Okra and Molly

Unfortunately the shipping method they use resulted in the cake arriving too late to be consumed by my dog. It arrived past the recommended shelf life - so I wasnt taking a chance on letting him eat it. Will NOT purchase from them again!

My dogs cake arrived the afternoon after his birthday. I was so upset. The customer service of these people sucks. A $12 refund on an overpriced "cake" that was a day late (party without cake) and left out in the Arizona sun (95 degrees) by the postal service who didn't even ring the doorbell. Not much sympathy for my situation, I'm convinced they just want to exploit fur baby parents.

We have purchased numerous birthday cakes and Gotcha Day cakes through the past several years, and every single one was expertly decorated, on time, and apparently delicious as they were snarffed down! Thank you for the cute ideas & quality products I can't find anywhere else!

I've never in my life had an experience like this. Nor have I ever written a review that's even remotely negative for any establishment. The person literally screamed at me on the phone for emailing too much about a missing order — but they never replied to any emails with any updates. Their customer service and communication is, as others have noted here, horrible. I'm at a loss. All I can say is, go somewhere else.

I LOVE these cakes and I've ordered 2 per year (one for each dog) for 3 years now. They're fairly cheap, they have a great selection of colors/text/designs, and they make for great pictures! I've never received one late and the dogs now know their packaging and wiggle butt all over the place when it comes. 10/10 would recommend!

There customer service has been excellent! The first cake I ordered never came so they sent me another one, free of cost. Then I entered the wrong date and now they are expediting my order. My dogs have really enjoyed the cakes. It is fun to celebrate their birthdays!

I can't praise this company enough. Their cake was so great, my little guy literally devoured it in 5 minutes ordering was a breeze, not confusing or overwhelming. I appreciated the emails letting me know when it was being shipped and it came exactly on time! I will definitely be ordering from Okra & Molly again!

Bella's first birthday cake perfect! It was exactly what I ordered and was beautifully packaged. Best of all my girl loved her cake! I barely got the pictures before she licking away at it :) There was some hiccups in the delivery but there is a pandemic happening. Their customer service was excellent and I am so happy that I've already ordered another cake. This bakery has gone above and beyond for us! They really care.

My diamond loved her birthday cake! It was packaged very nicely and easy to put together! It was decorated beautifully and all three of the dogs could live off of this thing for a month it's so big! Will definitely be using them in the future!

Today is Molly's 6th birthday and we ordered the peanut butter and apple tennis ball cake! It was beautiful and just perfect for her - as tennis balls are her first love. Molly gives it a 4 paws up! Thank you so much for making Molly's birthday a very happy one!

I've been ordering these cakes, treats, and their toys for a few years now for my 3 dogs. They are amazing and it's super easy to order them. Most recently, I ordered a custom cake with our 2 year old golden doodles face on it. It was so incredibly beautiful! Our dogs LOVE these cakes and treats and know when they arrive. They know it's "birthday cake!" I truly can't say enough great things about this company! Thank you Okra and Molly!

First off, the cake was extremely safely packaged, which was much appreciated as I feared how it'd do in transport. The candles are soo worth it! It adds for the perfect touch. Not only was the cake itself gorgeously designed, but it smelt amazing! My 2 year old boy definitely had the best birthday possible thanks to Okra & Molly! Will definitely be ordering again for his next birthday!

I needed a birthday cake for my puppy. I ordered 2 for multiple celebrations I had planned. I can not say enough good things about this cake. It was delivered quickly, looked beautiful, personally monogrammed and, most importantly, the dogs loved it. One small cake could easily feed a bunch of puppies. Highly recommend you order!

I chose the peanut butter pumpkin cake with natural frosting. My dog could NOT get enough. Before it was fully even out of the paper he was already licking for it! He definitely enjoyed it.

One note for those with smaller dogs, be careful with this flavor and how much you feed them! It is a decent sized cake but they should be fed appropriate size pieces... for fear of a poop explosion! Lol

They charged me double on my order and claims it was a technology error on their side. On top of that, the representation of this company is awful and they don't take responsibility of their actions. They are unprofessional and don't care about their customers concerns. Very unprofessional response from customer service. I highly recommend anyone taking their business elsewhere.

It was the most perfect beautiful dog cake I have ever laid my eyes on in the world or dog loved it she shared it with her dog friends is the second time we've ordered from them and we will continue to do so thank you so much for offering a great service and got it to us faster than they originally thought so that was amazing.

The cake came in great timing. It looked amazing. Smooth and pretty lettering. It was just smaller than I expected, although I didn't look at any dimensions lol so that's my fault! The dogs at the birthday party all devoured their slices so it clearly tasted fantastic as well. Thank you!

Ordering from Okra & Molly was such a pleasant experience! The website was user friendly, they had a good amount of designs to choose from & the best part is that we received the cake right on time! My 4 legged kids loved their special treat! Ill definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the cake on short notice and received it very quickly. Staff texted me to ensure some details were correct, which was so great. My dog even got a new tag to put on her collar. She loved her cake so much. She tried to take off with the whole thing a couple of times. We cut it into pieces and gave her some for a couple days. I will definitely be returning to Okra & Molly in the future. Great customer service, great product, great idea!

I asked Okra and Molly to make my dog's birthday cake in the shape of her favorite toy, a gummy bear. I think it turned out adorable! It arrived on time and they worked with me to go back and forth on ideas that were original but would also make it through the mail intact. We're both very happy and will purchase again

Unfortunately my 16 year old Lizzie became very ill. We tried every treatment under the sun and did every diagnostic possible but ultimately the doctors said it was a battle she would not win and to take her home for a little bit and enjoy our final days. At that point Lizzie had stopped eating and I remembered how much she loved okra and molly peanut butter cake. I contacted Okra and Molly explaining my situation and that Lizzie only had days left and we really wanted to get her one last favorite treats in time. Okra and Molly was immediately accommodating and had a cake rushed to us asap. This was the only thing Lizzie would eat in her final days and she enjoyed every second of it. Thank you very much to Okra and Molly.

A huge shout out to all involved making Molly's golden birthday as golden as she is! Her little golden cake was absolutely perfect and amazing details, just as requested. She loved her piece she ate, so fresh; no wonder she begged for more! I highly recommend to anyone with a fur baby! You will not be disappointed.
