I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!
Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!
While it's up to us if what we are looking at is great, the Alice floor mirror we purchased from OJCommerce definitely provides the perfect frame for our reflections. We love it. It arrived in perfect condition, on time as promised, and its sleek design fits in everywhere. Its also light-weight enough to move it around, but sturdy enough that we aren't worried about it tipping over. Very happy with the product, the price and the service. Thank you!
I bought a table on Amazon, they shipped it to me the glass top shattered. I sent them pictures and got an automated message saying that they'll ship me a new piece. I waited, and then got another message saying that they changed their mind. So this $250 table was thrown in the trash, with no refund.
I am very satisfied with my purchase! I ordered online and everything was packaged nicely and relatively easy to assemble! Perfect alternative to a dining room table, since my one bedroom apartment does not have a dining room.
I bought a lamp from them on Amazon. About 4 days later I get a message that my order was cancelled because of customer exchange. WHAT? In the meantime I had the chance to buy the lamp from a local company but I didn't because I felt it would be unethical to send the one I ordered back to OJCommerce even though the one int he store was less expensive. Now the store is out of them and they can't be found for love or money. Thanks a lot OJCommerce. Never will I buy from them again.
I was looking for a small sofa that I could put in my studio that will not take up too much space. So I got this sofa and well I like it, though I would not say its most comfortable but I don't sit on it long, just a place in my studio for those short sits between photography work.
I received my tree on November 13,2018 from Walmart.com and put it up immediately. The tree looks nothing like the photo! In my opinion a "Charlie Brown Tree." I called Walmart right away to return the item, and Walmart will not return the item because it's a third party item. I've tried to contact OJ commerce for a whole week and nothing! Finally, today I talked with a manager and they want to charge a restocking fee and shipping fee. They want pictures to decide if my claim is legit! You can see the whole middle post through the tree. My kids and husband were even laughing at it! BEWARE! Don't order from this company! I wanted to upload more pictures, but it won't let me!
I ordered my tv stand on 4/19/2020 and received it a few days later. Very easy to assemble and so far it works perfect! I wish it were a little taller but it looks great nonetheless. Good buy, no regrets!
If there was a negative rating from 1 to 5 this company would be below 1 star. After numerous phone calls and emails regarding a return merchandise issue, Fay promised me free return shipping labels which she did send me via email. She never mentioned that I would be responsible for half of the cost. I was then deducted half the amount of the return charge from my refund. The merchandise was misrepresented and there was no disclaimer stating that the finish on the chairs could vary. The stain on the chairs was night and day from what was pictured. Never would I ever conduct business again with this company that does not stand behind their word or promises. Wayfair is the best! Beware people.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased an item from. I've written 50 emails with no resolution. They are incapable of processing a refund for a mistake they made. There is not leadership or escalation path. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this website. They sent me the wrong item and then give you the runaround with a support team out of India. It's like a bad ponzi scheme.
I ordered 1 trundle bed. OJ commerce delivered two. I spent 1 week exchanging emails with them requesting them to pay for the shipping to pick up the extra that I did not order. Their company said it takes time to work through the process. In the meantime, my Discover card was double-billed. This has yet to be resolved.
They use Fedex Ground to deliver the chair. Fedex Ground drops wherever it is convenient for them, not the customer. They dropped the large box, torn and not secure, near my garage at the bottom of stairs leading to my front door. I am 70 yrs. Old and had to uncrate the chair in the driveway and drag it up several flights of stairs to my house. Almost had a heart attack. Very bad and not customer friendly. All they tell you is that they ship Fedex so I would have thought they would have enough sense to send so it could at least be brought to the front door, if not inside the house. I'd rather pay for shipping than get free shipping and have to deal with that mess.
This company takes your money even though they know they did not ship product, They print a label and send tracking info that never gets picked up because there is no product for FedEx to actually pick up. Reached out to customer service and they keep saying wait a few day, wait a few day, wait a few days in each response
I purchased the Stamina peddler. Came to me in a reasonable amount of time for shipping. Was packaged very well and easy to assemble (everything I needed was there). Very pleased with it as far as functioning. Now I just have to build up my stamina!

Them this. Kept getting letters tling me to send the item back which weighed over 100 pounds back to them at my cost.
