Creo que la adaptacion es el punto de partida para la supervivencia. Y si hablamos en forma comercial, me estaria refiriendo a que es la empresa la que se adapta a las necesidades y caracteristicas de los clientes o usuarios para brindarles un servicio que los mantenga juntos. Empresa+Cliente.
Como punto inicial, creo que deberia recibir los correos en mi idioma. Sé que hay un idioma que esta popularizado y se usa en muchos sitios. Pero asi como es importante tratar a las personas por su nombre, también lo es el idioma que este prefiera. Y un simple traductor, puede ser la solucion para agradar a este creciente número de personas.
