I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!

Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

Not world class quality products (that kinda Ikea stuff), but have made my daughter and son happy having their new desks to study at home. Good price, timely delivery, and easy to assemble.

My box came slightly damaged from the transport here. Your customer service was beyond excellent! Replaced the part, no question asked... and received it faster than expected. You guys are great!

Easy to build and sturdy. Sometimes I'm very skeptical about buying things online I've had very bad experiences in the past but this one was worth what I paid for

Purchased a Microwave from Walmart and must be thru OJCommerce. Order arrived in 3 days which at this time getting anything is a miracle. So I am very pleased and item was perfect

My coffee table set arrived damaged in MULTIPLE places and I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days with NO RESPONSE! But they did have the nerve to send me an email asking to leave them a 5-star review! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Recently I have bad experience with this company. I ordered two floor mattresses and I wasn't satisfied with the product. So I called them and found out that threre is no free return and they charge 20% restocking fee. I made purchase for 100 dollars. So basically I have to loose almost 40 dollars without any purchase. So this is rip off policy. Horrible Company. Never ever buy from this OJ COMMERCE company through WALMART.

I ordered this for my 12 year old son who needed a desk. He was able to put it together himself very quickly and loves it! The item was delivered much sooner than expected, which was an added bonus.

I ordered a deadbolt and handle on Amazon not realizing I was ordering from a 3rd party. Only received the deadbolt. Way too many emails they wanted me to uninstall it and send it back, $30 restocking fee. They refused to send the handle. Amazon gave me a $15 credit on a $30 doorknob, unacceptable. Rip off, waste of time.

Purchased a sauder cabinet through Walmart via OJ Commerce. Item arrived damaged. Contacted OJ and they sent replacement parts. Due to poor packaging, they arrived damaged. I asked for a refund because chances of receiving usable pieces was nil. They wanted to charge a restocking fee and wanted me to pay for repacking and shipping. I never received a usable item!

Purchased a desk from Walmart and as soon as I paid for it the price decreased by over $6.00. They would not refund the difference. Pretty shady business practices. Won't be buying from them again

Great lamps, they look great in my bedroom, the colors look awesome, I use a 60 watt LED light bulb and 1 lamp on lights up the entire room. We love them, solid construction also.

Ordered a Christmas carnival horse outdoor yard decoration ( through the Walmart site) and received a reindeer instead ( which was listed for 30$ cheaper than the horse I ordered).
Contacted both Wal-Mart and OJ Commerce and stated I was happy to keep the reindeer but wanted to be reimbursed the price difference ( I had already ordered another horse and it came in 3 days).
It took OJ Commerce over a week to get back to me with a valid response on the matter. They want me to ship back the reindeer at my expense and even charge me a restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE prior to shipping me the correct item.
This is fraudulent and I intend to get an attorney involved.
I not only will never order another item from them again... but I will warn as many other people to avoid this company AND never order from Walmart online either.
So disappointed.

I've Ordered a Tv stand for my sons 32inch Smart Tv. Very easy to put together, plus my son loves it. I do not know why the picture that I put up is upside down but sorry In advance lol.

Ordered a Black Weave Glass Top Patio Dining Table for the deck $272. Received it in May 19th but did not put together until July 1. Some of the weave on the table frame and leg looked like it had been cut. I liked the look of the table and was able to hide them uner the glass so was not going to complain. The glass did not fit good-had a little gap in one end and a little tight in the other end. Had it set up for 3 days. Went to put the unbrella in the hole and when the pole tilted a little to adjust in the bottom stand the glass exploded everywhere. They will not let me return it saying it was over 30 days even though it was defective.

This shower curtain rod is just the right size, adjustable, tightens well, good quality. It holds well, and can even hang clothes or towels on it. I love it, no need to look elsewhere.

I recently moved to Florida and needed a couple bookshelves for my office. Finding what I wanted at OJCommerce, I ordered two 3-shelf bookshelves from their website. From submitting ordering to the time I got my bookshelves, everything went very quickly. Quicker than expected. While putting together one of the two bookshelves, I noticed an imperfection on two of the face plates that connected to the shelves. Being small, I didn't give it much though. But after I started putting the books on these shelves, I could see where I would only make matters worse as the books slid across the cracked finish. I contacted OJCommerce, they asked for a description of the problem and a few pictures which I sent them. Not a day later, I was notified that a replacement was on the way. What I thought were the two pieces turned out to be a whole new bookshelf, at no cost to me. Boy was I surprised. This company in my opinion goes out of it's way to make things right, something you don't see everyday out there in the world. Nicely done OJCommerce. Keep up the good work and if I need other furniture, I'll be sure to look you up. Thanks, Lee

I purchased a futon from them and it was not only the wrong color (brown instead of grey) but also defective as it will not lay flat as advertised. I could get passed the color issue but the arms will not even fold down and the back will not lay flat. When I tried to return it, they called me and asked me to send a picture of the item-not sure how sending a picture of the couch will assure them it's defective but sure. After I sent them the photo, they replied with an email with the stipulations below. The item is defective. I'm not sure how that is my fault and responsibility? Obviously it was assembled-how else could I tell it was broken? Scam artists. The materials are very cheap and the couch is stiff-not at all worth the price I paid. Big mistake.

A. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. For more information, you may review our return policy online.
B. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.
C. If the returns department receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Very happy with my new desk chair! The white is nice looking. The price was so reasonable i was concerned that something might be wrong. To may surprise my 72 year old self put it together in 10 minutes needing no help needed. And as stated it is COMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLE.

I wish I could give OJcommerce 0 stars. I bought a futon on Amazon that had 90+ 5 star reviews. After r searching the kodiak futon and frame - it seemed like a good choice. I paid $557 and then another $150 for a professional carpenter to put it together because some buyers said it took them 4 hours to assemble. First night sleeping on it I woke up in crying pain. I was stunned. I couldn't believe the pain. I'm a young woman who doesn't have any back pain. I gave it another shot and woke up again with the same excruciating back pain. I then invested another $200 dollars in a mattress topper. That did nothing. The coils in this mattress dig into your body and the frame is only supported in the middle and then sides of the mattress sag. There's multiple things wrong with the design. After 5 days of pain, I reached out to amazon to start a return. However; I get an email from the seller, OJCOMMERCE and they said they do not accept returns for assembled pieces. How am I supposed to know the quality of this futon without assembling it? Not to mention the extra 350 dollars I've invested in this hunk of garbage. I do not recommend buying anything from this company and I'm so sorry I didn't research the company first. I trusted Amazon and their reviews. Now it seems like I'll be the one at a complete loss. Not only am I in pain but I have to figure out a way to get rid of this crap and buy another mattress.

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from them they have poorly made products and bad customer service.
