Purchased a North Face woman's jacket at a discount price - presumed it was because it was old stock but when it eventually arrived it was clearly a poor counterfeit. The sizing was completely inaccurate - sleeves and length over 5 inches shorter than existing (and genuine) NF jacket and the inner toggles (for securing the fleece liner) were missing. On contacting the website they refuted the suggestion that the sizing was incorrect and refused to provide a full refund - said that a 15% "restocking" fee plus bank commission (for actioning the refund) would be applied. They even suggested that a more cost effective solution would be for me to re-sell the jacket. A week has passed since receiving the jacket and I am still waiting for the website to provide the appropriate return address. A very unpleasant experience.
