“Horrible warranty”

Nike supposedly has a two year warranty but it starts when the shoe was manufactured not when you purchased it. Basically you can buy a pair today and they could be falling apart 6 months later and they will not honor the warranty if it was made over 2 years ago.How am I to know as a consumer when the shoe was manufactured? I can tell you when I purchased it how much it cost and that it's defective. They should put an expiration date on your receipt so you can shop for their product as you would milk. Both pairs are less than 2 years old

Billion dollar company, like Nike, can't make sure the right size is in the shoe box. If you do shoes, do it right. I bought them as a gift and after they were worn, we finally realized they were kind of big. Nike is making a lot of money and they are sloppy with a bunch of untrained kids selling their shoes. Quality and customer service suck! Nike is living off their name, now they are fat, dumb, and happy…
Eventually… Nike products will diminish in popularity and they will have to re-examin quality service again!

Tip for consumers:
Check before you leave the store, you have to do their job, for them.

This is a warning to anybody who's contemplating purchasing some custom Nikes...
My air max 95 customs turned up today that I had to spend £145 for.
On inspecting them, I was deeply shocked with how bad the quality was.
The under sole wasnt glued to the midsole at the back on the left trainer.
The paint work on both of the midsoles is patchy,
The under sole on the front of the right trainer is noticeably off to one side rather than central.
Seriously disappointed and dissatisfied.
Now I'm going to have to mess around with my own time and money trying to sort this out!
0 out of 10 for me. Ridiculous!

I am so upset as we beat bots for expensive sneakers only to lose to lasership shipping company as they have stolen 3 pair of Nike and mark them all as lost! It's a shame that Nike would use such a cheap and dishonest company to ship items

Ordered shoes got confirmation of delivery date. According to them shoes were delivered early was not home the day they said they delivered them so I never received them. First and last time I will ever use them again. Never got shoes or my money back. They were gifts for my daughter and son and law. Very disappointed.

Paid £150 for custom Nikes. Quality was absolutely shocking! Dirty (soles too), poorly painted, poorly glued, edges of leather discoloured. They looked like they had skipped the mass production chain line and were a childs craft project. I was shocked, there was no way a store would put them on their shelves, but also you have to assume that after their creation they also passed some form of quality control. Granted, my experience of their returns procedure was simple and swift, but I would not even remotely consider paying and waiting for custom Nikes again. Shame as they are hands down my favourite trainer brand.

Still trying figure out how a package tracks then stops. Then picks up and gives you dates it has checked or tagged or placed in trucks that haven't even come yet. It is July 31st and I am being told my package was scanned at 2:51 August 1st then again at 7:51 am august first. It's still July 31st. Overall experience with Nike great shipping was probably worst I ever experienced. Will stick with in store shopping for Nike. No more online takes a lifetime to get and they don't keep you updated on anything. If so you get the wrong dates and times.

I ordered a color rush jersey from Nike.com payment was made and cleared estimated date of arrival was 09/22 I contacted customer service and was told there was an error in their emails and the item would be shipped next day, come find out the next day my money was refunded and still no jersey. I will NEVER be ordering anything from them ever again

Trying to return my running shoes,because they dont fit me,it clearly says easy return policy on website,but i cant get the return paper,they said they have sent it on mail,but. Next time if you want to make it easy and customer friendly,maybe you should leave the return paper in the shoe box.when/if i get the return slip mail i need to borrow a printer.

1) Nike has good looking quality stuff. So you get what you pay for.
2) What I don't like about the Nike store or the Nike online store is that you NEVER get any coupons. You can spend a good $500, ($70 on an hoodie alone) and you get nothing in return to make you want to keep coming back and buying their stuff. Not going to keep buying from here if they don't start thinking more about the dedicated customers. It's getting expensive. Wish it was like Kohl's of $#*!s Sporting Goods where you buy stuff, then get rewards/coupons on your next order. Wish they started making it worth your while to continue shopping more.

I ordered a pair of shoes it was supposed to arrive in 7 days after 14 days I called and they supposedly expedited them they never arrived... I call 4 days later to get a refund I call 3 days later to see when the money would be in my account guess what they had no record of me calling for a refund. IT's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund but in the mean time my daughter will not be getting her gift for Christmas... the best they could do was offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase. What a crock. I would beware of every buying anything online that needs to ship from this store.

