Buyers BEWARE!
We purchased an $280 Infrared lamp from a NZ website, there was absolutely no reference to it being shipped from overseas.
What followed next was a complete JOKE!
From a NZ website they supplied a 110V product and when we complained they told us we purchased from USA. Offered us $30 refund.
Btw to get the $30 we were supposed to have unopened the box, clowns

I purchased a case (12 items) of a single item from this company as that's the quantity available as per the Ninelife website.
This was to be a gift and delivered directly to the gift recipient. It was so embarrassing for me since I was expecting my friend to get 12 of his favourite coffee which has now become difficult to find in the GTA (Toronto) area.
They only sent 1 single item and even admitted after being contacted that the website was wrong, the price was for a single item not the case as advertised on their website. That made the single item a cost of 10 times the normal retail cost for this single item. Ridiculous, I never would pay for that single item at the case cost.
Customer service has been nothing but a bunch of emails offering different percentages of my purchase or a cash voucher for the site but no full refund.
As if I will ever purchase anything from this company again!
Order mosquito bits through Ninelife, it Shaws in the website a huge container and when you order they will send you a very small package. Which you can buy in a local store for 1/4 of money what ninelife charges.
Well, to their credit, they have now reimbursed me the money. I suggest disgruntled customers write to their main email domain (ninelife.com) and not their country domains (from which I received no response).
I experienced the same as others - Ninelife purporting to be a South African company - deducted money from my credit card on Day 1 and still no product three months later - despite writing and phoning.
My ordered date 07-02-2024 number AE-NL#P******* from NineLife - United Arab Emirates not received till now when we contacted saying processed will get soon not responding very bad experience kindly do beware before buy ant=ything on ninelife thnaks
I ordered Lofthouse Pink Frosted Cookie, 1.35 Ounce -- 15 per case and it was already absurd charging me $478.80 to pay for this case but I assumed it was a shipping tax but when I ordered it it charged me another $300 dollars just to have it shipped to Canada and I also live in the mountains so the delivery guy lost my package on the way and I didn't even get the cookies I bought?! I was furious and called the company and demanded to have free cookies for compensation but they didn't even bother to do anything about it. Out of anger, I ordered it again and paid another $478.80 +$300 shipping to make sure to get my cookies and THANKFULLY the delivery guy actually managed to get to my house but what do I find? I find ONE SINGULAR COOKIE in the box. Where did the 15 pack go? Up this company's $#*!? This isn't what I ordered for and this company is absolutely foul for not giving me my order. Now I'm demanding 30 PACKS of cookies for compensation and I'm giving this review a 1 star, I wish I could give negative stars or even just 0 but this review won't allow it. Fix it soon. I really want those cookies.
I ordered 2 supplements on Nov 4th, I received one on 15th Dec and the other still pending and they direct you to emirates post who charges 32 dirhams extra for each shipment even though they are ordered together till now i have not received the second shipment yet, it is 23rd dec
I wrote about my contacting this company a few months ago. I've since learned that the site www.ninelife.ca.has a DBA listed in Delaware. When I typed the address they give ******* Coastal Hwy Lewes, DE *******m I'm taken to an address in Delaware, in the USA. It also shows an image of a house! Look it up on Google map. Tkt also shows 3 other businesses at that house…which is odd. At his company isn't located in Canada but is using a Canadian web address. Not even sure that is legal. At least we now know where to file a police report—in Lewis, Delaware. I never bought stuff but I was going to when I noticed they were charging ridiculous prices —$******* for a 50lb bag of flour! My heart goes out to people who have been scammed, but please report them to BBB in Delaware, and the Police Dept in that state. I'm from the US and I think they used the.ca website because people would think it was safe/reputable. It is not, according to what I've seen and read.
I had ordered 2400 needles and they send me only one box of 100. I have been trying to contact customer service no reply.
Received a cancelled order. Tried to return it, company refuses to refund product or shipping expenses
My mother is a senior and we both like the supplement beverages.
I saw an advertisement for a 'brik-pak' of one beverage for 62.00 CAD. A few weeks later that's exactly what I got: one(1) single drink. I could have walked to the cornerstore and bought one for 3$.
I complained to the company and after a year of back and forth they offered me a 50$ coupon. So I ordered again, this time making sure I ordered a drink that that said 40 pkgs powdered drink. Four weeks later I got a plastic phone case. For a phone I don't have. They denied it and asked me to start over at complaints.
As I was on the site so much I noticed other people leaving comments on the site regarding fraudulent behavior.
Lesson learned: Beware ninelife.ca. Stay Away! Do Not Order From ninelife.ca!
Answer: As my experience its scam & fraud company bec not rec order & aslo rec any call from customer care service always made ticket but not responding marketing looks like big company but big fraud if not deliver my order asap
