I've ordered with Okra and Molly twice for my pups birthday and each delivery has been wonderful. The designs are so cute. I love the additional party items and favors you can add to your order. Most importantly, my dog has LOVED his cakes.
The cake I got for my pup arrived on time, and it looked great! My pup really enjoyed it as well, but a day later and the poor thing is miserable. My pup doesn't usually have a sensitive stomach and has had cakes/treats from other bakeries without any issues. I'm not sure why this cake hasn't sat right with her stomach, but this wasn't the way I expected to rein in her 3rd birthday. Beware when feeding their cakes to your pups!

Delivery isnt even close to delivery date.

Dogs loved it, but very small. I almost thought I wouldnt get it on time. It arrived very later in the night. But dogs devoured it.
I initially ordered a cake on a Friday for it to be delivered the following Tuesday. It stated on their website that it takes up to 2 to 3 business days for it to be delivered. I knew that i probably wouldn't have it delivered on the desired day, but that was fine.
The issue here was that I recieved an email the following day stating that there was an "order issue." The issue wasn't that the cake was going to be delivered late, but that someway somehow I miraculously found a way around their website to order the cake on Friday when their faulty website should have restricted for me to do so because of their cutoff time in the day. I was literally being accused and blamed for being able to order a cake! What was outstanding was their lack of professionalim and understanding. I literally felt like I was talking to an infant. They ended up canceling my order without my consent which i am very grateful for after reading all these reviews with similar experiences as mine.
I really don't know where the great reviews are coming from, but one thing that is certain is that their business won't be in business for long when they sure don't know how to communicate effectively and respectfully to the costumers that pay for their living.

Shop somewhere else. Give your money and business to a comapny that respects and values your time and the one's of your pet.
