I've bought a lot of game cards from this site, never had any issues except for when I was in error and the customer service team were great(and fast) Verification is a bit of a pain, but simple to do and necessary I suppose. Highly recommended
Warning! OFFGAMERS Scammer site, scam customers. An Amazon Gift order, Amazon freezes funds indicating that the codes were also illegal and invalid, support is requested from Offgamers who pretend to be ignorant... an appeal is made to PayPal. As a result of this, Offgamers blocks another order paid for USDT and says that until the Paypal cases are closed, they do not return the funds from the last order, which has nothing to do with the Amazon Gift order. Then the case is closed at PayPal and Offgamers continues without delivering the last order, without refunding the money for this order and having delivered illegal Amazon codes. Be very careful OFFGAMERS IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT GIVE SUPPORT... It is all automated and with duplicate, repeated responses that are not even interested in helping a customer. If you want to avoid losing money, DO NOT BUY AT OFFGAMERS.
As you have read it is the most secure and cheap site I have ever found, also I have already made several purchases and never got scammed. I highly recommend them.
Evwrything is okay a bit long the process and hangs at certain points of the process and when you get to the review i dont know if anything worked havent received nothing so i dont know.

I bought the wrong game. I immediately emailed them to tell them not to send me the game key, because I bought the wrong game, but they still sent it to me. Isn't this a problem with your program?, And then I asked for a refund, but they did not refund, because they said I had checked their key, I want to say that I wrote before and said not to ship me, you still send it, I am using it for the first time, Their process is very complicated. If you buy the wrong one, you have to reply to the email and cannot check their KEY.

NO refund AND NO ANY SOLUTIONS FOR ME! They are in very programmatic replies, communicating with them manually is like communicating with a robot, angry!

To address the first issue, unfortunately, the codes we sold are digital Xiao, which means it will be sent automatically once an order has been completed. The only way to stop this is to cancel the order when it was still verifying. Also, since the codes are digital, it will also be encrypted when it was sent to you. Accessing the code will then remove the encryption on your end, and simultaneously void any cancelation/return as the code has then already been decrypted.

If you are lucky that your order was not flagged by their "smart" system, it is fast.
Here is what happens, if you are not lucky and get flagged by their system:
After going through all verification processes from creating your account (Shasso phone number and email verification) and also this website requires you to call the bank to get the extra verification from the bank.
I did all that and they are still asking attachments such as Government ID, photo of me, and also photo of my credit card for their verification. According to one of their agent, they are asking this in order to comply with AML/KYC regulations. I don't know what that regulation is but this is just ridiculous. I like being safe when making online transactions, but this is way too much.

I have been buying codes from offgamers for a few years now and only recently did I encounter a problem with their code. I bought a USD100 Google Play gift card, and as usual I would copy the code and paste it in the redeem page. Instead of redeeming the USD100, I was told the code was already redeemed. How is that even possible when it wasn't even 15-20secs after I got the code?
I did what any upset customer would do, contacted their support team. It took them 5 days to get back to me, which I understand since it was the weekend. Then all I got was a reply telling me that it was confirmed the code was redeemed on the same day and asked me to check again if any of my family could have used the code. In short, they're not taking any responsibility for it. I am the only person who can access my account, the code only shows in my account and not in any email.
So I believe there is only 2 reasons this could have happened. They did indeed send me a used code (maybe used by one of their staffs), or their security is weak that it was hacked. I am not taking any further risks with OFFGAMERS! USD100 is not a small amount! Buy from OFFGAMERS at your own risk. I'm done with them!

Stay away from this company if you not want get problem.
Here is why.
I buy 2 PSN $50 US on same order. All code have same problem. The code can't reedem because the code not activated on offgamers backend (it show Error WC-*******-1 on PSN)
I contact support. I make request just activated the code on their end. They said should be waiting 3 working days to investigation. Are you kidding me? I should waiting 3 working days on small problem?
After 3 working days, no answer or update from offgamers. I should contact support again. And got refund only 1 code.
I make complain, and should waiting 3 working days again to investigated another 1 code.
Today it was 3 working days for 1 another code. Like before no answer and update until i contact them again. Now, they said "still awaiting respective team to finish the investigation" and can't provide specific time to solve the problem. For what i give they 3 working days again if they can't solve this problem.
What are you doing so letting me wait so long?
