I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!

Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

I was very disappointed when it arrived with a crack. The desk is very nice and durable and loved the color. The shipping was super fast. I can not return it, my son needs for school now!

It's a little smaller than what expected, but it came in handy for our dvds! It fit most of our movies. We had a full medium size bookshelf full, and with 2 storage bins, most movies fit

Yes, I was another one who fell victim to the OJ COMMERCE/WALMART Black Friday scam. I purchased 4 of the many tvs listed for the sale price of $99.99, sold by the OJ COMMERCE company, listed on the Walmart.com site, on Black Friday. I received my emails this morning, stating the orders were cancelled due to a pricing error. Very sad that Walmart allows this company to conduct business like this, and on Walmart& amp; amp;#039; s own site! I& amp; amp;#039; m shocked and disappointed.

All victims of this BLACK FRIDAY SCAM should put our opinions of OJ Commerce on other review sites too, not only this site. We can help publicize their poor business practices and maybe negatively affect their actual sales. A company involved in such poor practices, especially with such obvious intent to deceive consumers, should not be permitted to conduct business, much less profit from sales.

I ordered an $80 item. It was the wrong thing. I did not open it. After numerous phone contacts, transfers and holds, I received an email explaining that I would be charged a restocking fee and would have to pay for my now return postage. This totaled in at $14.36. THEN, they deducted the postage I ORIGINALLY paid for and only reimbursed me $55.00! Including the added return postage I paid I LOST a total of $49.00 for ordering the wrong thing! This does not include all the TIME I wasted on phone calls and emails! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY EVEN IF WALMART's NAME IS ATTACHED!

Love it! Highly recommended. Everything is as perfect as the pictures shows. If you are looking for a platform bed frame that's cheap, this is the best option.

Bed came today ordered from Walmart.com. None of the pieces had stickers on them to identify what pieces were what. Very hard to put together with no markings.

I ORDERED THE A&B HOME DYNASTY BAMBOO BOWL. I RECEIVED A VEGETABLE HOLDER. OBVIOUSLY NO ONE DOUBLE CHECKED MY ODER FORM BEFORE SHIPPING. NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF SHIPPING IT BACK AND BECAUSE I ORDER IT THROUGH WALMART. I JUST CAN'T RETURN IT BECAUSE IT'S THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. I'M PISSED, DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.

I was sent something I DID NOT ORDER! I ordered a wrought iron gazing ball stand and I received a wrought iron globe! They are still online selling the product they did not send me! I have tried to call and email the company to get this corrected - they do not answer the phone. Actually the call lasts long enough that it eventually disconnects. No one will answer my emails. I have just reported this FAKE COMPANY to the Office of Consumer Protection in the Office of the Florida Attorney General. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Was on hold for two hours before someone picked up. I have an un sturdy bunk bed to return and they told me I have to pay for shipping it back and a return fee. They are horrible. Stay away from them

So, I tried to talk my son into getting a better quality dresser to put his clothes in, but this is the one he liked the design of the best.

I think if we keep it in it's one spot, it will be fine. HOWEVER, we put it together in our game room and then went to lift it to take it to his room and it was already falling apart. We tried sliding it across the floor and same thing. It started coming apart. We placed it in the room and told our son... WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE IT. We think it MAY last if it is just not moved. TERRIBLE piece of furniture.

I bought few items from Amazon and I found that OJ Commerce shipped it. Then I found OJ Commerce having it's own website. I was really surprised to see the whole lot of products available at OJ Commerce at the best price you can ever get. I now have OJ Commerce as my first option that I check when I shop.

This one was easy to put together and looks nice too. Seems sturdy and serves my purpose. I purchased it through Walmart and it shipped to my home fast.

I sent several emails informing this company that the HARDWARE to put the platform bed frame together was MISSING... I have yet to HEAR from this company... so my ONLY alternative was to TAKE the pieces with me to my local home improvement store(s) to get the MISSING HARDWARE PARTS... that COST me additional money... a reimbursement for the MISSING HARDWARE would be greatly appreciated... however, I am not waiting I actually LIKE the platform bed frame and waiting any longer is NOT an option for me... my bed frame WILL be completed this Memorial Day Weekend

I made the mistake of buying something from them for my dog who died before I got the item. I asked them to make an exception about taking 20 percent to put the small box back on the shelf due to her death. They are heartless, not only did they not say they were sorry for her passing but wouldn't make any exception or even provide the label to send package back. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

This company has the worst customer service team I have ever experienced in my life. It is extremely difficult to get in thouch with anyone. I tried to return my item (which was the wrong item sent AND it was damaged) and had to call four several hours until I finally reached an agent. They told me they are unable to do anything themselves and had to contact the manufacturer directly. WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY NO MATTER HOW CHEAP!

Today is March 9th 2020 I am upset because I ordered a few song that came before the time they said it was supposed to when I open it up to assemble it it has a discoloration on the right side the futon is supposed to be an off-white White and it's not I don't know who I can call to try to get a refund or replace the couch but I do know that when I got home my free time was standing on the outside of my porch in the rain if someone could please call me back regarding this purchase I would really appreciate it. This year I ordered all of my furniture offline I will not do that again especially after spending my hardworking money on a few tan and it's discolored

I ordered this rug through Walmart but OJCommerce was the seller. The rug came quickly and the quality is great. I actually can't believe how nice it is for the size and price!

Good quality! The futon frames were easy to assemble. The only issue was one screw was stripped so we were unable to use it. Both mattresses fit great and are comfortable.

This company refused to allow me to cancel my order moments after making it. They said the product was already on its way and there was nothing they could do to cancel the order. The product was shipping and set onto my front porch where it crushed my plants and flower pots breaking and killing them. Then, the customer service rep made it seem like they were doing me a favor by canceling the restocking fee. Shipment back to the store cost me more than the product itself. Overall, I feel like IVE BEEN SCAMMED. Extremely unhappy with the product, the company, and the run around. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

I bought some stereo equipment from OJ Commerce, through Amazon, thinking that would protect me. How wrong I was!
Before I bought the product I asked OJ Commerce a couple of questions (through Amazon) about specs, etc. They didn't respond but I found the information elsewhere, so went ahead and ordered.
The product arrived - the box looked like it had been thrown off the truck a couple of times! I saw no point in wasting time setting up electronic equipment that had been treated like that, since at some point something was not going to work right. (It's rattling inside.) I requested a refund.
1. OJ Commerce refused to give a refund; they said they would only give an exchange. IF I provided photos of damage.
2. I sent photos of the damaged box, but OJ commerce demanded photos of visible damage! How can I photograph internal damage to an electronic item?
OJ Commerce said I would have to pay a 30% "restocking" fee to get a refund. I asked for clarification of other fees and charges. Since I have notified them that the product appears to be damaged, I also asked that I get my full refund (less their 30%) if damage was found or claimed by them. (I don't want to be blamed for preexisting damage.) At this point OJ Commerce simply stopped responding.
Bottom line: con artists. STAY AWAY.

Tip for consumers:
If you are brave enough (or rich enough, or foolhardy enough) to deal with this company, get everything in writing before you order. Afterwards is too late. But there's no reason to believe they won't weasel out anyway.
