I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!

Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

I called to ask about a couch and asked if it was in stock. I was told it was, so I placed the order on a Monday. My payment was deducted from my bank account right away. I called later that day to confirm the order and they said it would ship by no later than Thursday. Thursday comes around and I didn't receive a shipping notification so I called again on Friday. I was told my order needed an approval from the manager because they could not find a shipping service and that they would call me back and asked for my phone number. I never received a callback so I kept calling them. It was impossible to get a hold of someone. It seems like it is a very small company and they do not always answer the phone. Since I could not get a hold of them, I also tried emailing them. No one ever replied back. Then hours later I receive an email stating my order was cancelled. I then tried calling again from my husband's phone because I had a feeling maybe my number had gotten blocked. Sure enough, when I called from a different number they answered right away! Customer service is rude and unprofessional! They claim to offer "free shipping". However, I am thinking that if they can't get a good deal on shipping they will cancel the order, which is what they did to me! They shouldn't take people's money before actually shipping the item! They took my money right away before they were completely sure that they could ship it out. It was just a really bad experience and a waste of time! Customer service is non-existent. It was a nightmare dealing with this company. Do not purchase through them!

The table was perfect small but not too small fits our family well mom dad 7yr old 1yr old. It's wood and not super cheap material. Sturdy for its size and benches go all the way in

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - Ordered an "in stock" treadmill that was never delivered to my home. I cancelled the order and am being charged $400.00 for return & restock fees!
I placed an order for an "in stock" treadmill on 5/29/17 to arrive on 6/12/17. When the product did not arrive, I sent an email saying where is my product as no true shipping information was available. I received and email back stating it was on backorder. I received another email the next morning saying it would ship that same day, to arrive on 6/16/17. Still no shipping info was provided, it just said it was on its way. On 6/16, no delivery, 6/17 no delivery. Finally I cancelled my order. Shortly after the cancellation, I received a call saying the treadmill can be delivered the following week - I declined. Now I am being charged $400.00 for return delivery - for a product that never arrived at my home, and a restock fee. This is half of what the original price was the treadmill was. I was shocked at the shipping and restock fee for a product that I never received in the first place. The item was not in stock as advertised, nor was the shipping information true.

Not much more you expect from a shipping company. Package was undamaged, and arrived on time. They won't publish my review without 100 characters, so this sentence is extra.

Ordered the Odelia Swivel Glider Rocker Recliner by Naomi Home in cream. The glider was easy to assemble and is nice and comfy. I look forward to using it with my newborns.

First time ordering furniture from them on 10/14. They processed order and took money from bank account AND SENT EMAIL ON 10/15 SAYING THAT MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED only to notify me on 10/23 that it wasn't in stock after all. SO APPARENTLY THEY ARE LIARS TOO! HOW THE HELLLL YOU DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE WHETHER OR NOT SOMETHING HAS SHIPPED AND SOMETHING IS NOT IN STOCK? FURTHER, WITH ALL THE INVENTORY SOFTWARE THESE DAYS, HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK OR NOT! First time ordering from them AND DEFINITELY THE LAST!

We ordered a desk online from Walmart on January 3, and OJ Commerce was the "partner" who would be fulfilling the order. First of all, they said the delivery window was between January 19 and January 25, which is ridiculous, but ok. By January 23, the order status on their website still said "processing" and not "shipped," which was alarming, so I emailed them to see what was going on. When they emailed me back the next day, they said I wasn't going to be getting the desk, and did I want to wait until late February for it? Um, no. I asked for my money back. They sent me an email saying they would do that. Then this morning, they sent me an email saying they were not going to do that. If I wanted my money, I could get it from Walmart. Luckily, Walmart did refund my money, but had I read all of these reviews about this company prior to ordering the desk from them, I would have never done it. Walmart is doing themselves no favors by partnering with scam artists. If I could give zero stars, I would.

WHAT A JOKE. THIS COMPANY WASTED 2 MONTHS OF MY TIME! PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS TO KEEP THE GENERAL PUBLIC FROM TURNING SOUR TO ONLINE SHOPPING! THEY GAVE ME 4 DIFFERENT BACKORDER DATES AFTER THE WEBSITE STATED INSTOCK, 90 AVAILABLE. PURCHASED IN FEBRUARY, BACKORDERED FIRST TO MIDDLE OF MARCH, 2ND BACKORDER TIL BEGINNING APRIL, NOW MIDDLE OF APRIL.

OJCommerce was a company I purchased a Defective Sofa from and it's been a nightmare ever since
My BadI should've dod my homework not every company is going to be committed to their customers sent sofa back and yet haven't received my refund
Contact bbb they have not responded
Call federal trade commissioner today hoping that I get my 408. Dollars soon Almost a month waiting SMH
I don't like the customer Service they lie for gain!

I ordered a 30lb weighted vest from this company, and thought the price was good, the speed of delivery was good it came in earlier than I thought it would, I'm overall happy with my product.

I recently ordered a nightstand from them and it came damaged! I contacted them and at first they said they would send me a replacement then days later they emailed me saying that they would give me partial credit of $26.40 to keep the item as is AND THATS NOT EVEN HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE NIGHTSTAND! I don't care what it takes, I will get my money back from these folks and they will NEVER get my business again! WHEREVER YOU ORDER FROM AND YOU SEE OJCOMMERCE AS THE SELLER, DO NOT BUY IT! They are full of $#*!, literally!

