I have been using offrs for over a year. The reality is that the data they provide is very valuable (I don't think other people on this thread understand how to leverage it). The challenges I had in the beginning where centered around how I incorporated the data into my marketing campaigns. Once I started putting those into place, I got results. You need to rinse and repeat to ensure you hit the right targets.

The owner of the company blew off my first scheduled meeting and that should have been a red flag for me! I signed up for the service where they would make the calls to the leads and then call me as soon as they had one so I could just follow up on the hot leads. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE PHONE CALL. NOT ONE LEAD! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

This company promised a lot of things and never performed what they promised. They never set up a time with us to do the onboarding and for months we were told this would happen and it never did. However, they consistently took $599.00 out of my account every 30 days after being told to stop verbally and in writing. Since we never received any type of service from them at all we asked for a full refund of $4,000.00 and they refused to give us a refund. We proved to them we never received service of their products. Now every time we call to speak to someone the CSR just hangs up on us and no one ever calls back to help us get our money back. I would not recommend using this company...

I have been with offrs for 3 years. Lead Feed is very cool. All types of seller leads in one place. The automated email marketing system has allowed me to reach out to quality leads without having to spend hours manually researching and crafting emails. It's so easy to use and the results have been amazing!

I haven't counted each lead that has incorrect information but I received a little over 500 homeowners. I would say 400 of them have incorrect phone numbers, emails, and have zero plans of selling. I honestly feel like they pulled a tax record of every homeowner that lived in the zip code I purchased and then found a possible number associated with that name/address. Unfortunately, I saw these others reviews to late before I got locked into a six month contract. Oh and if you want to cancel make sure to do it 30 days in advanced in writing, that's another hidden guideline, they don't make so obvious when you sign up.

I've been a real estate agent for over 10 years and I've seen a lot of lead generation products. All of them have their flaws, but after using offrs I'm a big believer in predictive analytics.it just makes sense to analyze who's most likely to list her home and ignore the rest.

The platform is not user friendly, data is outdated and false and once sold you are on your own…. Called to complaint and never got my money back after 10 days of using this system and they are still charging me…. Run away…worst investment for a platform that sounds too good to be true…

I signed up, and thankfully only agreed to 1 territory. After a month of trying to figure it out I finally got it all set up. I immediately starting getting "leads" but none resulted in business. The leads were wrong numbers, some were other agents, some were not interested, some were already listed, some who knows... In the end I received ZERO calls about the marketing and my efforts through their platform. They said it takes a few months to work. After 3 months they said ohh you need to use these scripts to call people and door knock... Um thats why I signed up for this program, so I don't have to do that. After 5 months I asked to be released from my contract because it was not working and they said no. So lesson learned. In theory it sounds great but just didn't work for me.

If you need to burn through some money just for the heck of it this is an efficient way to do that. If you want to generate business - this does not work. You are much better off using EDDM to mail out postcards than waste your money on this system. I was told I could cancel after 3 months if I wanted but watch out - after signing up they rope you in for 6 months in addition, you have to give 30 days notice. I cancelled Nov 29 but they still charge me in December. Stay away.! This is just another way to separate Realtors from their money.

Ok so I wanted to know myself how lead generation companies could help with my farm. Best way to do so was to sign up and give it a go. I just went for it and will keep you posted but its true about the customer support mentioned as these guys are very professional and helpful.

I completed my 'training' online last week but it was straight forward, no surprises for any agent familiar with farming. I'm looking forward to the leads as they are what I signed up for but the company has delivered on their promises so far and I have no reason to doubt their service.

I was told that I needed to do some setup on my end before I would be able to jump on the leads but again it was basic stuff like setting up my profile photo my contact info and so on. Took all of 5 minutes. I can't wait to see if it was worth the investment but they seem legit.
