Yesterday I went to a Nordstrom rack store in San Leandro,Ca.Among other things I found a pair of shorts Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
Nordstrom Rack uses OnTrac shipping which is notorious for "losing" packages. My package was "lost" but this was only determined after I repeatedly contacted Nordstrom Rack via their customer service chat and phone number. I was able to get a full refund by calling their number and clearly explaining my situation, however, I can only imagine the number of customers that wouldn't advocate for themselves in that way due to a variety of reasons. This would lead me to believe there are many NR customers which do not receive their purchase yet NR still profits. Seems clear that NR cares about profit far more than their reputation and/or customer satisfaction. This being said, I'd shop at NR only in-person at an actual storefront, never again online.
The Rack doesn't have the deals it used to have. Now, it's just a smaller version of Nordstrom. Until it changes, I have no reason to go out of my way to shop at the Rack since I can get the same thing at any other department store or online --and probably for a lower price.

Not only has Nordstrom Rack charged my card 3 times for a purchase I never received, now there are strange charges appearing for purchases I didn't make. This company has become scam city and I will NEVER shop Nordstrom Rack again.

Nordstrom Rack Rocks! There is nothing more satisfying than a customer service problem solved. After complaining about the hopper boot stockout issue, Nordstrom Rack restocked at a higher price, but they gave it to me at the original discount. Boot arrived and I'm really enjoying it.

Nordstrom Rack sucks! Bought Hopper boot (Lucky Brand) online and was really looking forward to receiving it. Aftet a whole week, Nordstrom Rack emailed me that they would never ship my boot because they didn't have it in stock. And that's it. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered boots. I got no email confirmation nor any acknowledgment that the order had processed. I called and they had no record on their end. In the meantime, I searched my emails and my site history, but did not have an order number. So I ordered boots elsewhere. After 5 weeks, Nordstrom boots arrived, but there is no packing slip, no order number, and these ARE NOT the boots I ordered. They want my credit card receipts to find my order?! I have never been unable to do a return, not in my lifetime, and I suggested writing "RETURN TO SENDER" but they said that's not permitted. On top of it, one lazy customer service rep hung up, while another went to get help from a supervisor, promised to call me back, and didn't. I am disgusted.

I was so excited to find a discount store for Nordstrom. And when I saw the cheap prices, I wanted to buy everything. I ordered 8 dresses and had to send ALL back! The polyester fabric was the scratchy type! I had in fact overpaid and could have gotten better fabric in the flea market. Yes, the more expensive items on the site may have come from their Nordstrom store--I don't know. But the items on the cheaper end definitely did not!

I placed an order using a gift card. Card was "spent" so I threw it away. A day or two later I received an email that the complete order could not be full-filled. I am guessing they credited the money back to the card that hit the trash. I've tried 3 times to get a service person to re-issue a card. I've been on hold all three times with customer service for over 30 minutes each time until I have to give up. Nice way to steal my money. I spend a lot with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. I had lots of good experiences shopping at a nordstrom rack store near my house, but when I moved an hour away I decided to start shopping on their website. First I ordered a bench. After a week without receiving a tracking number I called, and they told me those benches were sold out and I would be refunded. The next day I noticed the bench was still listed on the site, so I called and they told me someone must have returned one, so to try ordering it. I did, but when it arrived it was in terrible condition and I had to return it. Next I ordered a pair of jeans and a top. The top was fine, but the jeans were the wrong size. I have never ordered anything online and received it damaged, or the wrong size. How is nordstrom experiencing these problems while every other company has it figured out?

I won't shop Nordstrom Rack online again. I've spent thousands with NR the past few years but I had to fight them for 2-3 months on past 2 orders to get my promised refunds.
If you do shop be SURE you document the heck out of any returns!

I received an email from Nordstrom Rack saying they were shutting down my account because of the "high volume" of returns I have from online purchases which is strange, because I keep a good amount of my orders. Hello, you are an ONLINE RETAILER! Shouldn't you know how the business works?! People order multiple colors and sizes because... surprise, you can't try them on first! If they don't fit, which is a high possibility (because... reminder: you can't try the items on first), then you return the item. I have never had this type of experience with an online shopping company which I think says something hugely negative about how NR treats their customers. I've advised my friends and family to not shop at NR either in-store or online unless they want to have something ridiculous like this happen to them as well.

