Yesterday I went to a Nordstrom rack store in San Leandro,Ca.Among other things I found a pair of shorts Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
Nordstrom Rack uses OnTrac shipping which is notorious for "losing" packages. My package was "lost" but this was only determined after I repeatedly contacted Nordstrom Rack via their customer service chat and phone number. I was able to get a full refund by calling their number and clearly explaining my situation, however, I can only imagine the number of customers that wouldn't advocate for themselves in that way due to a variety of reasons. This would lead me to believe there are many NR customers which do not receive their purchase yet NR still profits. Seems clear that NR cares about profit far more than their reputation and/or customer satisfaction. This being said, I'd shop at NR only in-person at an actual storefront, never again online.
Stores do not follow protocol to ensure the person using the card is the card owner or that the card is not stolen. Ive had fraud through this credit card multiple times for 1000s of dollars. This is a problem but what even worse is they over refunded me the fraud amount, didn't catch it till months later and proceeded to harass me day and night with threats to damage my credit if I did not pay immediately. Every call I received to collect, the person had no idea that this charge was originally from fraudulent charges. Instead they would treat me like I made those charges and talked to me like I was some bum who didn't pay his bills. I had to explain this to the reps 10 different times. Paid it asap and I will never deal with this crooked piece of $#*! unorganized company again.

I ordered 2 things for my daughter for Christmas on 12/15/20, they said the shipped the next day, now, 12/23/20, all is says is label created! These are Christmas presents. Then you call, you are on hold for 30 minutes, and they pick up and hang up on you, never again!

I was so afraid to order from the app (Noberstrom rack) because I was seeing all theses bad reviews so I went to the store just to check out their business and ask questions about shopping online. The employee that I spoke to let me know that everything should be find and when I finish placing my order I should call the 800 number just to let them know my size and color boots so they get it right just in case. I order 3 pair of ugg boots and they all came the right size and color! Not to mention they came the next 3 days from my order date! Cant base everything off reviews just gotta do your own research and pray for the best. Sorry to anybody who had a bad experience but mine was great

I've been wanting a new pair of leggings for a while and I saw a pair I loved on Nordstrom rack. I placed the order, it was 40 dollars, I used 25 with my Nordstrom card and the rest on debit. I waited a whole week for the email to tell me they shipped out. But what do I see when I check my email? I see that it says "thank you for understanding but we were unable to ship it out." So I waited a whole week for that. And to get the 25 dollars for the money I spent with my card I have to wait to get it in the mail. I am so annoyed and upset and won't be ordering from them again!

Today I went to make a return my cashier was Christie S this lady is racist n should be doing customer services. She make me feel embarrassed in front of customer yelling at me and making comment about the clothes I was returning. Because Im a latin personand citizen of USA not need to be offended in public by an employee at this store. Nobody give anythi ng that I got a the store for free I paid for it. I personally not recommend no one be assisted by this employee. She is rude and racist

I placed a large online order on 11/12 and it is 11/23 and the order hasn't even left the west coast... Estimated delivery 12/1! When I called to inquire I was told that there has been construction in the warehouse which is holding things up. Why no mention of this on the site? After pressing I was given a 10% discount and told that I could shop for new items and return what I had ordered from NR when they arrive! What?!? I was directed to follow up with UPS and maybe at an additional cost they could expidite shipping. UPS informed me that part of the order was still at the NR warehouse! When I followed up with NR I was told that they don't offer expedited shipping so there was nothing they could do! Atrocious customer service! I will NEVER place an order with Nordstrom Rack again!

I recently purchased a pair of Kut From The Kloth jeans. I knew as soon as I opened the jeans and felt the coated, cheap material that they were not good quality. Sizing was too large. I then checked out the interior tag for fabric % and washing instructions and saw Made In China. Very disappointed with the cheap quality of Nordstrom Rack. Then, they wouldn't allow me to post a negative review! Save your $$ and shop elsewhere.

Be very wary of ordering from Nordstrom Rack. They are using a shipper called Lasership and they have a 1.2 rating. Nordstrom does not give you the name of the shipper, the tracking number doesn't work when you click on it and the shipper doesn't have a phone number. If your package is delivered incorrectly it is effectively "lost"

Found Nordstrom Rack online was fine for finding items that I wanted at a good price. The way you go about initializing a return also works well and you get a detailed print out of your items with a refund amount and bar code for tracking your refund. However, they fail at the most important part... actually refunding your money. A return was initialized on 10/7/16 and was received at their offices on 10/18/16. On 11/15/16 I still have not received a credit to my card... even after calling and complaining! There are much better online experiences out there and they will receive my business from now on.

