Yesterday I went to a Nordstrom rack store in San Leandro,Ca.Among other things I found a pair of shorts Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
Nordstrom Rack uses OnTrac shipping which is notorious for "losing" packages. My package was "lost" but this was only determined after I repeatedly contacted Nordstrom Rack via their customer service chat and phone number. I was able to get a full refund by calling their number and clearly explaining my situation, however, I can only imagine the number of customers that wouldn't advocate for themselves in that way due to a variety of reasons. This would lead me to believe there are many NR customers which do not receive their purchase yet NR still profits. Seems clear that NR cares about profit far more than their reputation and/or customer satisfaction. This being said, I'd shop at NR only in-person at an actual storefront, never again online.
Ordered shoe A from their website, shoe A is what was pictured on their website. They sent a different color. I contacted them via CS chat and their solution to my inconvenience was "send it back". Okay, if I order the correct shoes again, are you going to send me the correct shoes or a second pair of incorrect shoes? "Probably the same ones you just received. Probably a glitch on our website". They literally said "if you want to send the shoes back I can offer you a free return and free shipping on a different pair". Holy Smokes! Are you kidding me? I can return the incorrect pair you sent for free AND you'll give me free shipping on a different pair? No, no. That's simply too much.
In summary, they screwed the order up, either their customer service sucks or their reps aren't empowered to do anything for the inconvenience they cause. I won't be ordering from them again, you shouldn't either.

Ordered a couple of items nore than ten days ago and just received a shipping confirmation today. Unfortunately the tracking number says the package was delivered to California on August 9th but today is October 27th and I live in Michigan. This is the second issue I've had with them within the past few weeks. Previously they claimed that a 500.00 handbag had been shipped to me but they didn't have a tracking number. Something is definitely going on with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.

Always cancelled. After payment confirmation " you item out of stock". Ok. But not always, please! Returned not full amount. Need to waiste time to return it back. Can not trast to this company anymore. Lots of problems for nothing.

I visited Nordstrom rack at Mayfair Saturday September 10th 2022 to return some shoes and was greeted by the nicest most professional young lady. I returned Sunday September 11th 2022 to purchase a pair of shoes and there was two girls working front counter at 11:25 am. They both was rude unprofessional and had nasty attitudes it's so sad to see that Nordstrom rack who has an amazing manager and a beautiful Saturday morning staff had to begin another week with these two unprofessional unkind and immature people.

I purchased two pair of NYDJ. Great product and great price! However when trying them on I discovered a note in the pocket! It was the most vile, insulting and inappropriate verse! The customer service manager stated that it did not come from Nordstroms distribution center. And it must have come from the vender(NYDJ). And "what did I want them to do about it?" No apology! Just a"not my problem" attitude! If insulting the customer is a new marketing campaign it is working! Time to cancel my credit card!

I bought something on Feb 23 and haven't received it - it is clearly lost but I got to wait until March 10th for a refund- this is ridiculous - it use to be no problem to return or get a refund for a lost package- not I keep getting a lot of worthless apologies. How about we turn that around Nordstrom Rack and you wait 10 days until I can find the funds to pay you

I had been buying items online from this store, items such as handbags and shoes. I decided to buy clothes too. However, I had problems with 2 items recently and I decided to return. One of them was accepted because they said they made an exception for me. But the second item I wanted to return was not accepted by them because I had worn it. The item is a shirt that I tried when I first received it and I really liked it, but when I actually wore it, I felt uncomfortable because, due to the model, the shirt slid back and tightened my neck.
Because of this and not to run the risk of having to stick with items that I was not satisfied with, I will not buy online at this store anymore. There is a Nordstron store right in front of my residence. I only bought online for convenience, but I'm not willing to take any more risks.

I ordered approximately 25 Christmas presents 8 days ago, 2 weeks before Christmas, from Nordstrom Rack, Antropologie, and Urban outfitters. I've received all the gifts from Anthro and UO, but Nordstrom Rack hasn't even shipped yet! I chatted with a rep today and she can not assure me that they'll make it by Christmas, saying, 'we're trying our best to get all orders placed by 12.16 there by Christmas'. 'Trying their best'? Not even close. My order was place on 12.12! I now have to go out to crowded stores and find 8 presents to replace the Nordstrom Rack gifts that 'may arrive on 12.24', but may not. Not to mention the hour or so that I wasted on Nordstrom rack website choosing gifts. I really don't want to wait until 12.24 to see if they make it or not, and then jam on wrapping 8 more gifts on Christmas eve day. Nordstrom is great at getting items shipped right out, but Nordstrom rack since Hautelook marriage is really awful! I'm so disappointed.

They should pay more attention in the packing facility if the wright items going to the wright people. Costumer service has to be good to the end. I had a very special occasion for the item I did choose and that was cashmere sweater and they did send to me compliantly something different, it did look like a swimming suit.

