Second time buying carpet from the web, it's still perfect. Color, texture, softness. Shipping delivery as expected. For independence day get extra discount code but my room is only big enough for 1 rug so
I purchased a duvet cover and the colors were not what I ordered. They claim the difference in colors is due to lighting. I was sent fall drab colors and it was suppose to be jewel tones. Pink not burgandy etc. They will not accept a return nor take accountability for their mistake. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
The rug was not what I had imagined, but my wife absolutely LOVED it. The fabric is softer than I expected (it's amazing) and the color of the rug is a bit darker than what I was looking for, but it's still perfect for my living room. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it's not really what I imagined it to be. But we still like this rug
I ordered a round rug last week but rug is misprinted. I emailed them and got them instructions to return the money, too late to receive a new carpet. They are so kind, the way they know. They listened when I explained rug is misprinted and never complained. In addition, I also received a coupon for independence day, which savings when I rebooked. I think the new carpet will be perfect when they pull out experience from the old carpet.
I bought a round rug from nurayhome and when it came, it smelled awful like chemicals. I had to put it in my garage to offgas. The quality was also terrible, it was like a foam rug, with lots of wrinkles and it wouldn't even lay flat. I emailed the company to get a refund and they repeatedly refused to let me return the item. This is a terrible business, do not purchase anything from them.
The rug I put on is a lot smaller than my kitchen. Disappointingly I made a complaint and asked for a refund. They very kindly agreed to refund me.
