I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!

Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

Their customer service is one of the most horrible services I ever dealt with in my life. John, the supervisor I spoke with should be demoted and not in a supervisory position. The customer service agent began to get impatient with me on the phone. She proceeded to tell me I was "talking in circles." Well, when someone does not try and understand what you are telling them, you will continue repeating what you have to say. You just do no treat your customers like that. You are the one providing me with the service, not the other way around. And if it was the other way around, I would have a lot more respect! While speaking to the customer service agent and John the supervisor, they could not come to a resolution to the issue I presented him with and had no interest in making right what was wrong. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I highly suggest no one else EVER buys from this company again, unless you want to deal with HORRIBLE customer service. Considering how this company treats their customers---they will probably be out of business in 5 years. No customer wants to deal with employees with an attitude.

The bookshelf I got was easy to build and sturdy. I was disappointed in the chips in the would at several places and the plus to cover my screws was chipped as well. Quality was fully there.

I ordered a 12'x9' outdoor carpet. As soon as I completed the transaction I received an email stating it was out of stock, two weeks later it was still out of stock but another carpet 2' X 8' arrives. After dozens of emails back and fourth, they inform me that they don't have the carpet I ordered in stock and I would have to pay them a $30.00 restocking fee and return postage on the TOTALLY WRONG CARPET THEY SENT ME. I contacted the fraud unit at my bank and filed a complaint. Terrible company policies.

I'm very satisfied with the ease of the way I was able to assemble it and I am a 69-year-old senior. It's perfect for me with the stay at home rule at this time.

We purchased a chair from OJ Commerce through Amazon. The chair arrived defective. OJ Commerce wanted to give us a 10% credit for the inconvenience. We said no, we don't want a defective chair. Next they told us to donate the chair to a charity in their name and send them the receipt. After they receive the receipt they will finalize the order process. We said no that's not acceptable. We then contacted Amazon to complain about OJ Commerce purchase. They tried contacting the company on our behalf. We got the same "donation" reply. We finally got satisfaction by Amazon's A TO Z Guarantee. If it wasn't for Amazon, OJ COMMERCE would have taken us. DO NOT BUY FROM OJ COMMERCE.

OJ Commerce has terrible customer service. I ordered a black bench through them on amazon and they are trying to make me pay for shipping and charge a restocking fee for an item that they sent me that is missing pieces... HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will never use them again!

After purchasing a $175 piece of furniture through WalMart, from this company, I realized it wasn't what I wanted and tried to return. This was a 42lb piece of furniture. I would have had to pay return shipping (upwards of $80) PLUS a 30% restocking fee (over $50). In order to return this product I'd have to LOSE over 130 DOLLARS and MAYBE receive $40 after all was said and done. Plus I would have to get the box to the post office or shipping center myself. I found this unacceptable to get back less than ONE QUARTER of my money so now I'm stuck with a pricey item I no longer want. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service and policy.

I recently bought a glass entertainment center to fit tvs up to 55in. Very easy to assemble, sturdy, but unfortunately my 55in TV hangs off the sides! Other than that factor, I love it!

I found s slew of bed bugs in my headboard & they don't even care enough to refund me to help exterminate them. I purchased the headboard off of Walmart.com.

I purchased a coverlet through Walmart that was shipped third party from OJ Commerce. I tried various attempts through Walmart to try to return it then finally found out that I needed to ship it directly back to OJ Commerce. Multiple emails later I finally got the information I needed from OJ Commerce in order to do the shipment. When I took it to UPS, the only carrier that I could use that could get it there on time as so much time had elapsed with the runaround with Walmart, I found that it was going to cost me nearly $50 to send a $100 product back. You do the math. I'm keeping it and/or trying to sell it on a social media outlet. As I said to OJ Commerce I will not knowingly purchase from them again, nor will I ever purchase from Walmart again.

Purchased a loft bed on nov20 it's now dec22 and no updates they changed the shipping date twice, take your money somewhere else, fraudulent business with fake reviews on their website.

So I Ordered a mirror on OJ Commerce., First time and last time I will ever order from them. It took almost 2 months to receive the mirror and by that time I had placed something else in the space and almost forgotten that I ordered the item. My assumption was that it had been lost in shipping or I just did not press complete order. After I received it, I asked them to Send me a return slip paid. They stated that that is not a policy and it was going to be at my cost to return it. The mirror was very heavy so the expense would be great. I explained to them how long it took to ship the item and receive it. On their website it stated normally things ship within 3 to 5 days. It also says satisfaction guaranteed and I assure you that is not their policy. I went through several different avenues to try to get a return label and was refused Every time. I suggest you not buy from them as this would probably happen to anyone and although I understand shipping is delayed because of Covid 2 months is ridiculous. I was Not even sent an email about the item being shipped or tracking, no return label, no effort at all to make things right.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t purchase from this company as they do not have good customer service

This seller's turn around on shipping times is beyond terrible. Claims to ship items fast but I've been waiting over 2 weeks now with no shipping confirmation yet. My original order date was July 11th. As you can see, today is the 28th. My order status still says "Processing". That is not fast in today's world if you want to compete with Walmart and Amazon. OJCommerce also does not submit reviews on their site for products unless it is 4 or 5 stars from what I can tell. I worked for an eCommerce company once and that's exactly what they did. Beware of companies like this, guys! They are trying to pull the wool over your eyes! The only good thing is they responded to my request for information within a day. However, the response seemed to change the "promised" ship date AND the direct link to my original order has now been removed from the site and returns a server error since they wrote me back. If I log in, I can see my order is still processing, but I can't see the original promised date anymore, so I have to trust the email's response. Seems fishy to me. But today is the new promised date so we will see if I actually get a shipping confirmation. But at least they responded.

Tip for consumers:
Try and find your product somewhere else. You MIGHT get your item on time, but then again, I still haven't received mine at all...

Had some issues with my order but due to Covid customer service was not accessible. I would give 5 stars just because I did receive my prodduct and loved it but the service was not good and honestly gave me anxiety, I did most of the customer service work myself so shout out to FEDEX

I was satisfied with the purchase, however became disappointed with the packaging because the screws for the door handles were not included. Maybe a factory oversight, but still disappointing.

Oh I received my cabinet in perfect condition, all of the parts are there, and they were clearly marked so there was no confusion. I haven't put many furniture items together but this was fairly easy for me as a beginner. I was able to put the five drawer cabinet together by myself and it took me roughly an hour or so because of all the parts to the drawers. The hardest part for me was trying to get the back of the cabinet lined up with the top part of the cabinet. The back was slightly curved so it made it hard trying to get the top part into all of the holes as well as get the back part lined up. Other than that it seems to be a fairly decent cabinet for me it's slightly wobbles but it's fine. The drawers are about 3 inches deep, and they slide in and out easily. Just make sure when you do the very last step which is inserting the whitecaps into the back of the drawers that you start with the bottom drawer first, and then work your way up. It's a great cabinet for bedroom personal stuff, maybe lingerie items, crafts, in the kitchen for utensils or plates, children's room for smaller toys like legos or matchboxes or doll items, even in a garage for small tools! I'm using it for all of my makeup and nail products! I'm very excited to fill it up and clean up my workspace a bit! I may even buy another one! A+++

I got a bed for my daughter and it is absolutely beautiful. She loves it. The material is heavy duty and should withstand my rambunctious 7 year old. Very easy to put together.
