My dog really enjoyed the cake, i was pleased at how fast the cake shipped. And the size was perfect for my beagle. I could also tell how fresh the cake was, by the way it sliced. Thank You Okra & Molly!

I was very satisfied with their service and communicating with them was amazing. They are quick to respond, polite, and very courteous. I would love to order my dogs cake from them next year. I know shipping to Canada takes a little while, but I would definitely pay the shipping costs. Theyre cakes are worth it!

Great communication! I submitted my order and needed to change to delivery date and they were able to change it for me. Then because of weather they had to change how it was delivered and they emailed me to let me know. The cake was the perfect size for Koa and he devoured it.

I did not receive my cake when I was scheduled to receive my cake. I requested that I receive the cake the day before his birthday and did not get it. The next day was my dogs birthday... no cake. I spent 30.79 for cake I did not get and still do NOT have. My fur baby's birthday came and went and he did not have a birthday cake. I emailed the company and sent them a message on their FB account and did not receive a response. NEVER AGAIN!

The pupcake came just when promised and they did a fantastic job getting in contact with me to update me on my order. They even took the weather into consideration and asked whether I wanted part of my order updated. Plus, they took my comments into suggestion and put both colors I requested on the cake. Can't wait to order my next one!

I received my cake fast. Okra and molly helped me get a cake for my boy, Remi. It was absolutely beautiful and he loved it! I will have forever memories with this great cake and him devouring it. You will not be disappointed with the cake or their customer service.

I originally ordered a cake elsewhere & it was ruined when i recieved it. I then found Okra & Molly & figured i'd give one last try for my dog's birthday. The cake was delivered beautifully & my pup loved it. Thank you so much! Will be a return customer for sure!

We ordered our cake for our puppies birthday as per their website direction in order to receive by our puppies special day. Not only did we not receive the cake on the date we had specified we still have not received it and it's been an additional 5 days! We contacted them via email and they said they would send to our hotel as we explained we would be traveling and since it didn't arrive on time would not be home to receive it. They told us they would send another to or hotel and still nothing! Nothing has arrived at our house or hotel! We have not heard any response from them and they have done nothing to assist us! Next complaint will be to my credit card company and BBB.

I ordered a cake for my dog 6 months in advance and I didn't receive it in time, causing me to have to go out and buy a last minute cake from another dog bakery locally. Glad I did because the place I went to was amazing. But when trying to get a refund, I had to FIGHT with the customer service rep about it.

The cake we ordered for our dog's 12th birthday was beyond beautiful and delicious! Thank you Okra & Molly for going the extra mile to make Caroline's birthday extra special and for being so amazing and easy to order from / work with!

I ordered a pupcake for my dog's first adoptiversary and was not sure what to expect. I compared other places and decided on Okra & Molly because their cakes are absolutely beautiful and so creative. When it arrived two days before the day of her adoptiversary, I was absolutely amazed at how gorgeous and well done it was. It held up perfectly even in the summer heat. It was extremely well packaged. The inside is just like a regular cake! My husky devoured it instantly. I love their idea of sending an ID tag, greenies treat, and birthday hat with it! Changing out faded ID tags yearly is a great idea and the greenies treat was a great touch to clean my pups teeth after her cake. Customer service was absolutely spectacular as well. I'll be back to order next year (or maybe next holiday) for sure!

The description said the carob number for the top the cake would be packed in a separate package so it wouldn't melt. I received a text asking what alternative I'd like to have because it's too hot outside and the number would melt. Not what was posted online. In addition, I'm trying to find somewhere on the site to contact them because I wanted to ask if I received the correct size bandana. I ordered large and it's really tiny on my dog. No details of size given on site.On a good note, my dog absolutely loved the cake. It was very cute and the additional dog tag was nice.

It was great! Got my 2 yr old pup a birthday cake & just loved it! We got him PB & apples & once again just loved it. Figured it would last a while but it didnt take him no time to finish it. Thank you Okra and Molly we will order again in the future.

