Yesterday I went to a Nordstrom rack store in San Leandro,Ca.Among other things I found a pair of shorts Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
Nordstrom Rack uses OnTrac shipping which is notorious for "losing" packages. My package was "lost" but this was only determined after I repeatedly contacted Nordstrom Rack via their customer service chat and phone number. I was able to get a full refund by calling their number and clearly explaining my situation, however, I can only imagine the number of customers that wouldn't advocate for themselves in that way due to a variety of reasons. This would lead me to believe there are many NR customers which do not receive their purchase yet NR still profits. Seems clear that NR cares about profit far more than their reputation and/or customer satisfaction. This being said, I'd shop at NR only in-person at an actual storefront, never again online.
I placed an order online on Oct. 13, I received the normal email saying I would get the merchandise in 2-4 days. Fine. Then I received an email every few days after that saying there was a "delay." I called customer service on 2 different occasions. 15 days later... No, they can't help. No, they can't guarantee they can change the shipping address. No, they can't figure out what's going on. No, there is nothing they can do for me. The company that made it's reputation with YES has turned into a NO company. Going back to Neiman Marcus.

Just purchased a dress for my son's wedding. Loved the large selection and excellent quality of the product. Free shipping and returns made it so easy to find the perfect dress. Customer service rep was so helpful and courteous when I had questions. I will continue to be a Nordstrom customer.

If you purchase a christmas gift for someone, make sure you will be able to give it to them within the 45 day return policy. They will take 50% off the price and also charge for shipping or not take it back at all. No exceptions for christmas gifts. The rack is not my store for holiday gifts.

I been shopping in Nordstrom Rack for over two years. In the beginning, the store was very wonderful and the customers service was great. However, this few past experiences were very difficult. First, Brea store was not as organized as before. I felt like I was going through a grocery store. Things were pile up and no one greeted me. I felt like the store manager was like an stressful street police. Also, there was not much choices for men. My husband was very disappointed and will not go back shopping with me. I rather shop at other stores now.

We were looking for a suit for my son in the Nordstrom Rack at Westgate Mall. Mr. Behrouz N. Spent almost half an hour helping us, looking for the right size, brand and fashion, advising on purchasing online the pants (we were able to purchase the jacket but there were no matching pants immediately available). He offered us three different pants to check the size so we could make the online purchase smoothly. He also went to the alteration dept. to make sure there is a way to add some extra length to the pants. Amazing help! Thanks Mr. Behrouz!

I purchased boots on August 27 and found they were too big and tried to return on October 28. I had looked for a return policy and did not know it is prominently displayed on the back. It was too late and I was assured by the employee I am stuck with the boots, but I could go on Facebook Marketplace and sell them as has she had done with several items. Seriously? Suggestions I have are put the return policy on the bottom of the receipt and offer store credit for merchandise that is still being sold in store. Last time I shop there and I will tell of my experience.

4th week and still no shipping. Out of country handles shipping and there is no help there. Nordstrom use to be an awesome company but the customer service is absolutely non existent. Can not cancel my order and I would be willing to bet that when or if it does arrive that the shipping returns will also be non existent.

I will never buy from Nordstrom Rack again. They sent me a jacket that had obviously been worn, washed, and shrunken, with no tags attached. I returned it to them with a letter asking for a full refund, including shipping both ways. They refunded only what I paid after deducting shipping costs both ways. They cheated me, and I will not do business with them again.

2 days & my order is at my front door. Free shipping too! Free! Had to pick up some winter jackets - heading to Finland. They've got the hugest selection of coats. So easy to shop, they've got multi views of their product, sometimes a video too. Ended up getting three coats & a few boots too. Man, great discounted prices on quality brands.

I have been happy with the service and product till my last order, not disclosed clearly that an item is a final sale. Only to find out after you own the product is not convenient or customer oriented policy, having to order product that you cannot tell whether is gonna fit you or not till you receive it it's a most to know if it is returnable to make a decision.

Don't waist your time ordering from them. A week later and they have no idea where my order is or its status. I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered Loafers and when I spoke to customer service they said I ordered sneakers.

I ordered something from Nordstrom Rack on April 17th (my first time). According to the tracking information that was sent, I should have received it on April 22nd. I never got it, and now they're telling me they will file a claim, and that should take 15 days to complete. Then, based on their findings, I will need to file a police report... Okay, then what?
In the meantime, they haven't mentioned how I'm supposed to get my money back.

This place uses on trac as their shipping providers. You will never receive your package. Mine was lost, so I was refunded. Then I received it months later (it was a Xmas gift), charged again and they would not let me return the item because it was passed the return date. I literally have the emails and will be contacting my bank.

I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 days after the order (they're supposed to ship in 1-3 days), I get an email that says shipping is going to be delayed, with NO estimate on when they would ship. I needed the shoes before I leave for a trip outside of the country, so now I have to wait until I get home just to return the now useless item, which they claim they can't cancel, even though it hasn't even shipped! Absolute joke. The last time I ordered from Nordstrom, it took 3 weeks and I told myself never again. Guess I'm the fool for giving you another chance. This time it's for real: NEVER AGAIN! Always a shame to watch modern incompetents destroy a once-great brand.

I ordered 8 items for the upcoming summer all at the same time. Yet they came in ALL separate BOXES, and the return address was the exact same! That's not only a huge waste of paper, but a huge annoyance!
Also some things are a bit cheaply made, mostly the shoes and bottoms. But cute tops and great prices.

SAME PROBLEM - cancelled items after selling them to me! Don't expect to get them just because you paid for them. First and last time shopping there.
The deals are good, but if you don't get the items, it doesn't matter.
And they don't care at all. I have it happen with another online merchant and they were great, and really gave you the feeling they were sorry it happened.

I purchased St. John's pant which it was on sale. Usually, I get size 10 with all my previous orders. The pant was too big that I have to go two sizes down. When I tried to exchange it I found that the price went up $182 above the price I purchased. I called customer service and spoke with a different supervisor to exchange it with the price I purchased but they said we don't accommodate any changing of the price since you purchased online. Please, be careful Nordstrom Rack's policy of exchanging items after the sale makes no sense to me.

I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses online. They came crooked so I decided to return them via mail. I gave Nordstrom Rack about a month to reimburse me, however they did not. I called them, and I was told that I actually returned a wrong pair (some very cheap brand that I have never heard of) and they already shipped it back to me (why have not they contacted me about it prior to shipping?). I could not believe that they were confidently claiming that I was cheating them! I requested some investigation but they refused to proceed. I was never even sent an email that I was promised after the call. To fast forward, I could not let Nordstrom Rack disrespect me any longer so I filed a dispute with my bank.

I just tried to apply for Nordstrom Rack credit card. After filling out the form online, they asked me to call a number to provide the application number, which I did. And the agent got the number and told me the application was declined and didn't give me any reason for it. Then she just hang up on me. I have good FICO score (750+) and I don't know why I got declined and they didn't give me any explanation. And the agent's attitude was neither helpful nor warm. Her attitude is so cold and rude! The whole thing is a very unpleasant experience! I've never seen an agent this cold and rude from any other companies. This is so bad!

I ordered an Elliott Lucca clutch advertised as 100% leather exterior, and received a clutch with a tag clearly marked 100% polyurethane body. Seems like a knockoff. When I addressed with a live chat agent she first said I could just return it. I bought it for an event, and could of managed a return on my own. I pushed the question of why it was being false advertised, got no explanation other than I received the wrong item, and they had the correct one which I could reorder. They didn't do much to make me feel better about paying for a knockoff advertised as an original other than offer 10%, and refunding shipping.
