I was looking for an exclusive gift for my wife on our first anniversary. After reviewing several websites, I was not able to locate any. One of my friend recommended me Novadab as he ordered products here several times and was happy with the quality of the products. Receive than over the site. My wife just loved it. I would certainly order more
Products for here as the prices here are reasonable and competent to its
Quality.

I do not like to take expensive jewelry when we travel so this pearl necklace, earrings and bracelet looked like a perfect alternative at a reasonable price. NOT NOT NOT! The lobster claw broke the very first time I tried to wear it! The return policy MAY be OK, but I don't think I should have to return something before I even had a chance to wear it.

Nobody answers the phone nor will they return emails. The jewlry is pretty but their customer service is not good at all. I would recommend to stay away.

Purchased some jewelry for my wife. The order was delivered well in time and was beautifully packed. She is very happy with quality of the product. I will buy them in the future.

Made a Holiday order for my wife and daughter for stocking stuffers. Place order 11-29 and shipped 12-Delivery got lost by post office in NYC/NJ and never delivered. When reviewing deliveries realized never received it and emailed/called customer service. Worthless customer service...did not confirm and re-ship order. No information, no follow up. I understand shipping is out of their control, but the lack of service is what bothered me the most. I am sure they were insured so the only thing they lost was a customer. They said they would replace the items with anything listed. I did tell them if they could not fill the order as ordered to refund my money which they did (4 days after request). What made me mad was their customer service did not even provide me any information. If they are out of stock, tell me...did not attempt to even try to ship items before Xmas with a week to go. If Novadab would have just given me customer service (information), I would not have been pissed off! Thanks for letting me vent.

They offered me a coupon since the item I ordered went to back order and won't be here in time for my wedding and they gave me such a beautiful heart earring and necklace set it's so beautiful

I bought a groupon for 2 holiday necklaces from NOVADAB. I ordered them as Christmas gifts on December 1st I just received word, today December 31st, that they are finally shipping! Almost 1 month after ordering! And needless to say, they are not arriving in time for Christmas. I also wrote to the company 4 times and finally after I threatened to contact the BBB they sent me an email saying it has been shipped. I asked them to refund me and less than 24 hours later I had a report of a fraudulent charge from NY where they are based off over $350. Thank goodness my credit card company denied the charge and reported to me immediately they suspected the charge was fraudulent DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Saw a groupon for a Christmas necklace and placed an order on 11/18/18 and still have not received the merchandise. Wish I had check the reviews first. Never againagain.

I bought two bracelets, they would not send them together so I has to pay shipping for each individually. The shipping charge costs more that the bracelet did. Will not use them again

Over 1 month after ordering! And needless to say, they are not arriving in time for Christmas. I also wrote to the company 3 times and finally after I called my credit card company to hassle them, did I get a response from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

1st, you buy a groupon for $12 only to find out you have to spend another $18 for shipping. 2nd, you receive the glasses, they are cheap looking and 1 pair is too big, 3rd contact company who sends a replacement, replacement is broke and not usable 4th contact the company again and they say they'll send replacement, 5th call company after 6 weeks to ask where is the replacement... SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a necklace/earring set on Groupon from this company in December, 2018. I finally tried to cancel my order the end of April, 2019 when I still hadn't received the product. Wouldn't you know, it came in the mail a few days after that and it was GARBAGE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Loving this new boho style beaded bracelet I got! So cute, easy to put on wrap design, and comfy! Lots of compliments on it already!

Their customer service and products are wonderful. The rep I dealt with was named Bryan Wilson and they were professional and kind!

Loved the jewelry came in its personal keepsake bag. Jewelry is looks better in hand than on the website. Pleased customer.

The bracelets that I received were damaged, but the were replaced in a timely order... I'm HAPPY.

I brought some items from them but their website has changed. I like their products and special price. What's going on for their website?

I was facing problem in redeeming my coupon, called the customer service and they were quick to resolve it.

If you have any concerns or questions they are quick to respond and resolve what ever the issue is.!

So I ordered one love accent bracelet watch on the 14th of December 2017. I actually somehow managed to order two and was charged for them. No big deal as they were affordable. On January 18th 2018 I received A single watch and not the ones that I ordered. I made contact and was told that they just sent that one because the ad on Groupon was wrong, despite being on there for months. (Provided screen shots of the Groupon ad, my order, the voucher and my credit card statement) So long story short and after being told three times that they had been shipped and all kinds of back peddling and bull$#*! contradiction and lies. I finally received my watches on tbe 22nd of February 2018. More than two months after I ordered them. On the upside I got to keep the one they sent me JUST BECAUSE, THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FYI... if the watch I ordered and finally received two months later is for woman! Then how come it's too big for every guy I know? The Hulk could wear it!. Also... I don't know a single East Indian male named Neil Williams. And I know a gazillion of them. Not a racist.