As expensive as Nike clothing is, it really annoys me I get a partial order but am charged for the whole thing. Quality control is severely lacking. Was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for customer service and opted for a refund. No way I would trust them to send the missng item by Christmas. Never again.

Leave plenty of time for shipping in case they screw up the order.

I have always worn Nike and have had success with the product, and have also had success ordering online. But this last (and continuing) online experience has been laughably bad. Long story short--I have been trying to place an order. I keep getting the same error message. I have talked to customer service numerous times over the last 2 weeks, and, unable either to resolve the issue themselves or even place the order for me directly, they have "escalated" my issue. I was originally told that "escalation" would take 48 hours but now they tell me it might take "awhile" because this mysterious "escalation" division of Nike is "very busy". I bet! I think it is now time to look for another product!

I had my Nikes that I paid $90 for for a total of six months. I wore them sporadically and never in the rain. The sides by the balls of the feet began fraying and the heel reinforcement tabs began poking through the fabric into my heal. I paid $20 to send them back to Nike Rebound priority tracking mail and they denied my claim stating normal wear and tear. I'm 59 years old and my exercise is walking my chihuahua, so how much wear and tear can there be?. So $110 for six months of sporadic use? No way. They have lost a good customer. And I will make sure to tell my friends and family how wonderfully Nike backs their products.

I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers and it arrived on 11/21/23 only to open up the damaged shoe box to find that one of the shoe was a size 10 and the other shoe was a size 10.5 nike is going down hill I'm not sure what's going on with them but just last month I ordered the nike dunk low retro and the stitching was sown so defective from the inside of one of the shoe that it hurted my son's feet just to walk in them, so now I gotta travel back out of town again for the second time less then two months just to return another pair of shoes to the nearest nike store which was their mistake anyways from not checking the shoes before they shipped them out.

You just never know what your getting from this site....it's best just to walk in a store and buy your shoes

It took 3 months for my shoes to finally arrive! I just got them today after the long wait i was slightly disappointed by shoes that looked like they've been worn already due to minor creases and gray marks on the midsoles. (the marks cave off with nail polish remover) i shouldnt have to clean my shoes right when they come out of the boc

I'm so impressed with this company and their customer service. My daughters nikeid shoes came early but unfortunately they were way to big. We contacted the company not really expecting they would do anything since they were customized shoes. They however said they could absolutely be returned at no cost to us. We of course ordered the same custom shoes in a smaller size. I have to say I think the only shoes we will have from now on will be Nike due to this outstanding service we received. Thank you so much Nike for offering quality products and great service.

Very rude, nasty and unprofessional manager Brittany will bring you out of character. I will definitely not spend another dime in this store. The store has turned into a dirty trash place. Human Resources should really look into this place it needs a manager makeover immediately. I will definitely be contacting Human Resources corporate for immediate resolution.

Loved the low shadow shows. But when I put them on the bottom of my feet starts to burn. Next think I had callous's on the bottom of my feet. But when I put on new balance or any other tennis shoes no problem there. The inside of Nike is hard and uncomfortable. Tried sending them back they told me they don't take back shoes

I ordered 10 items from Nike. Received two completely unrelated items. Contacted customer service to resolve the matter. I had used a discount code to purchase the items. Initially offered a refund and told to return the incorrect items. Only offered a price match for the items following multiple phone calls and extremely evasive and dismissive customer service response. When I attempted to get the price match it was not honoured. I had been a returning customer but never again. Just wanted people to proceed with caution given how Nike responds to their own mistakes.

I am going to go through my closet and find every piece of nike apparel and throw it away. I purposely will not donate the clothes because I do not want to help spread the logo to anyone, anywhere. It seems so crazy that nike would agree that the U.S. flag is a sign of oppression and racism. Shame!

They use Lasership as a carrier. Placed order on 11/22 and told they won't react until Dec 7th? 15+ days is unacceptable. Lasership saying they never received shipment. Nike is saying it went out on the 23rd. Nike customer service won't reship or credit. I expected more from Nike.com. A staple in the industry should be partnered with FedEx. No more Nike for this household.
