On the 20th of October 2020, we placed the order No. ******* for a Shell case II with MicroDock. At that moment it was mentioned that the delivery time would be early November.
Later on, without any email to us, they changed the expected delivery time to mid of November and now to mid of December. During all this time, they never sent any email to inform potential customers for this significant delay.
Of course they have withdraw the full amount from our credit card from the first day (20th of October).
This company collects money for products that they don't sell, by just postponing their "expected" delivery time many times, without any email to their potential customers.
