Purchased item on eBay at priced listed. Next day received an email from eBay stating that the item had been cancelled at my request and that I would receive a refund. I contacted OJ Commerce stating that I had not cancelled the order. Their response was that the listing was wrong and the price would be adjusted - higher. I contacted eBay and informed them of the situation. They said that this is against their sellers agreement policy as a purchase is a contract. Also because OJ Commerce said that I cancelled the order, I am unable to leave seller feedback on eBay. Ebay is looking into removing "buyer initiated cancellation" so that I can leave feedback on their site. They also are reporting this violation through their escalation channels.

I bought the South Shore Axess Printer Stand and I couldn't be happier. Arrived well packaged with no damage. I put it together myself (2 are recommended). The directions had minimal words, just pictures, but if you pay attention they're very easy to follow. The result is a very study, attractive and useful product. Small enough to fit in a small space but big enough to accommodate my printer and all supplies with enough extra room on top for a wireless phone, WIFI router or a personal tchotski (sp). The drawer is smoother than the ones in my kitchen, and all fit and finish are outstanding. Excellent product family owned in North America!

Don't do business with these folks. They do not stand by their products.
In my case, their online pictures and descriptions were not accurate. They wouldn't take responsibility for either. If Amazon hadn't stepped in and offered to pay return shipping, I would have only recovered. 25 on the dollar for the lampshades I bought from OJ. It is my opinion that they have no business ethics at all.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong chair 3 times and in the end didn't know how I could be refunded because I used a Walmart gift card. The manager John closed my ticket the first time, second time they didn't answer the phone for 2 weeks. 3rd time they sent the chair to my wife's parents house 20 miles away. All we wanted was a rocker before our baby was born. But here we are 2 months later and the baby is here and no rocker. If I could give this company a zero I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I tried to cancel an order as soon as I realized I ordered the wrong size. I did order the correct size but was unable to talk to anyone to cancel the wrong order. Their web site does not function properly and makes it unable to cancel an order. There is no "place order" at the end of the transaction---it just goes thru without varification. I can see why they don't have a good rating. PayPal wasn't much help either. This company should be reported!

I've been searching and searching for a desk for a number of weeks. Big box stores with sale brochures but when I went to purchase they did not have them in stock. I then found OJCommerce and within a week of purchase had my new desk. Not sure how they did it but it got done to my satisfaction. Keep up the great work OJC!

I am extremely satisfied with the high quality valance and it is so beautiful in my cottage. After receiving two for my bedroom, I went back and purchased for the living room in my cottage. Love these valance. I purchased others and they did not compare as the design work was not visible. Thank you. I highly recommend. OJComeerce is great to work with.

I recently purchased 4 TV Tray Tables on Walmart.com through OJ Commerce and I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only was my order shipped quickly, but also arrived well protected in the packaging and completely assembled for immediate use. The tables were solid wood and designed for longevity as well as purpose and extremely easy to use. The tables were on clearance at over 30% off, but the quality was 110% and I was impressed at what I got for what I paid. I'm a "Happy Camper"!

Purchased the Air Conditioner online thru Walmart they sent an email for delivery, Updated delivery ahead of schedule, arrived with no problems easy to understand instructions had installed in window in less then 1 hour.

I was so pleased with the entire process of ordering and receiving the Little Tikes Table With Umbrella. It was delivered a week earlier than anticipated, the packaging was in tact and it was super easy to put together. I highly recommend ordering through OJCommerce and will do so again!

I bought one for me and one for my mother-in-law who resides in a nearby nursing home.
Mine works great. I have yet to see a squirrel attempt to climb the birdfeeder pole. Now my mother-in-laws is a different success story as the squirrels have now learned to detour to an overhanging branch, leaping down onto the feeders from above. One bright spot: Yesterday a squirrel attempted the pole from below and fell from the baffle to the ground below. It landed badly and a minute or so passed before the rodent rolled over to munch some droppings around feeder's basewhile a dozen or so elderly folks cheered the accident from the windows above. (It doesn't take much to amuse nursing home residents in these locked-in times.)

