Noho Home

Product (which was $800) was 6 months late. I was told over 10 times "it will be there in a week". When I finally lost faith in them I started the process for my credit card to claw back the charge. The product did finally arrive and it was completely broken. Even then, they refused to give me a refund. Thankfully I have purchase protection with my card. This company is a scam. Do not give them any business.

Very misleading images on their website. Product does no way match the quality expectations for what the website displays, neither does the price of the item. Same experience as other reviews here. Poor quality shipped from China. Paid £360 in May, 6 months later after numerous emails to customer service, I came home today to find a crate dumped on the doorstep.
Shocking quality, the table top is buckled out of shape. I hold little hope of getting my money back.

I ordered a chair 5 months ago and it still hasn't arrived after numerous emails with this so called "Rory" who says the same version of "We have followed up with our fulfillment team and shipment team and await their response".

Complete fraudsters stay away.

They have multiple fake reviews in between all of the real ones.

They have stolen £350 from me.

I ordered a rug from them for 500 euros. I received a really crappy product. When I called to refund they denied shamelessly. This is a FRAUD company. Do not loose your hard earned money to these. Order no 1218 RUG

I bought a rug from them for 500 euros. Looks at the picture attached and decide if you want that for yourself. No explanation needed. Its a cheap synthetic thing with no pile. I would not call this a rug.

Ordered a freestanding mirror for my newly refurbished bedroom. Easy ordering process and the mirror was delivered quicker than projected. No excess packaging, which I was happy to see. The mirror looks lovely and is well worth the price. A great experience for my first purchase, I will be ordering again.
