Purchased suitcases from I thought JCPenney,
0JC was the third-party payment and suitcases were the wrong size.
Very poor customer service and I had to pay shipping costs for the price of the suitcases period very bad experience total loss situation and very bad customer service do not recommend at all!

Item was ordered on 6/4/2020. I received an email on 7/8/2020 that it was on backorder and would not be shipped until 7/27/2020. I called 5 times, waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, to then be sent to voicemail. No one called me back. I want a refund. I am disputing the charge with the help of my CC company and filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is a complete scam. If the price seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THAN IT IS!

Bought a ice maker. They marked the price wrong so cancelled my order and kept saying they credited my account then told me to take it up with Walmart. Walmart said it was a 3rd party and the OJCOMMERCE was responsible.

I ordered a small corner cabinet for our powder room. It is the perfect size for what we need. It was shipped quickly. The item was exactly as described online.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, hands down. Withheld $300, would not answer my calls nor return them. Told me a "supervisor" would call me back that never did. Had to initiate Amazon investigation because OJ Commerce is so bad at communication. USE ANOTHER SELLER. IT'S NOT WORTH THE ISSUES YOU WILL FACE!

I ordered a entertainment set from this company through Walmart and when you look at the picture and it shows the entertainment it looks really nice but when you get the entertaining home and assemble it it's only maybe a foot and a half tall and when you sit your TV on it it looks like your TV is sitting on the floor any children walking by can easily knock your TV over on the floor period when I asked to return it I was told I had to pay for the return and deliver it have it delivered to back to them myself I wasn't even offered to be sent a label to send this return back and to have this shift it's going to cost more than I paid for the entertainment. I'll never ever buy anything from this company again. First time last time

I ordered several items from OJ Commerce through the Wal-Mart market place on Black Friday and 2 days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to a pricing error. How convenient that their Black Friday prices were errors. I believe this is an excuse due to not having enough inventory to fulfill the orders. I will never order anything com this company again and review than on all available sites. BUYER BEWARE OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I bought a TV Stand from OJCommerce through Amazon and it came damaged at delivery, and that´s when the nightmare started. I sent pictures and proof about it. They kept sending messages to make a replacement even though I had requested for a return/refund. They claim it´s a buyer´s remorse case because I am rejecting their replacement parts so they are forcing me a 30% restocking fee (83 usd) plus return shipping for 2 boxes. I filed a claim with Amazon A-Z guarantee too see if I can avoid that huge restocking fee. Worst company to buy from unless you agree to keep the items even if they are damaged and receive their replacment parts. WORST RETURN POLICY YOU CAN FIND ONLINE BY FAR.

Niche Cubo Set of 6 Foldable Fabric Storage Bins that I ordered are great. Very sturdy. Love them. I designed a play cabinet for my grandchildren and they love it.

The dressing table showed up earlier than promised. The parts were packed nicely. The dressing table was easy to put together and clear directions. I would recommend this table for any young girl.

I purchased a Stratton Home Black Ribbed Lumbar Pillow and I love the pillow! My order was shipped in a timely manner with no issues. To me that is very important.

I spent $1100 for a 'leather' loveseat. First off, the leather is simulated, not genuine. Bu more importantly, after just 2 weeks the main support cracked. I notified them immediately. They did not respond - UNTIL the 30 day period of limitation ran out, & basically told me there was nothing I could do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. And even if you COULD return something, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee - PLUS the return shipping.

I purchased 4 brown stools and they sent me 4 blacks. Now they want me to pay return shipping cost. Liar, stay away from this scam!... STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY...

I bought and received two basketballs. They are both oval when aired up. I am sick of having to return everything. So my babies are bouncing oval balls. How's that for a review.

This is by far the most frustrating unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company. The bath mats are beautiful but they don't fit my bathroom so returning them has been impossible. I think they are a scam business because they don't answer the phone and their emails are just a copy and paste message that doesn't answer my questions. I do not know the address to return these mats to so I am out $45. FRADULENT WEBSITE I WOULD STAY AWAY!

Had a tree cut down in my front yard and went online to purchase a rake to help with the clean-up. The rake was not expensive and was very good quality. I'm sure I'll find many uses for this tool.

I'm very happy with the delivery time The desk was a perfect size as I have limited room in my bedroom. The only problem I have is that the desk top had a dimple in it which cannot be repaired.

First of all i love the way all mayerials were inside the headboard for the platform however its a peice of crap for over $200 i got ripped off the kingsize platform is junk the foot part of it is all bent the 1x2 wood that sre supposed to be support beams cracked the first night my husband and i slept on it makes my $400 mattress feel like a waste of money therefore I want my money back for this worthless junk for a platform
