Scam and fraud
April 16, 2023

I never write reviews but I'm going out of my way to say please do not use there services. I was supposed to get a trial period and only pay 1$. Now I have been charged 10$ every month from them. Customer service is nonexistent as there is no phone number and they ignore any emails you may send. I'm having to go through my bank and dispute each transaction which is just time consuming. Not to mention none of there information was different then the free versions and it wasn't even correct! Don't waste your time.

I submitted a request for removal of my information from this site as I am in a situation where my safety and privacy could be at risk if my information is publicly available. However, they said it could take up to 45 days for removal and there is no way to call them or speak to an agent directly, you can only email them with no timeline of when you might hear back. Meanwhile my name and number is publicly available, not even behind a paywall. Extremely exploitative.

One of the best data brokers site that have come across in my many years of internet surfing. Their reverse phone lookup service is absolutely free compared to other sites out there making a killing at the expense of the poor populace. For anyone interested in a 'light search' as opposed to the 'in-depth search' Numlookup is the way to go.

Numlookup
January 6, 2023

Numlookup used to be a really good site to look up phone numbers, now it doesn't seem to be as good. Just researched a spam number and numlookup said it was a low risk number when it is listed as a spam number.

I found numlookup on a whim. Decided I'd give it a try because I could never find a service that was actually legit and correct as far as data goes. I literally toggle back and forth with about 5 of them currently! I wouldn't say this site is anywhere near as superb as the employee review that was written above. It's shotty at best and that's when it even gives you anything at all, as far as results. I signed up in May for what was advertised as a FREE service. NO CC OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED but then asked for a $10 donation to help keep their small business free and I complied. Well, for someone who has over 120k emails, I didn't realize they have been popping my account every single month for that one time $10 donation and never did see the emailed receipts. If ever this happens I NEVER have an issue with the company at fault reversing their fraudulent charges, EVER! Forget trying to get their team to refund the money they stole from you! I was told they would gladly dispute it given the fact that I used their services during those times! Ummm, Free is free is free, isn't it? You advertise and your slogan is practically "BECAUSE ITS FREE!"Regardless, the unprofessional responses via email tell ya just exactly what you're dealing with. Don't waste your time or energy with this joke of a website! Right there with all the other data search sites that promise you guaranteed results and deliver a joke! You're only as good as the paying customer you treat like trash. Don't see this making it very far with business ethics(or lack their of) such as yours!
