Great offers at this site! They seem to always have a promotion going as well as free shipping most of the time. Have ordered from here a few times and was only disappointed once due to them sending me the wrong size. I was able to speak to a very pleasant woman who explained the procedure for returning at their expense and received my reorder promptly. Nice place to shop!
Ridiculous. Ordered dress flats for a Xmas party and got men's hiking boots instead. How is that even possible? No human to talk to. Just a computer that keeps asking why I don't like the dress flats I ordered.
I love their clothing styles, but not always the quality. I just spent $68 on this camel colored jacket. I wore it to work and before I had been at work a full day the jacket had pilling all over it. Then I looked at the contents label. Almost all polyester. Going to try to get my money back!
So very disappointing. Probably won't buy their voting again.

I love these shoes. I bought them in black and they go with everything! The top of the shoe is sturdy, but not so thick that you feel like your walking on a brick. It's incredibly cute on, but also breathable with a slight padding underneath which is good for people with sensitive feet.
Their shoes have a nice look and are of good quality. I've never had a problem purchasing something from this site. There was never a time when I had to return something. The shoes are stunning, comfy, and last an eternity! Simple, elegant, and fashionable. For anybody searching for a wonderful pair of shoes for special events or regular use, I definitely suggest Nine West. I will buy from them again since their shoes endure a long time.

There are not many online stores where I am a regular customer, but this one is one of the best. The guys are constantly improving service and product range. Good prices. And most importantly - respect for the buyer, this is rare.
The price is great, but the shipping is always slow. I have ordered numerous times but have never received the item within 10 day. It sometimes takes more than 20 days. The last time I ordered, it arrived after 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I tried to contact the customer service but I ultimately hung up after waiting for more than an hour. The item arrived after 3 weeks but I didn't need them anymore so tried to return, but they didn't provide me a free return shipping label. The service is awful and I feel like the business will close soon like they closed most physical stores in the states.
Nine West is a beloved brand across generations of women. Their styles are new and classic at the same time. They follow the trends, but offer plenty of classic fallbacks.
I have ordered three times from their website (too many to count instore) and have always had good experiences. The shipping is fast and prompt. The prices are high, but if you hold out til the end of the season prices drop to 50 - 60% off original; and surprisingly the prices are roughly the same both instore and online.
Overall I would always recommend Nine West to a friend. The purses and shoes are wonderful.
Ordered winter boots from nine west for the first time. And order took awhile to get fulfilled and then upon arrival. Only one pair of boots arrived out of the two I ordered. They need to get this resolved. Calling first thing in the morning. I should've just stuck with my normal… (Macys) worth the extra $20 dollars, at least the order is always complete. Won't ever order from ninewest again. And whoever packed my order to begin with needs to be fired! This is the reason companies lose business. Where is the Quality control specialist.
Ordered shoes to take away on vacation. Needed them in a rush so I paid $20 extra bc the website said they would ship 2-3days. A week went by and when I called they said it meant 2-3 days to leave warehouse. I asked to have my shipped refunded or to cancel the order since I wouldn't have them in time and I did they didn't. Their response was tough and on top of it all I was charged a restock fee for returning them. They were awful cheap quality