The quality of items carried at Nordy Rack have been declining in the last several years. In addition, it literally takes FOREVER to receive orders placed online. Once placed, orders sit there for weeks, being "processed" while the rest of the world processes orders immediately as they come in, usually ships the same day if not the next. I definitely would not recommend.

I placed an order online and at the end of the week I'm still getting emails that they have not prepped my order for shipping yet. Two days into this I called because it won't come in time and I'd like to cancel. They will not cancel until it's been two weeks and then they still have to send it to you and you have to pay to return it! There are no other stores the treat people like this why bother!

I ordered a sweater for $21.84 + $8.70 shipping. My total was $30.54. I returned the sweater and not only a return fee of $5.95 but they did not credit my $8.70. $14.65 for nothing. I will never order from Nordstrom Rack again.

I spent over 300 and I would never wear anything that I brought unless it were for pajamas they are falsely advertised. They look nothing like the modeled pictures and when I spoke to customer service they were so rude and basically said they don't care if I do business with them again. I never expected this low quality or rude service from Nordstrom.

I purchased $250 worth of merchandise from Nordstrom rack. The carrier they used took 12 days to "deliver" my package. The carrier they used has no phone number to contact. I called Nordstrom, and they said there is nothing they can do. The carrier marked the package as "delivered", but it WAS NOT DELIVERED. NEVER buy from Nordstrom or use CDL as a carrier. You will not get your items and Nordstrom will not help alleviate the issue. I did not ask for a refund. I asked for my merchandise.

Nordstrom Rack has useless customer service ever. Their shipping are a lie and the prices are always high. The Nordstrom Rack in store is full of the meanest people. A woman in a sleeveless white shirt with blonde hair in a ponytail is being extremely rude and prejudice towards people as she is loitering near the door with two guys at Nordstrom Rack at around 12:30 PM in Palm Desert, CA. Do NOT trust Nordstrom.

I submitted my order on September 4th, then received email confirmation of my purchase, following day received another email with tracking number as shipping confirmation and on September 8th, received another email saying that I will be receiving my order following day which is the 9th!? Guess what, it's not true was keep checking the tracking number and show that package hasn't picked up by the carrier yet! Called Nordstrom Rack customer service couple times and both representatives confirmed that I should receive my order before or by Thursday September 17th! Give them the credit of the doubt and here's the 17th, and still no package and no tracking information! Called again customer service on the 17th and supervisor said that she will investigate and get back to me today. I really don't like put any bad reviews but this experience was very disappointing.

I ordered a MAC blush from Nordstrom Rack online. I was very excited since it was on sale and a retired color. When i opened my package, to my disappointment it was an eye shadow. I contacted Nordstrom Rack immediately and they "apologized" and told me to place a new order and will refund my shipping. Well the item sold out. They then just basically said here is a label so you can return the wrong item. I returned the item using the label they provided, I literally live in the same county and my return has yet to be received! Its been 4 days! I received the wrong item and I have no money. I spoke with three separate reps and that last one Brian S was no help. I want my refund!

Like many of the other reviewers I experienced the same issues with customer service and shipping. However, I didn't even receive any emails informing me my order was going to be delayed and when I called costumer service they said sorry and that it was their computers that may the fault. They also kept on saying that "The great news is that the items are with the carrier and on their way to you now!". Apparently it was a systems upgrade that effected "thousands" of orders, if that is true they should have updated their website to extended the shipping expectation dates, instead of let thousands of customers learn about it after they placed their orders.

Company refused to deliver product to a 100%disablec vet because an unidentifiec person in my family returned products, not me. Their customer service reps are horrible. When I brought up the Americans with disabilities act they hung up

Ordered sneakers for Christmas, told over a week later I'm not getting them since they're no longer in stock. Just days before Christmas. Won't refund my shipped items that I only bought to meet the minimum on shipping that I don't want without the sneakers and need money for now that I'm replacing gift. Customer service couldn't care less, kept repeating his speech like I wasn't even talking.
