I was defrauded and traced the perpetrator to this site. In my country privacy laws seem to apply to criminals only. How do I trace the perpetrator. I am cyberspace illiterate - not even sure I am doing this correctly. Is anybody able to confirm (how) my suspicions. I have traced so much about this fraudster but do not know where to go from here ie e-mail address', hosting company (they are noe the resellers) and of course this site. How does a person stop him/her from continuing with their fraudlent activities.
