The Northface jackets they sell are NOT authentic. Shame on me for ordering after they wouldn't accept MasterCards... I should have known then. I went through with the order anyway, and the Women's Pink Ribbon Denali jacket I received was terrible. The embroidered logo had connected threads between words and loose threads. The pink ribbon on the sleeve (which is embroidered on the REAL jacket) was basically a scrap of satin ribbon stitched to the arm through the center of the ribbon where it crossed. The result was a loose ribbon literally hanging by a thread on the arm. They don't return messages when you contact them about returning the jacket. If you want the real thing avoid this site like the plague! Later I noticed the same "store" is also selling these on eBay for about $30 less than the site I went to. Go figure.
