I love to add to my bracelet collection every now and then; and Novadab makes it easier for me to do so without traveling to different jewelry stores. I recently received my order of 3 Layered Boho bracelets, which are just perfect!

Handled well after a few emails. Personnel very polite, offered alternatives and will be refunding my money. Very happy as end result. They turned a negative into a positive which was wonderful. Very happy with the product and delivery time as well. Kudos on good business practices.

I tried using a Groupon and didn't realize until the final total came up that the coupon wasn't accepted for some reason. I immediately emailed them the situation and within one day they had fixed the problem and refunded the difference. Still waiting for the merchandise. Hoping my necklace is as wonderful as their customer service!

I needed something that will help me pull off an outfit for a formal event when I came across Novadab! I saw their analog watches and it is beautiful! I definitely got to have it and I did!

Thanks to Novadab and PowerBuy, I got my item in a lesser price! I just clicked the purple button upon checkout, shared the item to my friends through social media and got a lesser price for the item! That simple!

I was very pleased with Novadab's response to my request about a broken necklace. They replied very quickly, and upon my submission of a picture of the item, they offered to replace it right away! Great customer service!

I ordered through Groupon and redeemed my code. It's been almost a month and they still haven't sent my order... a necklace and earrings. I tried emailing 4 times and they don't respond. I tried calling and it just hangs up on you. Rip off!

They suck, terrible customer service and do not honour any order, i placed an order in February and sent several email to them, now its October and i still have mot received anything, they want me to contact Usps each time, n the courier told me to contact the seller. They just dont care, i dont recomend them to anyone, they a bunch or crooks

I ordered a beautiful necklace from this site. It arrived quickly and I was extremely happy with it. I wore it once and when I went to take it off it got stuck on my shirt and I probably caused it to break. I emailed their customer service asking if I could return it to be fixed... I sent them pictures of the necklace. Instead of me mailing it back for repair, they sent me a brand new one! Beautiful pieces of jewelry and outstanding customer service. Treat yourself and purchase from them

I purchased items through Groupon and it was routed through Novadab to pay for shipping. It accidently charged me again for the items purchased. I contacted Novadab and got an immediate response and refund for the charge. I was amazed and very pleased. I will certainly do business with them again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in September but they have never been received. I contacted Novadab and gave them the order number and USPS tracking number and they replied giving me the tracking number that I had given them in my request. They just indicated it was my problem not theirs.

Ordered Nov. 25.
I had emailed on 12/3 asking when the order would hsip and received a response saying it would ship the week of 12/3 and offered me a discount on my next order of 80%. At that point I realized I'd been taken. It shipped 12/20 and I still haven't received it.
On my order it showed it priced at $34.99 (groupon price).
Today on the website it's stating it sells for $180 but the sale price is $8.99.

I ordered an $11.99 agate and coral necklace yesterday. I looked at my checking account this morning, and they charged me $40.97. I logged into my Novadab account and they have shipped me a pink bracelet and an ugly pink charm necklace!
How, what, wait! I wouldn't wear those items if my mom gave them to me, no less pay $41 for them.

I wouldn't use them if you value your money. It is all low quality finished products, the plastics are cheap and the metals will turn your skin green. The fact that people are so willing to give Novadab their credit card # is scarey. Has nobody figured out that Novadab is bad Avon (badavoN) just in reverse!?!?

I ordered friendship bracelets but only got 3/4 at first. Mine was the one missing so i wasn't worried. I waited over a month, still nothing. I followed up, and they said they would ship again. I appreciated that (1 star) I received mine, I was incorrect. Missing some charms, wrong birth stone, no initial as stated. Stupidly on my part i tried to order a bracelte with my name on it. Had troubles with getting the right payment on it as i used a groupon and shipping was like 30 bucks (the others i only paid 9.99) i tried getting assitance with no avail. Wasted money and time. Our friendship bracelets all broke. Not happy but life goes on. Would not recommend unless you like to waste money

I placed and order with a Groupon on December 3,2018 I wanted it for the holidays. When I still didn't have the order on January 12,2019 I emailed them they responded on January 16,2019 saying they will contact the order department so I receive my order as soon as possible. Well today is February 2,2019 and I still have no word or my order. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Don't order from here ever!

Purchased a groupon for a charm bracelet from this company as a gift and I was in contact with the company multiple times a week wondering why it had been weeks and my order still hadnt shipped yet. Every person that I spoke with guaranteed that my order would arrive on time. Spoke with a supervisor who actually told me that if my order did not arrive on time than he would refund my shipping cost and I could keep the items and when it didnt arrive on time I called back and they refused to refund me any money unless I took the time to send everything back. Supervisor hung up on me as well. What a waste of my time! Worst company to ever buy from! Do not do it!

Over 1 month ago I ordered the holiday necklace. I feel as if Novadab is a scam. I'm thinking that they used Groupon to sell the left over holiday/seasonal stock. I was never notified of any back orders. When I emailed them it took over a week to reply and the said my necklace should ship. Over a week later... still waiting. I emailed again and even reached out thru Facebook. Today I sent a 3rd email. I feel they should ship this at no charge. I am a Mrs. Claus and really wanted this to accent my outfit. At this pace I will get it at Easter. (And I am doubtful of that.) #nofkingway #neveragain #NovadabScam

I ordered thru Groupon; they said the product will be delivered in a weeks time I followed up again after one week they said it will 100% come next week; nothing came then I said I will pay extra for courier since I was to take the products with me as gift to the place I was travelling they said they will refund me money and will send the products so it can be couriered nothing came I came back from vacation (3 weeks) nothing so again I called for follow up they said they didn't send anything since I have to pay for shipping ( In spite of me paying thru groupon) which they never mentioned earlier. So finally I paid the shipping so I can get my 6 bracelets. We are on March 13th the initial order was placed on Jan 23rd, 2018; I still dont have products. I dont know how to react here now I have been told that it will come next week. Its some kind of joke... please be very careful dealing with them

I have been buying Novadab product since last year, and all I have to say is that I have been very happy with the product and the service. The only complain that I have is that I have stopped receiving "offers" I don't know why. I have not change my email or I have not "unsubscribe" from Navadab. Ordered the Charm Bracelets - they turn my wrist green. I used to be able to log into your website, now all of a sudden log in doesn't work and neither does the forgot password link.
