I've bought a lot of game cards from this site, never had any issues except for when I was in error and the customer service team were great(and fast) Verification is a bit of a pain, but simple to do and necessary I suppose. Highly recommended

Then the case is closed at PayPal and Offgamers continues without delivering the last order, without refunding the money for this order and having delivered illegal Amazon codes. I bought 3 CD keys from the website only to find out they were used not by me or anyone I know however due their so called investigation I am being redirected in circles. I am at a loss of money with no product and left with a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I purchased $100 Google Play gift card and it was already redeemed. When i contacted support, it took them 4 days to check and eventually they said it was redeemed after the purchase.
Asked for a refund but still the same answer so they are not refunding as well.
Do not use this website under any circumstance.
Update: So their support, they gave me an exact date when it was redeemed. Guess what happened when i contacted google, They told me it's not possible.
Update #2: So now they are telling me they are able to get an expected date to when the code was redeemed and used. Really funny though. Seriously stay away from this website. All they do is lie.

I have bought from OffGamers multiple times without any problems! They are the cheapest out there with gift cards. If you find cheaper It's either not going to work or the fees are gonna make it even more expensive. This site has always been good.
Bought two Japanese Google Play cards from Europe and they all worked perfectly. Simple and straightforward system for something you would expect to be a lot more complicated. Couldn't ask for better.

Moreover, the Codes do not tend to come late (once it did take some hours, but as i contacted their support, they sent me directly).
Besides that, it has another major factor: Reliability. Their price is also fair.

Dont worry about buying at them, if your transaction with them is on hold or pending they will help you out immediately. If you want a refund they'll do it the same day, all keys are working and fast delivery like a hot rod!

Never had a problem with any of my purchases and customer support is spot on. The loyalty points can be redeemed easily with any hassle plus there are options to have instant discounts or accumulate points.
I would say the service is very well taken care off. It might not work for safari user, once change to other mobile browser it work perfectly fine except after payment it hang a bit but it was successful. Ps plus buyer
I've ordered both gold and CD-keys from this site and they have been the best out there hands down. Gold delivery happened right away, literally 15 mins after the order. CD-key for Cataclysm was at least $10 cheaper that the retail edition and was delivered within 5 mins of my order Best service to use by a long shot... PS. I can't attest to whether or not they're the cheapest out there but they offer the best most reliable service at a cheaper than retail price... I normally don't care enough to write reviews but after having one of the worst CD-key purchase experiences tonight i feel compelled to give props where props is due.

Been over 5 years since I needed to use this website, focused on college and jobs and stuff, and back then the website was amazing still, if not for minor faults here and there that I can't remember at the moment.
Come 2016 and the collection has grown tremendously, and payment methods have expanded to include various methods of online payments, not sure if they have an offline option I didn't check.

I see a lot of bad reviews for OffGamers, but meanwhile I've been using this website for either iTunes codes or Nintendo giftcards since 2016 and I've never had any issues at all. I've done about 30 orders here, none of them ever had any problems.
Just bought gift cards worth a total of 75,- and I received the codes in 10 seconds. So I can't complain.

Once you are approved during the first time purchase (took a few hours last year), you can buy code cards for much cheaper than anywhere else and you get the code as fast as on Amazon. Maybe even faster in some circumstances. I have already recommended this site to some of my friends and can definitely recommending it to you too.
Great company. They offer a great way to save money on an alternative way to buy games of dlc and process orders so fast. Multiple payment options and great coverage of international product codes that would otherwise cost a fortune to order from other companies. Zero regrets or issues in my own experiences

Sorry, I don't usually type in all caps but I wanted to get my point across. I have not ordered from Offgamers but I work for a company that's *constantly* receiving calls from Offgamers customers. People try to cancel their orders and get their money back and they're not able to or they haven't gotten their gift cards yet, etc. We also get charged by the minute so it costs us money when people don't understand that the number they were given is incorrect. It's awful and I feel awful since there's absolutely nothing I can do about it; there's no way I can help them. So this is me trying to help. Please, PLEASE do not order anything from them.

A day after I wrote a 1-star review, I sent an email to support as the rep suggested. I am happy to report that they verified my account manually. I didn't have to submit additional documents anymore.

I've been buying from Offgamers since 2015. My user status is currently Gold. This recent KYC verification has really pissed me off.
I've sent the selfie photo that they asked from my mobile phone 3 times. Upload from my mobile device stated that it was successful, but their web panel stated otherwise.
Live chat did not even offer me an alternative to verify my account even if I asked several times. I refused to do the selfie verification anymore.
It has been a good run, but I won't be coming back anytime soon. You've lost one customer in me.
Purchased a psn card and they took very long time saying that they are verifying the transaction when I contacted them they told me that I will take over to 12 hours and until now i don't know whether am going to receive my code or not. It's not recommended at all
They stole over $300 almost 2 months ago and refuse to do anything about it. This is theft and fraud. Do not use these scumbags.
Response: I have given these people the order numbers, provided payment receipts multiple times and emailed them. They refuse to provide me with anything.
Don't trust these frauds and thieves. They just don't want their bad customer service shown in public, they don't actually want to help anyone or to resolve anything.

TLDR: delayed verification due to very mediocre built-in picture scanning software
My friends all recommended me to use OffGamers, because they had the best rates, but they warned in advance of a long/delayed/frustrating verification process... I didn't think it would be that bad, so i gave it a shot.
I understand verifying the buyers' identity in case of fraud, but the built in software is complete trash. Why isn't there an option to upload photos, or a button to take the picture manually? Since the scanner automatically takes the picture, it comes out blurry or undesirable. Then due to security reasons, we cannot directly attach driver's licence to the email correspondence, which is understandable and good business practice, but further delays the verification procedure. But for a business catered towards gamers... I'm sure you know some transactions in game are time sensitive.
Fix your verification software or you're losing business to competitors.