I just purchased shoes for my daughter and when they arrived to the house on the packaging slip in huge letters I see FINAL SALE.NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
However, during my purchase this message was not visible and if it was there it was in very, very fine print. It's also unexpected because it only applies to certain merchandise and is rarely used. My email confirmation did not list it there AT ALL. As a result I purchased shoes for a 13 year girl who's foot size is constantly changing and of course she can't fit the shoe and I'm out $50. Their website is purposely misleading consumers to purchase items that they do not realize are NON REFUNDABLE until it shows up at their door. Because it's very noticeable on the packaging slip post-purchase, but you can barely see it on the website before purchasing the item.
I ordered a pair of heels from NINE WEST BACK in February, when the order arrived I tried on one shoe, which fit fine….and I placed the shoes back in the box and stored in my closet. Well today, September 20th, as I was deciding on a shoe to wear to a concert tomorrow, I attempted to try the shoes on with my outfit. Well the right shoe went on fine but the left feet did. It. I'm thinking I've gained a little weight but not this much weight that my feet have grown. I removed the shoes and looked at it. One shoe was a 10 and the other is an 8. So I called customer service and 2 different reps told me there was nothing they could do because it was outside of the return window…….so my response was and still is. What am I supposed to do with a pair of shoes with 2 different sizes? At this time it's late and I'm very upset that a company of this size would refuse to correct their mistake. I will never order from them again and I will not allow this to be swept under the rug. I will make sure to make this situation known online any and every where I can. It would've been in their best interest to refund me my $100 rather have a permanent thumbprint of their error that could have easily been corrected.
I never wore the shoes they are in perfect condition - the size I normally wear for these 2 pair don't fit correctly. To the point where I would get blisters or fall out of the shoes and hurt myself. The customer service number I called for a return and refund is a call center - talked to 5 people over 5 days, none of them could help. They want to give me a gift card instead of a refund. UH - gift card? Meaning you think I want to shop with Nine West again? I even asked who they work for, and they didn't even know that. The lowest of the low people on the customer service chain. I have been a nine west customer my whole adult life (30 plus years) and I will NEVER buy anything from that brand again - they are going down and have lost my business. They refused to give me a refund so now I'll keep my wrong sized shoes. Who knows maybe I'll slip out of the shoes that are too big and fall - that would put them out of business for good. Time to go, Nine West - please go away and save us from interacting with pure stupidity at your call center, wasted time and lots and lots of frustration and aggravation.
I've spent A LOT of money... I have spent over $400 with Nine West in the last month, for this to be the second time I've been inconvenienced and it was not my fault! This is unacceptable! Completely unacceptable! I had to pay out of pocket for the last order I received because I was given the incorrect return information, now this?! Something else needs to be done! I do not intend to shop with Nine West or purchase any Nine West products every again after this SECOND unacceptable resolution, so a gift card that was offered to me will not suffice.
I don't care if I have to take this matter to corporate as well as the unsatisfactory lack of resolution and compensation from the first order of almost $300 that I purchased, but something else needs to be done. I just placed another order 2 nights ago, and had I known this would be the case, I NEVER would have ordered from you all again. I hate this company and the lack of quality service and resolution that's been provided, especially to a customer who has gone out of their way to support this business.

I've been a Nine West customer for years and was disappointed when they closed down their physical stores, but since I love their product so much, I bought a few hundred dollars worth of shoes from Nine West's website. I decided to return some of them because I didn't like them as much once I had the chance to try them on, which is the main reason I hate shopping online in the first place. I shipped my return using their return label on September 27. I received confirmation that their carrier picked it up right away. But here I sit on November 7, nearly a month and a half later, with NO REFUND! I've called every other week this whole time and they continued to tell me "it's at our warehouse and you'll receive a refund within 10-15 business days." The box continued to sit at their warehouse with no movement week after week after week. Eventually they opened a help ticket for me and said I would receive a response within 24 hours. I never received a response. I called back again today and was told the box is FINALLY in transit from their warehouse to their returns processing center, but that it would take 6-8 MORE WEEKS before I saw my money! That's nearly 4 months total! I likely won't see my refund until 2019!
I will never shop with Nine West ever again. I will never recommend Nine West to friends/family ever again. And until I receive my refund, I will continue writing scathing reviews on every outlet I have access to.

Ordered and recieved a watch in the mail. The second hand was off the dial. Upon calling and speaking with Darnell in "so called customer service" nothing could be done, since it was delivered by a third party. I'm assuming since they aren't a delivery company, all are delivered by a third party. Darnell was rude and made excuses from the start. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM "Nine West" ever again!

Before you place an order with NINE WEST, think it 10 times. I love the shoes but YOU CAN'T CANCEL the order and the customer service is horrible. They hang up on me twice!. I never try to return anything but I image they make it hard either. My story is that I placed an order on a Friday, I called on Saturday to cancel it and although it was not shipped, they said that I have ONLY 1 HOUR FRAME after you place the order for cancellations.I called on Monday to try new luck and the lady told me that she was going to make a ticket for a cancellation and she gave me hope that it was going to be cancelled. The day after I saw that the order was shipped!. That is UNACCEPTABLE.
I have purchased several 9W shoes. I've been mostly satisfied. However, if you attempt to return a pair, especially during Covid-19... BEWARE! They don't offer a refund. They only offer gift card!
I love Nine West! But I've noticed in the last two years the quality of their shoes and hand bags are bogus!
Sole came apart and inside of several of my pumps peeled. Can't even include pics cause no way to add one for the size allowed.
