunded - all over two pairs of shoes purchased 5 months ago costing me $238.94 NZD ouch! Do I cut my losses or keep fighting?

All the reviews your reading are absolutly correct. Ordered a large order and muitiple items did not come, they said items show delivered, well of course they show delivered but not all items where in the box or ever came seperate, Customer service played games for 3 weeks each one acting like they created a case because they knew nothing then you call back and next person plays dumb then claims to create new case over and over.
Like other posters they hang up acting like it gets disconnected, i even told them show me the video of them putting the missing items in my box if you think iam lying, they of course said we believe you but never refunded, they play games to see if your going to keep pursuing the issue. They finally said just call your credit card company and dispute the charge which i did but that is absolutly unreal a company this big plays games like this and absolutly nobody cared to make it right other the just call your credit card to dispute
I ordered the Nike sweatshirt on October 12,2020. Cash on delivery. The sweatshirt turned out to be too small so I gave it back. Really, in the darkest visions, I did not foresee the nightmare connected with money refund... It is a torment... Do not count on a fast money refund as in the case of Zalando:-) Everything is soooo complicated, I think it is done on purpose! It's 16/11/2020 and I still haven't got my money back... I will not let it go. I will report the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman. Next I will report extorting to the Police. I advise other unhappy Nike customers to do the same! For NIKE, I suggest simplifying the RETURN process even further... Maybe for example allow to return the product only for marathon runners? Whoever survives running 42,195 km will survive the NIKE Return!
My Bike Id trainers came on the 28th of feb & I am so impressed with the quality of the trainers. They came in great packaging & I will definately be purchasing another pair. Over all I am really impressed with the website.
I am done with Nike. I had the opportunity for a free pair of Nike due to being in healthcare. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I canceled it and tried to reorder. I was unable to reorder so I called Nike customer service and they were of no assistance. I was told I could purchase the shoes in three months when they were available to the public.
I bought a pair of shoes from Nike and recived a confirmation email that they confirmed my order. I was so excited about these shoes to arrive until days later I get a message that my order was cancelled. Because the shoes I bought was out of stock all of a sudden just out of nowhere and that their physical stock aren't in sync with what's displayed online. What's ridiculous is that the shoes I bought is still on their website even after this annoying mail entered my inbox. What I got in return is 10% lousy discount on my next order. I don't want no 10% discount I want the shoes I ordered still displayed on the damn website.
Nike provides lots of jobs, in other countries. They don't support our workforce or our country. In their new commercial they are disgracing the United States of America in an attempt to make money. True Americans will see through this and hopefully Nike will fall on it's face. We are sick and tired of USA bashing by so called Americans and FAKE American companies. Wake up USA CITIZENS! Shop elsewhere!
