Okra and Molly

The cakes are delicious and so pretty. My pups love them. They've both gotten their individualized birthday cakes for 2 years in a row and they seem to enjoy every bite as to their puppy friends that they share with. Customer service is easy to work with as well.

I was absolutely satisfied with the product I ordered compared to what was delivered to my door. It was perfect! I even had a couple of issues with ordering and they were very accommodating to make sure I was able to get the product on time as well as give me a few tips to handle add-ons that may have softened during the delivery. The timely manner that the issues were resolved was key! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

This company was great to deal with, they kept me updated every step of the way. They packaged the product so well & my puppies 1st Birthday cake was absolutely adorable! I have already been spreading the word to friends & family.

They actually reach out to individually with a real person and not an automated email! Very professional and also very approachable. Their cakes are adorable, small and well priced. They extra treats that also can be ordered with the cake are in a good price range as well. I highly recommend them to others.

I ordered a cake which the postal service sorted incorrectly and I got it super late! Okra and molly replaced that cake for me and was very prompt to respond and send it out! My doggies loved every bite of it! Will continue to buy cakes from them

Our experience with Okra ad Molly was nothing but positive! I had reminders of when I ordered the cake and when it was mailed to us. Our pup absolutely enjoyed the cake and celebrated his birthday in style :) We will definitely order from them again!

Excellent to work with, easy ordering, and prompt delivery. My pups love their products! Very inexpensive compared to other companies. Cakes come beautifully wrapped and boxed. Love the edible candles and custom dog tag!

I had asked for the cake to be shipped out asap because my dogs birthday was that Sunday. They quickly texted me and said they could get it out, but it may not be completely dry and therefore may smudge in the process. Just the communication made me feel great, the cake looked awesome and I will definitely use them again!

Beautiful, tasty pupcake that my dog gobbled up in seconds. Loved the party hat and tag! Service was great & package arrived a couple days before my dog's birthday as seller stated it would. Highly recommend!

Worst. Management. Ever. Poor excuse for a business. Had an issue with my delivery being late by 3 days. Management didn't care. Didn't apologize. Refused to refund or attempt to make things right. Super unprofessional responses. Not sure how they've stayed in business. Will NEVER order from this place again! When cake was delivered... it was hard and disgusting. Completely inedible. My pup wouldn't eat it. And he eats EVERYTHING! If I could rate this business with negative stars, I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I found this company on an Instagram post and had to order one for my frenchie's birthday. The cake is the cutest and beautifully decorated. It arrived early during these crazy times and was well packaged. When I opened the box you can smell how yummy it must be that my frenchie went crazy. It also felt fresh and moist not hard as a rock which I have experienced with other bakeries. I will definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend.

These cakes hit the rare combination of beautiful *and* delicious! I was impressed by how moist it was slicing pieces for my dog, who scarfed it down. The customer service is incredible, very responsive and went out of their way to correct an accident by hand delivering a replacement in less than 24 hours of being notified and even sent a bonus pup treat. Can't recommend enough! This is my second year getting birthday cakes from O&M and it's a solid tradition now!

It was such a pleasure working with Okra & Molly from placing the order to receiving their amazing pupcakes! The pupcakes were customized for all of our fur kids and gobbled up in an instant! I love everything about this company and can't wait to purchase from them again!

Worst and most rude customer service. Cake arrived 2 days late and there was no apology or compensation. The response I got was, "it's not our fault" "we don't make decisions for you." Not only did the customer service suck, but my dog was up ALL night with explosive diarrhea, shortly after eating only a small piece of her "cake." Garbage company. Don't buy.

We have 4 dogs, 1 of whom is very picky & another other suffering from dementia. He has difficulty at times with eating. Well, this cake arrived and hallelujah. All 4 dogs loved it, especially Mr. Picky and our lad with dementia. He hasn't licked the plate clean in a long time. He sure did with the peanut butter and apple pupcake. Brought tears to our eyes. What a monumental success. We will be ordering again. Thank you for making this winner.

! I ordered a cake for my dog in December received it late. Figured give them a shot again and ordered one for my second dog for her bday is coming up. I emailed customer service and just asked for a clarification. This did not go down well, they are the RUDEST company I could ever come across. Instead of "I'm sorry" for being rude, I get an email basically telling me to F**** off. Any reputable company would not continue to be rude, especially after you have had multiple orders, they are not worth the money for a hard little cake. Not a reputable business, save your money and go anywhere else!

My three dogs love cakes from Okra and Molly! A friend recommended them to me years ago and ever since it's been the only way we celebrate our babies special days. This year for my dogs 9th birthday we wanted to have something extra special made and they were wonderful to collaborate with on a custom design. Tails were wagging all around when it arrived!

I was searching locally in AZ for a birthday cake and had lots of difficulty finding something for my dog. I needed something quick and happened to come across this site. Ordered a ship today cake on 3/18 and received it today 3/20 for my dogs birthday. Awesome personalization and design on the cake, and she loved it. I am in awe of how incredible Okra & Molly treat their customers! I recently had to cancel an order due to being laid off suddenly and they shipped my pups birthday cake at no charge! I am in tears right now of how generous they are. This is beyond excellent customer service and treatment you couldn't get from anywhere else! I plan on continuing my subscription next year and letting the world know how awesome they are to do business with! A++++++++ AWESOME!

Received our cake for our Saint Emma today... tomorrow is her 7th birthday. Arrived in time, packed well... with a party hat and a treat (treat was eaten right after opening). Thank you. Great service.

The cake I ordered arrived PACKED with mold and the cake was broken! Mold inside, mold outside! The packaging was pathetic and lazy. Of course they blamed the USPS. No doubt mold was already growing on the cake BEFORE shipping. This company is trash. Too many other options out there for your fur babies celebrations!
Also, they do not communicate!

My dogs have been treated to lovely cakes from Okra and Molly for birthdays and gotcha days for the last 2 years. The cakes are beautiful with adorable packaging, and customer service is fantastic. Cakes arrive quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking to spoil their fur kid.