Nordstrom Rack has a lot of the items I love and sometimes I can't find them anywhere else but NR. My issue it with the shipping. I realize what they do it $#*! it UPS and then it gets shipped or picked up by USPS for cheaper shipping. I live in Pennsylvania and I was told my package was at the warehouse in Pa. I ordered the items and they were still at the warehouse not shipped for 9 DAYS. I called to see the status of my orders and they canceled them. The worst experience ever. And this is Nordstrom!

I bought pantyhose with cash, didn't think I would need the receipt as I had bought them before.
When I opened a pair, they had a huge run. Nordstrom Rack would not even exchange them for the exact same pair without a receipt. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of boots size 7 wide width with regular calf size on Cyber Monday and on the 21st of December the package arrived but a size 7 boot B width but a wide calf. Called customer service and they gave me the link for the correct boot to be ordered so I paid again for the boot and Returned the pair immediately the next day. It is now January 3rd and the second pair arrived and it's the same wrong boot. The warehouse in which items are pulled are completely incompetent or just can't read. Customer service offered me $10 off my next order and told me to "try again ordering". I haven't even been credited for the first pair I returned and they want me to order for the 3rd time the same boot. This is a cycle of madness and not worth the stress and dissatisfaction. Find the item somewhere else and pay a little bit more because it will be worth not having to deal with this madness. INCOMPETENT COMPANY!

Hi, I bought a pair of designer shoes from Nordstrom Rack. It was around 300 dolars and when I got that it was damaged.
I certanly contact with customer care and ask them can they replace it. They said that, they havent got the new ones which I can totaly understand.
And I asked them kindly, can they offer me a discount of that because I like the shoes
They said no way, return back, it is not their responsibility.
I am a customer. I liked the product, bought it and paid for it. I fulfilled my responsibility, nordstrom rack did not. I checked my order again, it does not say that they are selling a damaged product.
No store in the USA ignores the fault of the product it sells or does not give this response to its customer. This is a big disappointment for me.
The companies that previously sold defective products always made up for their mistakes. Did not refrain from taking responsibility like them.
I never buy anything from Nordstrom Rack.

I am NEVER dealing with Nordstrom Rack again! They sent me the entirely wrong dress and when I called to tell them this they said the dress I wanted was sold out. They then stated they would send me a return label to return the dress. I am sorry but it is NOT my responsibility to send back the dress when I am too busy planning a wedding, going to school and working. Is it really that much to ask to send someone the right dress when they order it?!

Leather Frye Handbag - $200 - Strap is peeling apart after 113 days. No return, store credit nothing. Just so you know, I will NEVER patronize your store again. In my work it is common to give gift cards to clients and staff, I will strongly recommend that Nordstroms is OFF the list. I have a gift card I haven't used. Maybe I should tuck it in the purse for the person who has the luck to get a used junky purse at the GoodWill Store for $10 bucks.

I have ordered from NordstromRack online twice. The first time my shipment was delayed so long that I had to report it to the FTC and the second time my package was never sent and the items were out of stock by the time it was corrected. Never again.

I had an issue with my order and was told that I have to wait for 3 day for them to call me. No calls were made to me. After calling back the Costumer service rep got an attitude and told me that I need to wait for a call in order to process my order. At this point it has been a week with no call and my Christmas gifts will not make it on time. When attempting to address this with the costumer service rep, I was told there is nothing they can do for me. WORST SERVICE EVER. Will not try to purchase anything from this establishment again and I urge everyone to shop elsewhere as they dont care about your problems regardless if they created them or not.

Shop elsewhere. If you encounter an issue, they will blow you off and they have a tendency to become very unprofessional.

I've read a lot of reviews written here, and i had the SAME problem. I ordered 6 items I was super excited about them. A day later, I got an email saying 4 items weren't available, and they were 'sorry' for the inconvenience, and I wouldn't get the items. I can see from other reviews that Rack has been doing this a LOT. I sent an email to them asking to cancel everything if my order cannot br fulfilled, why they wouldn't say the items were sold out if it's sold out, I'm disappointed

I brought a pair of shoes online at Nordstrom Rack and pay with a gift card. When I received the shoes the color wasn't what I ordered. I call to customer service representative (that lady was very gentle) and she told me that I have to order a new pair of shoes and for the return I have to go to the store. I bought the shoes right away because I need it asap. This new pair I ordered I pay it with my credit card.
The next day I went to the store to make the return and the manager told me that the only thing she can do is give me a gift card. My question is: why do I have to receive a gift card if it was not my error. Why do I have to spend my money in this store if it was not my error. I'm very disappointed.

Nordstrom is the best retailer in the US for product, service and customer service. Nordstrom Rack has few if any of the admirable features of Nordstrom and shouldn't even bear the Nordstrom name. Several years ago I had a pair of shoes at Nordstrom that after a year, the whole sole came unglued. Nordstrom replaced them with no questions asked. Recently, I bought a belt from Nordstrom Rack. Inless than three months, the belt had a mechanical failure. Normal channels failed to get any satisfaction. I had to end up calling NR where I got an RMA after paying a fee for outside the 45 day window. CHEAP! Will not be returning to NR anytime soon.
