I have been ordering makeup from Nykaa, its a great saver of money. Good quality of product! Delivery was on time! Its more convenient if you don't want to go to the mall to shop as it has so many brands available online.

I got one product from nykaa.com which was non returnable and size was small so I asked to replace the product but they denied u was trying to replace it within time limit but there was error on application I couldn't able to replace or contact customer care that time and when get to connect them they simply denied replacing the order my money got wasted. I escalated but the senior customer care was very rude. Very bad service.

But bar bar problem aaa rhi hai... connectivity proper ni hoti... bich bich me sound drop ho jati hai... very big issue... starting ke 1-2 days achi connected huya... koi issue nhi tha... but muje Costmer support se call aayi thi bola gya ki apki prblm jldi solve hogi... kab hogi plz timely action... apke app me na koi return ka option bi nhi hai... very bad app... plz solve this problem..

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Nykaa's refund process that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As an avid online shopper, I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but Nykaa's handling of my refund was truly subpar.
I had purchased 2 products from Nykaa's website and unfortunately received a package with both products wrong after 13 days, it was the wrong shipment. Disappointed, I promptly reached out to their customer support team to initiate a replacement and refund for each respective product. They assured me that the refund would be processed within a specific timeframe, which gave me hope that my issue would be resolved quickly.
However, as the days turned into weeks, I found myself constantly following up with Nykaa to check the status of my refund. The lack of proactive communication on their part was extremely frustrating. Each time I contacted their customer support, I was greeted with vague responses and generic apologies. It felt like my concern was not taken seriously, and my patience was wearing thin.
Till today that is even after 18 days of my order I haven't received refund or the actual product which I ordered.
This delay not only inconvenienced me but also made me question the reliability of Nykaa's customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In today's competitive e-commerce landscape, timely and efficient resolution of customer issues is paramount. Nykaa fell short in this aspect, and it was disappointing to experience such a lack of responsiveness and accountability.
While I have enjoyed shopping on Nykaa in the past due to their extensive range of beauty products and user-friendly website, this incident has made me reconsider my loyalty. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when other online retailers prioritize prompt resolutions and maintain clear lines of communication.
In conclusion, Nykaa's delayed refund process left a sour taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope they address these issues and improve their customer service to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.

Recently I ordered cenizas vit c serum which was of 15 ml and I paid 675rps and the same was just 275 rupees in flipkart so I say it's better to opt flipkart then this app

I purchased 3 products with order id NYK-************** and bill amount of 1578 which was prepaid.
I received a damage product worth 639 and for 1 week they kept me on loop to wait for 72 hrs, dropping calls in between and not providing any assistance. I kept on hearing same answer to wait for 72 hrs. Then after a lot of esclations their supervisior ( which they always say is busy in another call and will call back however this never happens) ensured to look into matter and after a week I received a mail of product unavailablity and ask if i want refund. When I agreed on refund they ask me on 31 aug 2020 to wait for 48 hrs then they will initiate refund (not sure why now they need another 48hrs for this) now after 48 hrs i am getting same answer to wait another 48hrs and then also we are not sure we will initiate thats what i get in response. On top of that when asked refund amount they told they will not refund tax part and only product part will be refunded for 639.
Never purchase from their site it is so disappointing and their customer executives surely gonna take them down with such services. Will drop another review with all chats, mails and product screenshots and to show how they respond every other day with same answers

I am a frustrated customer who had placed an order on your Nykaa portal on 12th May for 4 available products & today its 29th May & i have still not received my order. My order number is *******. Ur cust care ppl have no idea about anything, Could u pls revert on this I am fed up waiting for the delivery. I had ordered my products on 12th May & today it is 29th May and i have still not received my products. After placing an order you guys have mentioned the estimated delivery date is between 14-19th May and today is 29th May and the products have still not received and your customer care people dont know anything, they just know to say that the products will reach soon. Also your so called WOW express still shows the status till 13th May only.
I called your customer care people twice & both the times they have no idea about anything.
After waiting for so long i went to the market and have already bought the products and now these are of no use to me hence cancel this order and refund my money as soon as possible.
At least do this please.
I have to say that this is the most pathetic site on which i have ever ordered products & will never order again from here i swear.

