I was pretty skeptical of this site based on all these awful reviews. I only needed a handful of clips for my Datsun 620. I found the part number, saw they were still available, and took a chance on ordering them. I used PayPal to pay so if I got screwed, I had something to fall back on to get my money back. A couple days after purchase, I got the shipping notification, and they arrived today in the mail exactly as I expected. I would probably buy again. For all the bad reviews, since this site appears to be a broker, for all intents and purposes, it's very possible the dealers they're buying from aren't real careful in reading, or that whoever is placing the orders is not doing a good job relaying what was ordered. There's always the chance people buying parts don't know what they actually need as well, then complain when it's wrong.
Like others here, no love for this company. Cheated me out of missing parts - I ordered 3 filters among other parts, got shipped one and they will not accept my photos as sufficient proof of the situation to fix this. There's not even enough room in the box for them! The box was undamaged - they just weren't shipped. There was no inventory sheet in the box either, so no other way to prove the shipping dealership made an error. I'm done wasting my time trying to argue with them. Never again for me... wish I never heard of them.
Being people who value OEM parts, and work on vehicles for a living, we went to NAPA to buy parts and found that they only had off-label parts for our Nissan. We found this website, claiming to be an OEM parts dealer for Nissan. We put in our make and model of our vehicle to order two identical parts (threw a code on one, both were old) - ordered the part that was referenced by their website. Said it would ship out in 1-2 business days. Shipped out four days later, and they sent the wrong parts for our car (how would we know, we used the part number their website stated we needed). One of the parts was in a crushed box with the inner plastic bag missing, too. Called the company, was given a run-around, saying we would get a return authorization in 24-48 hours. Had to go to NAPA to get the parts, since we needed the car (offered them the opportunity to replace the parts and overnight them, NO they said). Return was denied. Nothing on item description said that you had to enter in a VIN number to assure it was right part, nor that it was non-returnable due to being an electrical part (you have to hunt around on website for this). The manager was an extremely rude dude who talked over us and had zero intention of returning these parts. He had us jump through some hoops for his amusement, evidently, since it is clear they never had any intention of taking back even the recycled part that they sent (in crushed box missing sealed packaging). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This business has numerous bad reviews, which I wish I had read before.

I ordered $165 worth of parts and they divided the order into 2 shipments. I didn't know this until I recieved an empty box without the contents and I contacted their customer service.
THEN they made getting a refund for the parts that were supposed to have been in the empty box, an absolutely nightmare and I STILL haven't gotten that money yet... supposedly its been processed. We will see...
Then the so-called "second box" that they claim to have sent, I never recieved! And they are refusing to refund the money because they claim I didnt make a claim before their 7 day limit to claim a missing or damaged item! How was I supposed to know when it was delivered? It never arrived! I assumed they would have been shipped together since I ordered them together, and that my entire order in theory would have been in that box that was missing contents! USPS literally stamped on the front of that box that it was sealed WITHOUT contents when they recieved it.
So, now I'm out almost $100 and supposedly being refunded for the remaining amount. It's TOTAL bull crap... This company does NOT care about making it right... Great Job Nissan Part Deals... hope you feel fantastic for taking money from a struggling single mom who is just trying to get my Armada running so I can drive it to work... What a freaking JOKE!

Do not buy here, they do not accept returns. I made a copy 10 days ago and they tell me that I cannot return it (seat belt buckle) a piece that new and can easily be re-sold

NissanPartsDeal sent the WRONG part in a package with the part number that we actually ordered and we have be pay the postage to return their WRONG part and also pay a 20% restocking fee to return their WRONG part due to their re-stocking error!?!?! (Btw … we sent pictures evidencing this was a re-stocked / re-packaged part … in re-stapled packaging that some other prior customer swapped out and then returned to NissanPartsDeal; now we're stuck with a mistake that's clearly due to NissanPartsDeal accepting back that wrong part in wrong packaging!?!?)
This is laughable … and, quite frankly, one of the worst customer service experiences we've encountered. After 3-4 phone calls and emails to return a WRONG $25-ish part …. NissanPartsDeal.com …. You have wasted enough of our time.
We tried to do the right thing … you did not. We will blast a negative review and shop elsewhere. I'm sure you don't give 2 $#*!s about this email and that's the foundation of the problem at NissanPartsDeal.

