“Got my stuff for a decent price and just as fast as expected”

Robby W.

I was pretty skeptical of this site based on all these awful reviews. I only needed a handful of clips for my Datsun 620. I found the part number, saw they were still available, and took a chance on ordering them. I used PayPal to pay so if I got screwed, I had something to fall back on to get my money back. A couple days after purchase, I got the shipping notification, and they arrived today in the mail exactly as I expected. I would probably buy again. For all the bad reviews, since this site appears to be a broker, for all intents and purposes, it's very possible the dealers they're buying from aren't real careful in reading, or that whoever is placing the orders is not doing a good job relaying what was ordered. There's always the chance people buying parts don't know what they actually need as well, then complain when it's wrong.

“Terrible customer service”

Bill E.

Like others here, no love for this company. Cheated me out of missing parts - I ordered 3 filters among other parts, got shipped one and they will not accept my photos as sufficient proof of the situation to fix this. There's not even enough room in the box for them! The box was undamaged - they just weren't shipped. There was no inventory sheet in the box either, so no other way to prove the shipping dealership made an error. I'm done wasting my time trying to argue with them. Never again for me... wish I never heard of them.

As I'm writing this review ( 25 Aug 2021), I'm still waiting for my RMA to be resolved by Paypal. I ordered a cowl weatherstrip for my pickup. They sent me weatherstrip for the radiator (it even said so on the package). Then, when you follow their instructions to email them for an rma, the email is greyed out. When you call, the lady will take you through a " give me the VIN number" BS, as if she's gonna be able to help you through this. They then send you an email in which you have to TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PART, PACKAGING, BOX, ETC., AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM. What a crock.
I used my own money to return the part (of course they want you to send them the tracking #). Still not a peep from them. I wish I'd used my credit card directly instead of Paypal. Bottom line: If you want a full blown bunch of BS hassle, order from them, and then try to return it. They should not be allowed to do business on the Web. Do you see where it actually says "seal assy rad core" on the pkg, meaning radiator (nothing about hood cowl).

Verified purchase

I ordered some parts from them and received them pretty quickly. One of the parts was a rubber seal. It came packaged in a clear plastic bag tied closed with a twist tie. The seal was twice as long as the bag, so it was bent in half to fit in the bag. This was not a problem, as it is very soft rubber and extremely flexible. The seals has 5 locating/mounting pins embedded in the rubber. I removed the twist tie from the bag and removed the seal to install it. This was when I found out that 4 of the pins were in the wrong location to be able to fit it in to the car. I don't know if it was just a defective part, or if it was a mislabeled part. I contacted them to do an RMA to exchange it for the correct part. They emailed me back and stated that they needed (and this is a copy and paste from their email) "Your RMA request requires images of the part(s), packaging, and labels.

Please be sure to capture images of the part numbers on the labels as well.".
I provided 4 pictures of the parts, packaging and labels. I also provided 4 photos of me holding the part next to where it was supposed to go, clearly showing that the pins did not line up with the holes.
They emailed me back and said they wouldn't honor the RMA because (another copy and paste from their email) "-It has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.
- Any opened packages or unsealed items." This part was NEVER installed or used because it WILL NOT FIT THE CAR. Yes, the package was opened (by untwisting the twist tie) but was never torn or cut in any way. I called their customer non-service to inquire as to why they wouldn't accept the return. She simply stated what they had emailed me. I told her this part was never installed because it won't fit, and she said but the package had been opened. How stupid are these people? You can't know if you have a wrong part if you don't take it out of the package. I asked her if I put the twist tie back on the bag would they take it back. She said no, the package had been opened. WHHHAAAAATTTT?

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from these crooks - do your business somewhere else.

I used the hose and clip, but couldn't use the seal.