I ordered two products from Nykaa on 28th May out of which one was delivered to me on 2nd of June and the other one on 1st of June. The product that i received on the 2nd was wrongly delivered for which i Immediately requested return and it was pickedup and the refund was initiated. The other product which i received on 1st had some size issues for which I requested the return on the 3rd of June for which the return window was still open. On the same day the delivery person came and took the product but i did not received any message until the evening that the product has been picked up... Later that evening suddenly i received the message from nykaa that the return has been cancelled without specifying any reason. I spoke with the customer care and they verified everything and said that they will speak with the courier team and update. Now i get the response after almost 15-20 days that the investigation was done and found that the product was not picked up. They have refused to provide me with any kind of explanation and nor they are refunding the money. I had chat with them for almost half an hour and all they could say was we investigated and we did not received any product. Nor they provided with any kind of proof of investigation. Worst experience till date with such a big brand

Nykaa.com order not delivered since 1month money deducted

I am really fed up from nykaa.com
I ordered 3products costing 695Rs on 17March, 19. Money is deducted from my account.

Now it's approx 1month I am not receiving my products or money.

They mention on their site that delivery takes 3-4days, but see I am here with no product in hand.

I have called them day and evening talking to different representative but they say we can't do anything. We will raise high priority request and then next day they change the status to Out for delivery and very same evening change it to Failed delivery.

I didn't receive any call, message, mail from courier also if in case They cannot locate my address.

Neither nykaa is providing me the contact of India post.

I found a number of India post online but they never pick up the call.

Nykaa says they can't contact Indicate neither I, then how will things work.

If they claim to deliver in 3-4days, and do not deliver for any unknown reason how should I deal with that.

Giving fake commitments on site is just making fool of people.

What a company is it?

Overall service is bad, Nykaa's customer care does not give any solution. Courier partner delivery and pick up service of Nykaa Fashion is not good

My experience with nykaa service is terrible. Truly awful.
I ordered a skincare routine worth more than 10,000 for my best friend's birthday and hoped they would deliver on time. Delayed delivery obviously. And to top that they did not sympathize emotionally at all.
Secondly, she did not like a few of the products as they were not cruelty free and wished to return them, imagine my shock the return and customer service is terrible at Nyka.

There is no sense of satisfaction in NYKA's customer service.

No empathy no service. They are just ridiculously blunt about what they want to do and are not ready to provide a solution and just sit and enjoy the show seeing the customer frustrated.

It's been 10 days since the pickup was not done and my money is stuck with you. We cancelled our previous weekend plans because we were assured that the pickup was happening last Saturday and is still not done and now your team expecting us to cancel this weekend plans also saying very bluntly that the pickup will take another 4 days and they cannot do anything about it. This is not going to happen again.

Moreover the team tried to blame it on us several times. All the mistakes were done at the backend and we are suffering and holding our plans from past 10 days.

If the pickup is not done today I am going to defame you guys on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. I can also go to consumer forum if required.

This was my first return experience with nyka and your incompetent team has turned it into my last purchase experience with nyka.

No brand takes 10 days for a small pickup. We are glad that we have Myntra and purple for beauty now as there service is flawless and very very transparent.

We know that you guys do give a tiny rats $#*! about the feedback otherwise we would've got a solution at the time of query only but still this is necessary that you know this and improve your customer service.

The product quality itself is really good. Ive been using the same toner for a long time now(used to buy it off Amazon), and my sensitive skin loves it.
Now the main issue js is tge pathetic nykaa after sale service. This was my first time ordering this particular product from nykaa and it came it a horrible condition. The outer packaging was all wrinkled and the bottle of the toner was scratched from outside. It was pretty evident that it was mishandled. The opening of the bottle is supposed to have a tiny silver seal to cover it's top, which this bottle was missing.
So i reached out to the customer care and shared the photos, to her credit, the customer service executive was very cooperative and polite, but the nykaa team wouldnt accept their fault and exchange. They kept arguing that this is how the bottle was supplied to us and we sent it to you as it is, so we are not at fault here. I mean really? Isn't the whole point of this website providing GOOD QUALITY products directly from the manufacturers. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for the quality, what role do they have then? Just cataloguing? If so, then STOP MARKETING YOUR PLATFORM AS A QUALITY SERVICE PROVIDER.

And they had the nerve to tell me that they would help me out if in case my SKIN HAPPENS TO REACT OR BREAK OUT ON ACCOUNT OF TE PRODUCT BEING CONTAMINATED.
Pathetic policies, terrible service. Wasted my money in an attempt to save money(since amazon sells the same product for around 2200).