Purchased a set of 2 Zero Gravity Chairs from OJC and it was easy to find, and they had other sets to choose from too. I found the price better than all the other places. The delivery was 3 days sooner than initially shown.
I would purchase from OJC again.

Ordered a TV stand, and it was assembled. The quality of the stand was very poor just terrible. It wouldn't even stay together. In trying to return it, I was informed it would be a 30% restocking fee and paid shipping. Between the shipping and restocking fee there wouldn't be much of a return, I will not order from this company and don't recommend it to anyone.

Searched for furniture with OJ Commerce, never expected to see such a great collection. Overwhelming collection. The prices were the lowest that I could find anywhere. I would definitely continue to shop with OJ Commerce and recommend.

I has Expected for a strong base to hold patio umbrella for almost 2 weeks. It arrived late and further disappointed me when I found it couldn't vertically hold the umbrella. I am going to return this base and definitely never recommend this product to others.

Bought item from walmart.com service by ojcommerce and received the wrong item. Ojcommerce requires me to pay for shipping to return the wrong item that they sent me back to them. They also state they will be charging me a 20% restocking fee. Dont buy from ojcommerce, but more importantly, dont buy from walmart.com that involves a 3rd party provider. Walmart.com is not like Amazon where Amazon services returns. Walmart.com does not service all returns and dumps you to the shady 3rd party.

I bought a de-humidifier from OJ Commerce through Amazon, and it's doing a great job in my "moist" basement.

Unlike the many other unhappy reviews, I was satisfied with OJ Commerce. The product arrived in good shape and earlier than OJ Commerce estimated.

Since there were no problems with my very simple, easy to fulfill order, I had no need to contact the company's customer service department.

The anchor bolts popped out of the pressed board witch made it so I couldn't finish putting it together. Brought it in through the front door and one hour later it went out the back door. Was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product!

I was not happy after putting the bookshelf together. It was smaller than I expected so I asked to return it. I was sent an email stating if I wanted to return the bookshelf I would have to pay out of pocket for the return; pay a 20% restocking fee; and the worst part is that they will not accept it if it has been put together. Question, how would I know that I am not happy with it until it is put together. The end result is that even if I did want to return it I would pay more for the return than I paid for the bookshelf. In my case I would say HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Know who spend your money with. Verify all of the policies. The only reason I gave it a one star is because it was the worst option available.

This company (OJ Commerce) is deceiving and has poor business practices. I purchased a sofa to be delivered to my out-of-state (Florida) condo rental property for an upcoming visit. I paid for the sofa in full and was given a delivery date agreeing to the timeframe I would be there. Prior to the scheduled shipment date I then receive an email that the sofa is no longer available! I was left with no time to find an alternative. Customer service was horrible. After much research I located the owners Odelia & Jacob (OJ) Weiss located in Florida but still no reply.

Dead-ends encountered in ALL attempts to communicate--emails, calls to customer service. They simply don't answer. I really began to feel that I had been scammed and that I was going to lose my credit card money! They need to hire someone to respond to buyers and honor what the wedsite says they will do. With a B- from the BBB, I would leave this company to rot away or reform!

I ordered 2 Furinno Econ Multipurpose Computer Writing Desk, French Oak Grey on the Walmart website and this item was delivered before the actual delivery date, that was great. I have 2 small children that are learning from home and these desk are perfect out one-room office. They are easy to put together and are very sturdy. Mom and kid approved.

Our bed arrived quickly and I'm ultimately very happy with it. HOWEVER - it had about 25 extra hardware pieces (some of which were literally not even listed on the instructions - just thrown in for the heck of it.) and it was missing about 20 pieces. So I had to go to the hardware store and spend $20 in nuts and bolts that SHOULD HAVE come with it. Irritating.
