The location is why I'm giving this business in Kemah two stars. Easy in & out. After this, it goes all down hill. Customer Services begins at the top and trickles down from there. The print desk area has employees with not only poor customer service skills, but unfortunately, bad attitudes as well. Management and/or supervisors no where in site, no matter how many people are waiting. The apathy that runs within the organization at this particular location is deep and very negative. Stores with horrible customer service such as this one will be wiped out and will go out of business very quickly.
I just had the worst experience ever. I am a small business owner I have used my local store at congress ave and boynton beach blvd in florida for many years. I went to drop a big job and I was told by the printing manager that they close at 7pm I was in shock really? Since when? This is disturbing because I only use office depot. They have lost a customer. Gave 2 star bc they always done a good job. Please do better with your communication with the customer's.
We have business acct and recently ordered banners and signs. The banner fell apart after hanging one day. I requested refund for banner at store. They said sure but gave me another number to phone for refund. I called twice, on hold for 20 minute and never got person to take care of refund. They forwarded me to two different people and assured me they would return my call within 24 hours. It has been 6 days. Poor poor customer service!
What else is there to say? Average is as average goes... Product selection is actually very good, but their pricing is always on the high side, even with discounts.
Do I purchase items here? Yes, but if I can find it somewhere else, I will generally travel to save money.
Their product line is good solid stuff and they have very helpful clerks there to help you! I have purchased from them numerous times. The chair I am sitting in right now (desk chair) came from them. They were very helpful and I am handicapped so that means a lot to me! I have to use a walker these days and cannot do so much but I was in need of a new chair as my old one (from them) wore out finally after years of use. 10 years old chair! Not bad as far as desk chairs go! What prompted me to get it from them in the first place is that I had bought one from somewhere else and it lasted only 3 years. I decided I wanted one that had better quality to it and it was too by golly! I would say I got my money's worth for sure!

I live in a fairly large city so I have plenty of places to 'compare prices' & service as far as computers & printers go. I always get good service, lots of good help, and the staff seems to have lots of knowledge about computers, which I, as somewhat of a novice, appreciate. I got great help from the staff when I wanted to buy a computer - and I've bought more than one thru Office Depot. I bought one printer there & had to return it. They took it back, no questions asked, and helped me find another one. I would recommend this store based on their good customer service.
The store I go to is convenienttly located and easily accessible. They usually have what I need but some of their prices could be better, considering they are a large corporation with the attendant buying power. Overall, they do a good job.
I ordered quite a few items and upon delivery some of my items were not in there. I called customer service and they said my missing items would be shipped to me asap when I checked my bank account I saw they charged me again for items I already paid for and after several days they still have not returned my money, all I am getting from customers service is the runaround. I will never order from them again.
The staff at the Tigard Sequoia Office Depot are absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable! I had an issue with one of their office chairs I purchased and they were able to think outside of the box and solve my problem! I take my hat off to them for a job well done!

I ordered 9/14/23 came damaged 9/20/23.5 calls 6 days. Everyone fron office depot was nice just not helpful.
Finally today I am told they are refunding my money and keep the damaged board.

Be very careful when ordering software from Office Depot. Their website is very misleading. I ordered what I thought was the latest version of a certain software and when I received it, it was an upgrade from a previous version. The box and description shown on the website did not indicate that this was an upgrade. It didn't even come in a box. They are telling me there are no refunds on this item. So I got ripped off for $150.00. I will never order from them again. There are plenty of other office supply stores around.
Office depot. Is a little on the pricey side but after experiencing staples website of disaster and unable to get cards and flyers, i went to office depot. They're on the A game. Office depot in Arundel Mills is horrible. Nothing prints And I've been burned twice. Then they tell you to call 1-800 number.
I tried to return merchandise with the recipe this evening. I was refused a cash refund and offered a store credit instead. This is simply a forced sale within the store which is unacceptable. I should be able to get my cash refunded with the return of the unopened merchandise.
Purchased an item which was in stock and on sale. Not delivered. One week of chasing them and was finally told it was permanently out of stock. Refused to honor sale price for a different color. Should have purchased it elsewhere as the item was on sale at many places at the time. 0 points for customer service. Just a fake sale with no inventory.
Ordered two black and white copies over two weeks ago. They immediately took the money from my account, but never shipped the copies. I called last week and after waiting 25 minutes on the phone, they located my order but had no idea whether it had shipped or not. They promised a follow up email which never came. A week later, still no copies and no follow up emails. I called back to request a refund and they tell me it will take 7-10 days. They take the money immediately from me, ignore my order completely, then expect me to wait 10 days for a refund. Oh, and their call center is in the Philippines.
Office Depot is a great office supply store. However, I do not shop there unless I have too because they are insanely expensive. I usually use them for items I cannot wait for that I might purchase on line. They do have a good selection of products and they do offer business services which I have had to use upon occasion.
I bought a $900 Lenovo laptop with all of the top specs. I've been using nothing but lenovo's for over 12 years. I bought this one Lenovo laptop, and on the 15th day I tried to take it back because it is so not performing like a Lenovo does. Office Depot? Naughty little employees that told me it's not their problem go take it to the manufacturer. Manufacturer says well if the computer is broken will fix it, but if it doesn't perform well then you have to take it back to the store. Go back to Office Depot, little teenagers telling me well the manager's just going to tell you the same thing that I told you, which is you have to go to the manufacturer. Fast forward 4 months later? I'm stuck with a computer that literally doesn't work anymore. I'll try to go to the manufacturer, but 15 days after I bought this piece of crap, Office Depot should have taken it back. My advice? Don't ever touch this company with a 10-ft pole for anything more than 10 cents.
Always satisfied with the service and the bulk deals they have. I sometimes order stuff for my clients here for which I can not get bulk deals somewhere else. However, they do not sell everything for the best price that is why there are no five stars.
I placed an order for some simple envelops with our logo printed. There was no mention of them being out of stock nor did I get an email explaining that when I placed the order. Instead I received an invoice and an estimated arrival date of July 5th 2022. When the product did not arrive by the 6th and my order was still marked shipping I ask what the delay was. The agent on the chat told me it was a printing issue and they'll be rushing it. Today, July 7th, I received an email from a different agent telling me the product is back ordered and it won't be shipping until late August. All that was needed was any type of communication or an alterative envelop option. Terrible business ethics and customer service. There is no chance I'll be using this company or would I advise anyone else to.