Very impressed with this first order. I was concerned about shipping with the current issues with the USPS and appreciate your openness about possible delays. I chose to pick an earlier delivery date to avoid delays and was very surprised when the cake arrived a day early by UPS. Since it was still 5 days till his birthday, I followed the simple instructions to freeze the cake found online and in the box. I defrosted on his birthday and it was as perfect as the day it arrived. My Nibbler loved it! He tried his best to eat it all. He would take a break and come back for more. I finally put it away, cutting up leftovers for treats. The cake was amazing and really made Nibbler's 15th birthday very special.

We received our pups 2 birthday cakes in PERFECT condition, and absolutely stunning! Our babies devoured their cakes and couldn't stop licking the wrapper! Living in south Florida I thought for sure they'd arrive damaged or melted from the heat, BUT it was completely opposite! The were perfect! Will be purchasing every future pup cake from here! Our FAVORITE doggy bakery ever!

Gracie was extremely excited when the beautiful package arrived. The cake was wrapped so nicely. It was the perfect touch to celebrate her adoptaversary. She loved every bit of her awesome cake down to the last crumb. We were extremely satisfied from start to finish.

I hate writing negative reviews. But I am super bummed (and so is my birthday boy). I ordered this cake for my fur baby OVER a week before his birthday and STILL didn't get it on time. I wanted to give him something special on his 1st bday and ended up having to scramble at the last minute to run out and buy him something else. I wouldn't have spent this much money for this kind of service. Totally not worth it. HOWEVER... I WILL say that the cake was beautifully made and the packaging was cute. IT's possible the postal service is more at fault for this delay, but either way... I'm disappointed. Thank you Okra & Molly. Your cakes are beautiful, but this will be my last oder.: (

I have ordered multiple times from them. Never had a problem until this last order. I bought a 3 tier cake for my baby that's dying. Celebrated his bday early due to his cancer progressing and spreading. I told them I wants it to say Happy 15th Birthday Zeus. Instead I got a cake saying " Happy 6th Gotcha day. Now this is quite a difference. Haven't gotten ahold of anyone for a refund or replacement. Usually I wouldn't care, but it is my boys last few months here on earth and I was taking pics for a quilt I'm having made and it was pretty simple what I asked for. I even let them select the colors ( boy) $64 for a cake that was nothing like what I asked for. I even put in the comment section that he is dying. Very disappointed.

I wasn't home when the cake was delivered so the delivery man dropped it to a pick up site that was closed all weekend. When I received the cake it was moldy…. Not their problem it was a ‘delivery issue'. They hide behind this and are just awful. Save yourself and do not order even if the cakes are pretty!

This is our 2nd cake from Okra and Molly and we are so happy with the order. From the presentation to the quality of the cake everything was great. We ordered the ID tag for both dogs and we love the bright color and the font of their names on the tag. Will definitely recommend and continue to order for celebrations--the kids had a great time celebrating with the pups!

I got the cake the day it said it would be here (a day before my pups bday). My dog is a picky eater but he LOVED this cake. It looked really cute. My only issue was I forgot to take a picture of the cake before he ate it. I will order again for sure.

I reached out to the company to show them a picture of what I got and what I actually wanted to get. Needless to say I wasn't happy about the "art" and they didn't care. I decided to share my experience by writing a review and they had the audacity to reply to my review claiming that because I ordered my cake at the last minute they couldn't guarantee a better quality. What?! I was shocked to say the least! It says a lot about a company the way it responds to unsatisfied customers, JOHN B. Please respond again and show everyone who you really are! Lol.

We were so pleased when our little pumpkin/peanut butter cake arrived for our one-year-old cavapoo pup, Charlotte. Beautifully decorated and personalized - Charlotte seemed to really enjoy the taste. The cake smelled amazing, we were jealous we couldn't try a slice! Thank you, Okra and Molly. :)
