I've ordered with Okra and Molly twice for my pups birthday and each delivery has been wonderful. The designs are so cute. I love the additional party items and favors you can add to your order. Most importantly, my dog has LOVED his cakes.
The cake I got for my pup arrived on time, and it looked great! My pup really enjoyed it as well, but a day later and the poor thing is miserable. My pup doesn't usually have a sensitive stomach and has had cakes/treats from other bakeries without any issues. I'm not sure why this cake hasn't sat right with her stomach, but this wasn't the way I expected to rein in her 3rd birthday. Beware when feeding their cakes to your pups!
We ordered this cake for Our bulldogs first birthday! I loved all the options ans the size of the cake was perfect. Our dog loved the cake and it was so pretty! We will definitely be ordering again!

The birthday cake was a beautiful surprise when we opened the box. Bella (her birthday) and Harley both thought it was delicious. Gordon, the human, tried it and said it was dry peanut butter. LOL!
Okra & Molly reached out to me with ample notice, to let me know my reoccurring yearly order would be processing soon. They asked me to update my information and it was super easy to do so online.
I would recommend them to any fur-parent. What they do is truly amazing and they actually care about their customers, both human and pooches! We were lucky to have found them.
It was easy to find a cake for a friends dog and personalize it. I also emailed them with a question and I received a response right away, loved that!

I am on a yearly subscription, and my Scottie's cake arrived late. They emailed with no apology,, and put the blame on usps. When I stated I was going to leave negative review, they called my email a threat and canceled my subscription without any act for retention. They also said they gave me 4 years of dedication & went on... here's my reply to thiem... YOU GOT THAT BACKWARDS! YOUR 4 YEAR'S OF DEDICATION... IT WAS MY 4 YEARS OF LOYALTY. I PAID YOU! YOU'RE CONFUSED, YOU DIDN'T DEDICATE YOUR TIME & SERVICES FOR FREE. YOU NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE: PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE & PEOPLE 1ST ATTITUDE - VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. My dog didn't like his cake what I did gave the cake to my supervisor he has a dog his dog loved it. He also send me a picture of his dog with the cake.

We celebrated my dog Smokeys birthday with a Cake from Okra and Molly. It was so cute and he loved it! We froze half because he couldnt eat it all and has been enjoying it for awhile.

I ordered this i believe the date was novembre 2nd because the website states to order in advance in which we did. I received a message yesterday November 20th stating that I will not be getting my order and it would come November 21st the same day that it is my dogs birthday in which is ridiculous why would you confirm us if we will not be receiving our order that we purchased in advance on the date stating we would be receiving and what do we do if the driver does not make it by today on my dogs birthday. This is the 2nd time I order from you and sadly might be my last order. My dogs day is ruined because now we have to hope these people make it if they make it sadly all these delivery services have been unreliable lately. Thank you this has truly been an experience

Its is now 4:30pm in NY and still nothing and it states 9pm cut off time, all our plans are ruined.

This place is amazing... amazing business. Said it would be here by a certin time and it was. When they had a question they texted me and responded very promptly.
The cake was awesome and Gabriel loved it. He wasn't too keen on the birthday hat until we presented the cake; then he forgot all about it. It was a great way to celebrate his first birthday! Thanks!
