Novi Decor

Emailed a few times to get info on a Modway outdoor set and all my questions, which were generally about weight and dimensions, were answered quickly. The 11pc set arrived much quicker than expected, which posed problems for me, but it's not their fault, in fact I would rather have things quicker rather than delayed. The delivery guy helped bring it off the truck and we took care of the rest. I would get more pieces from them for sure. Keep it up.

Pretty straight forward ecomm site. Nice addition I noticed was snappy customer rep's responding to my emails and people to pick up the phone when I called about my delivery. Safe and reliable, price was fair too.

This is a good site for modern items, not everything is modern but the pieces I purchased were. Delivery time is good, better than what they say on their site, but not exactly 2 day delivery. The quality of the items I received are good for the price. Overall a good deal.

Liked the site, everything was easy to find. The ordering process and delivery were also painless. This was exactly what I expecting and exactly what I received. I will continue to get other furniture for other rooms here.

This was my 3rd order from Novi Decor. My first was a dining table and chairs. My second was an armchair for my reading nook. Today I ordered a lamp for my nook. I just want to say that emily is a dear. She is so helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions no matter how many I had. It makes it easier to shop at a place where I feel welcome and treated like they care about me. I have recommended them to all my friends and I will be back to fill out the rest of my home.

I purchased a leather sectional and was hesitant about the color and grade of leather and asked for some samples so I could see the leather texture and actual color up front. It took a week to get me those samples but I was actually surprised they sent it. Two other stores flat out said they wouldn't do it and another wanted to charge me up front and would repay me when I shipped it back to them on my own dime.

The texture and color were good and the sectional looks wonderful.

I thought I'd give my 2 cents for Novi Decor. I was recommended to this websites by my neighbor who went bought a few things from them. I gave them a try and ordered a bed from Novi Decor. After ordering I was surprised to find that the bed was not in stock. Frustrated, I was going to cancel but after talking to Emily I decided to keep it. Emily was able to upgrade my shipping for a short two week period. I was happy to keep the backorder and waited for my bed. Well delivery took a little longer than expected but Emily had explained that to me with the upgraded delivery. The delivery everything went smoothly and now we had the bed we always wanted. Overall, I think they are worth giving a try. I have ordered other furniture from other places like Wayfair (horrendous experience) and I like the feel of a small store like Novi Decor as they do give you a personal shopping experience.

I purchased a Whiteline Mod buffet and was hesitant because it was an expensive purchase. Many reviews said to call for a discount. I wanted to call just to talk to someone before making the purchase. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. And yes, I did receive 10% off, which was very nice. I elected not to do in home delivery because it was an extra $200 and that was a mistake (it's over 280lbs!). The only issue I had with the experience was the delivery appointment. The delivery company was late twice and I had to call them to make sure they were coming. Outside of that the experience was good. The reviews for Novi Decor are mixed here but generally very good overall and that was a reason I was okay purchasing with them. As a small business owner I know the disgruntled customers are the most vocal, so I thought I'd share my experience good or bad. Thank you.

Received it today and it looks great. I one review here and it wasn't great, and Google had a good amount of very good ones so I wasn't sure what to believe. I took a chance and I'm extremely happy with the table! Thank you.

Initially I was hesitant because I had never heard of Novi Decor, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I ordered a Chintaly dining table and Soho Concept chairs. I received a good price because I purchased both. Everything arrived sooner than expected and was better looking in person than the pictures!

Was super scared about some of the bad reviews because they all pertained to damage. I ordered 4 stools for my counter and received them fairly quick. Sure enough, one had a bent leg by the footpad. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to fight it out with some company over something like a bent leg. I let them know right away and sent pictures of the leg. THE TRACKING FOR THE REPLACEMENT WAS SENT THE NEXT DAY. Happy with everything so far.

I purchased two dining chairs and a small dining table. Reviews were overall good but mixed here. I called and they helped with everything from confirming the dimensions to the delivery.

I have ordered from Novi Decor multiple times. First, I ordered a dining table. It arrived damaged but after checking the delivery for damage, I refused the shipment. I contacted them and they sent another one out right away. I was happy with the experience and decided to get a set of dining chairs. Although, I initially could not find ones that I liked, the ladies over there helped me find a set of Modway ones that worked within my budget. Those sent out and arrived without issue. I placed another order a couple of weeks ago for some stools and again those arrived just fine. My dining room and kitchen counter has many products from Novi Decor. Although they are not perfect, their service is up there. I feel I have a personal shopping experience with them. I can't say that about the other companies I have tried to buy from. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to my friends and family. I suggest giving them a try and if you dont believe me, call in and they will give you some reassurance.

Probably the first one of these on the internet, ha, but my experience was so great I had to share. First, I have been shopping for furniture for months and just don't have time or patience to go into a store and buy things so I have been calling every online company for help. No one answers! Phones, emails, nothing! That is until I called Novi Décor. The customer service was so friendly. It felt like I had a personal assistant that was there to help me with all my questions... and I had questions, haha. Emails, phone calls, suggestions/alternatives, etc. the works. I ordered a few items at first and after receiving them I started ordering more and more things to fill a newly purchased home. They talked me through everything, delivery came fast and when I selected an upgraded deliver option they performed it expertly and professionally. -sidenote: upgrade shipping! So worth it!-

One item did arrive damaged, but they quickly had it picked up and a replacement was shipped out.

This place felt familiar and personal, small but professional. I fully endorse Novi Décor and Emily (my customer service rep!).