Scam. Bought a coat from them. Wrong size so I returned. Fedex tracking showed that the coat was returned though Nordstrom Rack claimed that they never received the Merchandise back from me and couldn't refund me. Do Not Trust

Worst customer service! I ordered, they debited my credit card. I never received any email to confirm. I called they could not find my account number. Since I never received the email I could not have the transaction number. I called, and called and they are just horrible. Give yourself a favor order with another company and see all the reviews complaining about them as well.

There is always canceled orders on the side of Nordstorm Rack. You order the item, they accept it and you pay for it, but after a few days, they cancel some items in the list. It gives me a headache when they do this. So I prefer to go somewhere else and make sure that I receive the full pack of my order instead.

Wore shoes twice, there is something wrong with them. Tried to return them and they said they can't take them back they were worn. Of course they were worn that is the only way you would know there was something wrong with them. Worst customer service ever.

This meant two trips to store to return their mistakes.

Holy crap. I ordered rain boots in black and red, size 11. I was sent size 9.5 and meanwhile, the last 11 was "lost." I returned them. Ordered the same boots in black and blue. Was informed that they sold out. Ordered the same boots in black and green in size 11 and was sent a completely different style shoe in size 6.5. I returned them. I ordered the same damn green and black boots again. We'll see if I ever get them. I needed them during the rainy season! At least they refunded the shipping costs...

Found a great buy on my fav fragrance and ordered right away before sold out. Got shipping notices so knew on its way. I got home from store and saw it said it was Delivered according to my email. Well, it wasn't! I called them right away and she said she will start a refund. I said I don't want a refund, I want my product I ordered! I asked if she could contact shipping company and she said no. I then contacted them myself and was told any shipping issues talk to Nordstroms. So after driving around the neighborhood, hoping it was dropped off close by, I'm back home and not sure if I can ever trust them again. This same thing happened to me last year. I purchased some shoes to take on vacation. Said Lasership del'vd. But no package. I don't know why they would use a shipping company that sucks. I guess they don't care. Funny thing, shipping comment said handed to me!

I ordered online with this company for the first time back in august. They sent all the wrong sizes and would not let me exchange the sizes. I was only required to return the items and get a refund. I had been waiting for a very long time to get the refund and had sent email inquiries on the status of that process. Nobody got back to me and I finally had to get on live chat to find some answers. I was finally told that there was a delay in the return process on their end. NOBODY thought it professional enough to notify me of what was happening! After talking with customer service rep on live chat he supposedly talked with his "seniors" and the refund was ok'd... like that was going to fix it! Because now I have to wait 5-7 business days for that to even process and it should only take 24 hours. Because of this unprofessionalism I will never shop here again and will continue to plaster bad reviews all over the place because this service is unacceptable.

I purchased a gift for Christmas for my wife. It was damaged and paid $9.95 for shipping. It didn't work and actually ruined two bottles of wine as it was a wine bottle opener and actually pushed the cord into the bottle. So I goto return the item and they want to charge me an additional $9.95 to ship a damaged item back. So I pay to return an item and I only get $17 of the $40 I originally paid with no product. This is pathetic customer service and standing behind the product you sell.

I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes and a set of rings. One of the shoes was the wrong size and so were the rings. Sent them back and got a "refund" on the shoes in the amount of $18 on $70 shoes. Also had to pay shipping. The rings were never refunded and I had ordered a second set on their guarantee of refund. The second order was also wrong, and I paid AGAIN for a third set, which was correct. Finally. At this point however I am out for 2 wrong sets of rings and the shoes. They say they never got the returns, which is wrong according to tracking and according to their own reps at the time. I do not recommend using them, Nordstrom's is not the legend they used to be.

A second Nordstrom Rack package shipped via Lasership has gone missing. Based on Lasership's reviews, this is the worst shipper in the USA. Five days after getting a message that my Norstrom Rack package is out for delivery, I got an email form Lasership stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." Nordstrom Rack needs to use a more reliable shipper.

I placed an order with Nordstrom Rack online on 12/31/2020. Of the 5 items I ordered, I was notified on 01/08/2021 that two were not available due to "inventory issues". The same day I received what was supposed to be a 14k gold ankle bracelet with cross charm. I received a 16 inch sterling silver neck chain. When I contacted customer svs the individual I spoke with was difficult to understand and wanted me to print a return label-I told her I didn't have a printer and she stated I could "go somewhere and print it out". I will NEVER again order from Nordstrom and I am dreading what I will receive for my two outstanding items!

I ordered a pair of boots off of Nordstrom rack online on 11/30/2015 (monday) and today is 12/9/2015. It said they would ship within 1-3 days, but still have yet to get them. I have not even received a shipping confirmation e-mail. I have tried to reach the company multiple times, phone was 45min wait and their online chat is even longer if it works! So I bought these boots and I have no idea where they are, if they have shipped, or if they are even in stock. Who knows if I will every get them... they have great prices, but if I knew the order would never come I would have just went into the store.