I ordered a couple of parts from them. Upon receiving them, they was wrong part in bag. I reached out to them about the issue. They have a under $8 policy, no returns. That does not include shipping. I ordered from another Nissan parts company, same part number got the correct part. I got the run around from them: parts are interchangeable and the part replaced is the old part number, to their policy of no returns under $8. Even pictures showed to them from their part to other company and telling them they sent the wrong part. Diagrams are old, even the look up item code is wrong also. Send you the wrong part your stuck with it. I should have looked at reviews before ordering, seen other reviews how return policy is on here, it is a shady business practice. I guess, this how they make their money. They don't care if they sent you the wrong part, your stuck with it. Shipping is gouging, $9 shipping on 2 oz parts, first class would be $4 arrived the same day. Location was Morristown TN, parts ship from. Greed over customer satisfaction. They have a review system, not much count in that only 5 star reviews will be shown. Be real weary of this place in ordering, PayPal might help you better, than using debit/credit card. All in all experience was awful, throw in wrong parts in a bag with correct parts number label, ship it. Not ordering from them again.

Their return policy to look at first. Better picture of part before ordering. Be sure you are going to use the part, even if they send you the wrong part, they won't take it back. If you lucky to send it back, you get to pay for shipping and restock fee, not worth the hassle. Paypal may help when purchasing from them to get a refund, look in the guaranteed closure there.

I am not a professional mechanic but a savvy online shopper - ordered the wrong part - not totally my fault - ( my original part is still in the shopping cart and it may be that during the "checkout" a similar product was substituted) When I wanted to return i called and explained that It was not only my fault - and I do not want to pay two way shipping and I want a prepaid shipping label which for me meant that I will not be charged for shipping - I was transfer to a "manager" who said - " no problem we will send you a prepaid shipping label" - To my dismay when I got the refund I sow that they charged me for the shipping. When I called to complain - i was told that by using " the prepaid shipping lebel" I agreed tobe charged the shipping fee. ( it may be written somewhere in the RMA) - and they insisted not to refund me... I felt that I was mislead and needless to say I will never order anything from them.!
They gave me the wrong part. I returned it, they took the part but they don't wanna give me my money back because I don't have the tracking number. $350 down the drain.

I have a 2015 Nissan Versa Plus I bought new in 2015. Since then the dealer has replaced the cabin filter 3-4 times. Being rather expensive, last Friday I replaced the cabin filter myself as the dealer charges too much (in my opinion) for the part and to install it. I purchased it online from a parts store which I have dealt with before. It was a perfect fit. I have since checked with NISSANPARTSDEAL.COM as to their pricing on this item using my vin #. No part # came up with vin or model, year, etc. I inquired by E-mail what is the part number so I could compare prices with the company I have used in the past. The response today from NISSANPARTSDEAL.COM is "This vehicle does not come equipped with a cabin air filter." I double checked the VIN# I entered with my insurance card and car registration. I had entered it correctly. I tried to call them and of course there is no way to talk to a live person. No matter what explanation they have about their belief that my car does not have a cabin filter, I will never deal with them. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.
I got some parts per vin number, and they were incorrect. Come to find out their catalog is incorrect, and these parts do not go to my vin number. I triple checked the axle and vin number and it is all stock and matches the vin number of the vehicle. I even called my local dealership and they confirmed everything for me. Trying to contact this company is almost impossible. If you call the phone number you cannot talk to a real person and if you do, they just transfer you around to people or tell you to submit a form on their website. Once you submit a form on their website, they contact you within 4-6 business days and they contact you with a "no-reply" email. You can't respond to the email because it is a "no-reply", so you have to resubmit a form on their website which they respond within 4-6 days. I finally submitted an RMA request which they file as "no longer need" so they can charge me 20% restock fee and I pay shipping cost. After everything I will be $120 dollars into this for the wrong parts because their system is faulty/incorrect. The worst company I have ever done business with hands down.

