They don't offer return labels and/or refunds for defective items sold. No one should receive a garment with pulled stitching and be told its on the customer to pay for the return postage to do an exchange. They should have quality checked the garment. It should be on them! MINIMUM.

Due to our rules of returns or exchange, shipping charges are not refundable. And unfortunately we don’t send shipping labels. You could find this information on our website: https://norba.clothing/shipping-returns. When you order something from our store, you automatically agree to these terms.
But we've sent you an email with the information that as an exception, we will pay for your return shipping, so you could enjoy your NORBA experience. And after receiving your return we will send you a new item. Because it was our mistake, and we want to deal with it.
