I've ordered with Okra and Molly twice for my pups birthday and each delivery has been wonderful. The designs are so cute. I love the additional party items and favors you can add to your order. Most importantly, my dog has LOVED his cakes.
The cake I got for my pup arrived on time, and it looked great! My pup really enjoyed it as well, but a day later and the poor thing is miserable. My pup doesn't usually have a sensitive stomach and has had cakes/treats from other bakeries without any issues. I'm not sure why this cake hasn't sat right with her stomach, but this wasn't the way I expected to rein in her 3rd birthday. Beware when feeding their cakes to your pups!
This was the time I decided to order my dogs cake online for her birthday. Sad to her birthday cane even her friends came over. But we had no cake. I so excited! Just be let down. So there was and option to have it redelivered and gave me a date. So I rescheduled the delivery. I never received a update a cake nor apology or refund. No response at all actually. Sad I'll never do this again. With that being said I'll continue to make her cakes my self. They aren't fancy but I make it with love and we're all happy..
Cake got to me the day before, it was beautiful, and the dogs ate it up. My dog was very picky, and she loved it. That was Donna's last Birthday, she had cancer and I had to let her go right after Thanksgiving. Molly and Okra made her last party so special
My dog fatty is our spoiled little baby. We've had him since he was four months and he's such a well behaved boy. So for his first birthday we knew we had to have the best for him. First off, I want to thank you guys for sending those incredible party decorations such as the banner and balloons. He tore the squeekers out of the toy in less than an hour (he does it to all his toys) the cake was perfect and the candle looked so realistic. He slept from 8pm until 8am this morning from all the fun he had for his first birthday yesterday and it was perfect. We definitely will be revisiting this site every birthday. Thank you so much.

I actually sent this cake to Candice for her 14 yr old lab Lucky. He loved it. I was texted after I placed the order about the exact delivery date ( which was spot on) They just keep everything personal & as you can witness on Instagram *******@roofusandkilo. It was delicious.

I order a cake for my dog. I wrote in the details how I want my cake green. I would have been satisfied with green writing. I did not receive what I ordered. I was subscribe to there subscription. I also ordered a month in a half ahead of my delivery date. When I received my cake it was nothing that I asked for. I contacted customer service. They basically said screw me we can't help or change anything it was my fault. I told them I wrote in the details what I wanted. They said we don't look at. So they didn't even read my details box and couldn't contact me back that I need to change the order. Refuse to fix the issue with an unsatisfied order. Don't waste your time! Order somewhere they put customer satisfaction first!

Very helpful. Helped me get a cake in time. Made suggestions and it turned out great! Opened it and it was packaged so cute and the cake and candle were exactly what it looked liked online. I got the peanut butter and she loved it.
I was super pumped to get a custom cake and bow tie for my poodles first birthday. I had ordered the cake 10 days in advanced, and unfortunately it did not arrive on time. Per OKRA&MOLLY policy, they won't refund once it's in the carriers hand, so I'll just have to do a charge back through my bank.
We found Okra and Molly by coincidence and have been ordering ever since. We have 2 dogs and make it a point to order their cakes every em year for their bday. We've tried both flavors and they're always a hit. Our dogs even share with their friends who all love the cake as well. The cakes look amazing too which helps us feel like we're spoiling our Dillon and Darcy who deserve all the spoiling in the world!
This is the second year I've gotten pupcakes from you to celebrate our Barkdays and the dogs love them and I love the care that goes into each package and every lovely cake! Thanks so much for helping me celebrate my pups in yummy style!

I ordered my dog a cake for her birthday and the company got back to me really quick about my questions. They respond back very fast. My cake was delivered earlier than expected which was great and it looked amazing. The dogs thought it tasted great. They gobbled it down! It was a large cake and was well worth the price! I will be ordering from here again and reccomending Okra & Molly to friends and family!
We ordered a a cake for a doggie birthday party and the cake was awesome! All the dogs enjoyed it, it was quite adorable. Will definitely order from here again. We also ordered the balloon toys which my dog loves, the only drawback was the toys arrived after the party :(
My pups absolutely love when their birthdays come around. The cakes come looking SO nice. The dogs sniff the box as soon as it gets delivered. They love the taste. We give it to the dogs for a couple days as they are big. They are a great price. We will always celebrate our dogs birthday with Okra and Molly cake. Thanks for being so great and convenient
I've ordered cakes from okra and Molly for two years now! And I've been happy every time. My dogs love their cakes! And eat every bite! It's always a delight ordering from you guys! The cakes always arrive beautifully and on time!
I ordered a cake for my puppy and was forewarned that there were a few cracks in it and was given a free brownie as well as half my money back without even asking. When the cake came there was only one noticeable crack and if i hadnt been told before hand i probably wouldn't have even noticed. The cake was still very pretty and my dogs loved it!

I ordered a cake a bit last minute, and right before a holiday, and still received my cake the day before I needed it. They were out of the flavor I originally asked for, but they contacted me to let me know. I'm highly impressed with the entire experience, and the cake was superior! Thanks so much for making my Yorkie's 7th Birthday!
I was missing a couple of items and when I contacted them through the email I received, they responded immediately and shipped those items the same day. I will definitely use them again use them again and pass this site on to family and friends
I usually make my own birthday cake for my dog but I was unable to be with her on her birthday so I ordered one. It was above my expectations! Shipping was fast and the quality of the cake was impressive! My dog loved it
I had originally elected to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received a text from them saying they actually could get the cake out to me using regular shipping and they could refund me the cost for the extra shipping I was charged. Awesome!
This was a wonderful surprise birthday present for my dog's 2nd birthday. I understand that this was ordered last minute and Okra & Molly rushed to get it to us on time! Great thanks for that! Sirius loved his cake and I loved the adorable pictures I got to take while he ate it!
I followed the directions on the website when I ordered a cake. It arrived days earlier than it was supposed to. Based on the website and the tag that comes with the cake, it has a shelf life of 2-3 days. When I wrote O&M to explain to them that the cake wouldn't be good for when I needed it and I had followed the websites instructions, they didn't care. I asked for a refund. They said no, then stated that the cake has a 9 day shelf life and that they would no longer respond to my emails. I definitely would not recommend them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order a cake from them for delivery. It is not delivered when it is supposed to be delivered. They don’t give you a refund for their mistake.
As stated several times on the site, cakes are good for at least two days after delivery, regardless if they arrive early or not. Cakes are baked for YOUR delivery date. Please read the site before throwing your dog's cake in the garbage.

Hey, Latwanda, the post office attempted to deliver your package several times and left you notices and 3 days to either remedy your mailbox issue or pick it up at the post office. You did neither of those things and instead sent us a pretty rude email. So no, we didn't respond, as there's simply nothing we can do about access to your mailbox and prefer to not respond to such emails.