Long story short they evidently sent another headboard to my old address and the office tried to get fed ex to return it with no luck. I was charged a 250.00 fee for the item to be removed and disposed of by the management. I am planning on suing them for damages.
I got the 5 drawer dresser. It came in a very heavy box and I was very intimidated. It took me a couple of days to get up my nerve to take it on. I opened it and it had a million pieces and 10 million screws and doles, but I figured I'd calm my nerves and dive into the directions and so I did. The directions were 80% clear. Actual pictures would have been helpful. At one point I went to youtube to see if there was anything I could watch, to no avail. 5 1/2 hours later I was done. I purchased this dresser for my closet. It arrived in a timely manner, the quality was what I expected and it looks great. My only recommendation is to provide more detailed instructions or a link to a video would also be extremely helpful. But if I could do it (a 63 year old female executive) anyone with a bit of determination could do it.
This company is awful, I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a cat litter box that would support a tv on top. When it arrived, I had to build it as expected. But what wasnt expected was that the only adhesive was 3m tape. No Wood Glue. Furthermore, the recycling item only had one section that was made from recyclable parts. After 1 day it fell apart. (And it was supposed to support a TV with cat underneath!) When I contacted them for a refund, they told me I must have put it together wrong, and that they needed proof. They wanted pictures of all the pieces and with a measuring tape illustrating the sizes of each piece. I called my CC company to investigate and recommend you do the same. Meanwhile they gave me 10 days from delivery in order to give them the information they wanted. Needless to say, we live busy lives and they can kiss it! Keep pouring in the bad reviews until they go under!
First, my delivery came 4 days earlier than said. Secondly, the Assembling was very easy although there was no instructions in the box. Once together, I was very satisfied with the height, color, and texture of the item. I'm very amazed and satisfied with my purchase.
I recently purchased a baby changing topper from this company. All of the pictures on Amazon feature the topper with a dresser. The price of the topper is also $73. So if you're not paying close attention, it looks like you are buying a dresser withi changing top for a baby. No one in their right mind would buy 4 pieces of wood for $73! They purposely put all the photos with the dresser so you get excited and order it thinking your getting a good deal on a baby dresser! This company is no better then normal thieves that hack your bank accounts!
The Rocker Recliner purchased is uncomfortable in reclining position, the seat cushion is saggy, and it takes me 2 or 3 tries to close the recliner (I am a healthy 58 year old Male.) I called about returns, and they said I had to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I am guessing well over $100 total. The Thank You email they sent me said "If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, we want to fix it. Please contact us right away at..." I contacted them and was told all they can do is waive the restocking fee if I buy something else at equal or greater value, but I still pay return shipping. NO THANKS. Not what I call fixing the problem. We are listing it on Offer Up to hopefully take less of a loss than returning it.
I have purchased a step one miror in pure black, for my daughter, as far as I can see she loves the product, and the shipping was very quick came earlier then the arrival date, right now I'm just waiting on the dresser, and can't wait to see how it looks with the miror. Loved the service definitely will purchase in the future!
I was amazingly satisfied with the slings that I purchased for my dad who lives in Florida! The slings are the parts that the patient lies on in order to be lifted by a hoyer lift. He no longer walks and was in dire need of these items! Customer service was professional and friendly. I recommend buying from this company sincerely Maria Oliveras
Unfortunately the item we purchased was not what we expected. We wanted to return the item but were told we would have to pay for the return shipping. That cost is 111.00 per box(one hundred and eleven dollars) for three boxes for a total of three hundred and thirty three dollars. We spent almost 350.00 for the product. So we are stuck with their product that we can't use. Be careful doing business with this company. Very Unhappy at the moment.

A few weeks ago I purchased a couch from them through Amazon because they had a great deal on it. 3 Days after the fact, they cancelled the order saying they were out of stock and the next day had the same couch posted for $600 more than what I paid for. Last week I called the company and asked about that couch and they said that had many of them instock. Clearly they didn't want to honor the price they gave me and wanted to sell it for more money. I called them to work something out but anyone I talked to obv didn't have the authority to do anything and the "supervisor" was very rude when I asked to speak with someone that could actually make decisions. They need to honor the original price with me and not be so shady