Do not buy from this company! They are truly a nightmare to deal with. Through Amazon I bought a sofa from them. I thought Amazons return policies would be in affect. The sofa I received was damaged. The Fed Ex Freight driver advised me not to accept it, and further he told me they should not deliver upholstered sofas because they usually damage them. I asked for a replacement to be sent to me immediately as I was leaving this home for a while. OJ Commerce said they had to investigate. A new sofa was not timely sent. I tried and tried to cancel the order as I would not be home to accept it. Every cancellation attempt I made went ignored. I asked Amazon for help and their inquiries went ignored. Then I received a form email saying my delivery would take place on the 16th, when my guaranteed delivery was the 1st. I could not accept delivery. I was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee plus had to pay for all the shipping. Why Amazon, such a great company, would chose to have a relationship with this company is beyond my understanding! Stay away... I am out $400 all because the sofa I ordered was damaged.

I purchased some blinds from Walmart and when I went to Walmart to return them because they were the wrong size, I was told that because they were shipped from a "Marketplace" partner of Walmart's, I needed to deal with the vendor directly. I called OJCommerce and received an email telling me I could return the item to OJCommerce; however, they would deduct a 30% restocking fee AND I had to pay the return shipping. I assumed that because I ordered from the Walmart website, I could return to Walmart and be subjected to the return policy that I was used to when dealing with Walmart. Had I been notified before ordering the product of the disclaimer that there would be a 30% restocking fee and that I had to deal directly with the third party vendor, I never would have placed the order. I currently have escalated this matter to Walmart management and sincerely hope they do the right thing and refund me my full amount or I will boycott Walmart as well as OJ Commerce in the future.

I purchased two arbors to put in my garden and was very surprised when I received them. I expected bc of the price they would be lightweight and maybe cheesey but HOLY MOLY. I LOVE THEM. GREAT QUALITY AND BEAUTIFUL!

I really like the color of the frame but i am a step by step instruction person and the insteuctions were not clear and hars to follow. Alos my center piece is not leveled to the ground unles i am on rhe bed which worries me a little and the screws are on very tight and rhe bed is still rocky.

The SUV was assembled in 45 minutes and the girls loved it especially when we used the adult remote (youngest is 10 months and oldest 3 yrs were all smiles).

I purchased a bed frame from OJ Commerce in March. It arrived quickly, which I was happy about, but it wasn't until I finished assembling it did I see a small sticker that said the product contains formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is KNOWN to cause cancer. There was nothing in the product information online that stated this. So, they failed to disclose this, and you only would have seen had you noticed the small sticker on a part of the bed frame. The bed frame also stinks from the poisonous chemicals. But the cherry on top was when I requested to return it and stated why, they told me that I could return it and should just send them the tracking number... meaning they wanted ME to pay for the return shipping for an oversized product that they falsely advertised. There was no way I was going to drag a bed frame to the post office. They're a fraudulent company. I should have just gone with Wayfair or Hayneedle because they have awesome customer service. I took a chance on OJ and I learned my lesson. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau which I have never done before with a company.

I ordered 6 dressers from OJ Commerce through Ebay. The day my first dresser arrived it was clearly damaged just looking at the box which was busted through straight through to the product and you could see that the product was smashed and broken. I immediately took a photo and sent it to OJ Commerce through Ebay. They claimed they could not see the photo clearly and asked me not to file a case through ebay: which is crooked and shows their attempt to not have to refund anything from the very beginning! Through Ebay they declined my desire to return the items. In the end, I had to file through paypal to resolve the situation, and OJ Commerce said to paypal that they will only accept the return if I ship back all the items at my expense. Well I had sent them pictures of 4 of the six dressers that I opened up and they knew that the cardboard and packaging was removed from the dressers and ripped. I'm not a packaging company and it would cost probably over $200 to ship back the dressers. Not a good company to do business with!

Really tight on money so looked for a good deal on a twin bed with trundle bed. OJ Commerce had on advertised for $79.09 w/ free shipping! Almost $50 cheaper than the other ones I was looking at. So I e-mailed the company on Ebay and asked if the price was right because it seemed so cheap. He replied the price was right and thanks for reaching out to them. Ordered the bed 5 days ago and curious why I haven't seen shipping info, I get a notice from Ebay the order has been cancelled. After calling the company and finally getting an answer from the OJCommerce rep said they made a mistake and are returning my money in up to 7 days. They have already had my money 4 days, now 7, and I'm reading about people who don't get there money for up to a month if at all. My wife is contacting the Florida States Attorney to see if anything can be done. I feel like I have been scammed by this company even though it just happened. Their phone reps were very disconcerting, and gave the impression it was too bad for me. Oh well my wife's mean as hell and she's out to get their $#*!. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!

HORRIBLE QUALITY, prefabricated wood furniture with difficult assembly, poor sturdiness, and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't even get a response by calling- was on hold for 15 minutes and never got anyone. Tried again, was sent to a voicemail. Tried to complete a customer service form, which wouldn't submit. Sent an email and still haven't gotten a response. Terrible experience will never use again.
