The service does not work well at all, and they don't issue a refund. I'm out $30 and no service to show for it. Customer service consists of one individual. He claims he will be able to help with difficulties, but keeps trying the same thing over and over. Of course it doesn't work.

LmkLast month I missed half the month because they took 2 weeks to help me set up. This month it was not updating and I uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps saying license already in use. This was over a week ago and I have sent 5 messages to them in the past week and no one has fixed or messaged me back. I will not use anymore! If I could give a 0 I would. They don't care about their customers at all.

I am always worried about my children when they are with their friends. So I decided to use the OgyMogy spy app. After installing the app, it immediately fetched the data and uploaded it. Now I can see every wrong activity of my children. I strongly recommend this app to parents worried about their children and want to know about their whereabouts.
They take your money, the product doesn't work & customer service won't respond or help. I've given them several days and several chances to call me back and make this right. Scam.
Ogymogy used to be a great product, but it no longer loads on many or most smartphones. (Will not work on recent Android releases)
If you buy it and it does not load, they charge the full amount.
Tip for consumers:
The product does not work and they will only issue a partial 40% refund if you contact customer service in the first day. They do not respond to customer service contacts, so they end up trying to keep all of the money. If you buy this and it will not load and work, dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will keep on scamming customers as long as the credit card companies are willing to bill for them.
Pure ripp off. Very bad Software. I canceld my licence after 1day and i didn' t get my money back.130 eur for nothing. Unfriendly Support. I contact a lawyer now
