I placed an on-line order with Nordicware on June 28,2024. When the order didn't arrive, I contacted their customer service. I was told the order did not go through the payment process. Which was odd, because usually, when a transaction doesn't go through, you get an error message of some sort. So, I placed the order again. Same thing. I placed the order a third time, same thing. Customer service keeps saying it is my fault. Credit card company says they didn't deny the transaction. It came through and then a few minutes later was credited back. On the third transaction, I even used a different card, one that I use all the time, so I know it is good. Customer service says they use a third party service to provide their web site check out. I would suggest they hire a better third party service, or hire their own good people to do the job. The customer service reps were all polite, but completely powerless to do anything, or even how to move it up to somebody that knows what to do. Apparently, I'm the only one with this problem, but I think that can't be possible. I am not that special.