I ordered a few gaskets for my Nissan Elgrand 3.5 AWD. Well, what a time wasting fiasco ensued. I was invoiced by FedEx Cross Border. Several days later I received a tracking number from FedEx saying the parts had been delivered to an 'individual' in Saddle Brook, NJ. Not good when they were destined for the UK, duties & taxes being charged at source. I had several conversations with nissenpartsdeal.com via their live chat service. The last two operatives telling me to deal with FedEx and sending a link. Basically you will be on your own with these people. In several emails to/from FedEx, the story changed threes times. Initially I was told FedEx had not received them at their warehouse, then they were chasing up nissanpartsdeal.com, then the order had been cancelled. I am now waiting for a refund to be made to my PayPal account. In contrast, I duplicated the order with megazip.com, just in case of issues as I am waiting for these parts urgently, and received them without fuss from Japan. I also received a triplicate order of same from a company on Ebay USA., Coulter Parts Centre. I have received them also. It is therefore my opinion there are a few specialist companies considerably more professional, more helpful and more efficient than nissanpartdeal.com. I cannot add photos as I have never received my parts from them! I therefore added a photo of the tracking map so others can see my review is real unlike some 5-star reviews I have read and seen advertised by nissanpartdeal.com

Shop elsewhere. I obtained the nissan parts from megazip.com (Japan) without fuss or issue. I also source and received a second duplicate order from a USA-based company advertising on Ebay. Also quite quickly.
Nissanpartsdeal.com, certainly from my perspective, are a badly run company who do not care a jot about their Customers. I can only imagine their 5-star reviews are written by themselves or others paid by them to write reviews. My advice would be shop elsewhere

I ordered from here from the site to be told to do it through pay pal, it was done and I was sent an email saying it was successful and it would be sent. Then today I get an email saying the price changed. I think they should have to send it at the advertised price. This is the 2and time this has happened if they are not going to send anything STOP advertising. NERVER AGAIN SCAMMERS!
The company doesn't manufacture Nissan parts. They buy from dealers and resell the part. No refunds!

They are not Nissan manufacturers. They resell parts from dealers at a much higher price claiming they are genuine Nissan parts. The refund policy is a scam and needs to be investigated. Terrible people to deal with since they took $311 and would not refund the money even though it was the wrong part.

I have to say that in the last couple of years I haven't run across such poor customer service. Not sure who owns or runs this outfit but I would fire some people if it was my business. I ordered on the 16th and the order shipped on the 2nd. I contacted customer service twice via email and form and got nothing on the first go around and then called and got a runaround. They upcharged me $35 for something that should have been included or noted at time of sale and then got the shipping all screwed up. The original order ship confirmed to was my physical address. But they shipped UPS to my POBox. Then I had to track down with UPS only to find out that it was delivered before the ship date and then undeliverable since it went to the PO Box. (UPS is a piece of work). Not one time did I ask, mention or request POB delivery. They messed this up and I had to track the package on my own and then go pick it up at the UPS center which has limited hours. Then I sent another email to let them know about the shipping upcharge and Lisa L replies "Hi Dave, Thank you for contacting us! Have a wonderful day! Sincerely, Customer Service Department." I mean what a disaster all the way around. Plus I had to cancel and reschedule my mobile mechanic to do the work. Should have just paid the extra money and bought from the dealer.

Ordered upper & lower radiator hoses, and reserve tank hose on 9/19/2018. Got an email from NissanPartsDeal saying my tank hoses are not in, and the whole order will ship when they get in. I note that they have me down for 2 reserve tank hoses, not one. Go to website live chat. Their rep is YAJAIRA GARCIA. She looks up order, says it shipped, was delivered in TULSA, OK. SURPRISE- I'm in AZ. Ask if she has the correct order, and I'll check my stuff- find I sent an incorrect Order #. Apologize, send correct number. She says ( before getting the correct number) that my order was cancelled by FedEx. She says it was cancelled by FedEx on 9/5, which was 12 days before I placed the order! I ask her how FedEx could have cancelled my order before I placed the order a simple lie to have to catch someone in. She insists the order was placed on 9/5. What else could she do that wouldn't require her to admit any fault on her part? She apparently never checked the corrected number I'd sent her, and then just wanted to argue instead of doing her job. She then claimed the order was already cancelled, and I should re order on the website. I wasn't about to compound my problems here. Tried to log in on their website to see my account- cannot. Apparently blocked. Go to my Credit Union's website to see if they had tried to bill me- not yet. Try to get back on the NissanPartsDeal website- cannot, apparently blocked. Will now go to VISA Cardholder Services to refuse charges from this company. As I said- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE 'NET. P.S. I did make a print out of the LiveChat stuff.
