Placed An Order That Said " IN STOCK" Jan 3rd. Waited 3 Wks, Still No Email Being Processed. Cld Them, They Say SPECIAL ORDER FROM AUSTRALIA! Feb 3td, STILL HASN'T BEGAN PROCESSING! I Said To Cxl The Order. He Said He'd TRY!

Absolute rip-off! They shipped the wrong item and told me to pack it up and ship it back AT MY TIME & EXPENSE! No apology from them at all. Worst customer service I have ever heard of.

Oldies.com is a great online spot to shop for "dusties" to shop for their "dusties"! I wish they would expand their selection of artists for contemporary jazz and "old school" soul music!

Not only do you get great artists, great songs but you also get multiple CD's (sometimes up to 10 CD's for the same artist) but for prices between $10 & $15.

I ordered 4 of Cinderella's Heartbreak station limited to 1000 vinyl at $25.10 a pop. After a couple of days, Bernie McCabe sent me an email saying this item is only available in CD format. It clearly stated on their website "Cinderella Heartbreak Station [Light Blue Translucent Vinyl]" so I went back to the website and doubled check and now the price just got jacked up to $56. I emailed him back and said I ordered the vinyl format because there is no such thing as Limited to 1000 to CD format. Also told him, I ordered the vinyl format so I expect to receive the vinyl and not the CD format. A day had passed and then he refunded me the full amount I paid by saying this "again we apologize - we just were informed by the Vinyl buyer that at this time the LP is not Available, truly Sorry for the inconvenience
A total disappointment of course. Will issue a Full Refund to your Pay/Pal acct. Once Again PLEASE accept our apologies, Best Regards. Today I just checked again now the price went back to 25.10 and still on CD format but the link to order is still Cinderella Heartbreak Station [Light Blue Translucent Vinyl]. What a joke hiked the price just like a scalper would do.

I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 business days). I am still waiting. The support people are rude and patronizing.

I Received my two dvds but they Deliberately destroyed the back where the bar code is that I collect DVDs and do not like this I won't buy from them again

It take 2-4 weekw for them to even process your order and ship it out! Horrible service. Dont order from them.

When I order from Oldies.com they seem to always have the music I want and I receive them in very good condition.

I've ordered from oldies.com several times and I've always received my merchandise in a timely manner and their prices can't be beat.

You buy item here slow 2 weeks then they cancel your order and don't have item you order? Bad company worst don't buy from them

I placed an order with Oldies.com on 7/21/14 and did not receive it until 8/7/14 (18 days later), and that was after placing multiple calls to the company to find out what was taking so long. Each time I called I got a different story. I eventually ended up speaking with an utterly useless supervisor named Tim on 8/1/14. He basically told me there was nothing he could do about it, and if I wasn't happy I could call back another time and talk to someone else. (What was he even there for?) I told him I was going to leave a bad review for the company and he basically told me "do what you have to do." He couldn't care less whether or not I was a satisfied customer and did nothing to resolve the problem. He told me someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. Also, when I first placed the order I was overcharged on the shipping and had to deal with that. They did adjust the shipping charge, but it was a pain having to call about it. Incompetent/indifferent customer service reps, being overcharged + slow shipping time = a terrible experience and I will not order from this company ever again.

Update: Dennis, the head of customer service at Oldies.com, called me the day after this bad review was posted and apologized. I reiterated my complaints to him about the slow shipping time and poor treatment by customer service reps there and he said he was sorry for the experience I had and gave me the number of another rep there who he said would handle things for me in the future. However, there won't be a future with Oldies.com. It took a bad review appearing online for them to bother reaching out to me and Dennis offered me nothing for my troubles or as an incentive to shop there again. Words are meaningless without something to back them up, and "sorry" will only get you so far.

Great people, great service, great selection! Always a super job. Keep it up! I have never been disappointed.

I love the "Milestones Of A Legend" jazz anthology they have on this site. A sure quality selection of great jazz musicians.

Does not know customer service! Does not understand pre order definition! Does not know the definition of new! Buyer Beware!

Order some clothes. Did not like once I tried. Refunded at store with no issues. That's called service.
