I purchased an old phone for 600.00, the owner emphasized the rarity and uniqueness of the red screen but sent a phone with a black screen. When I contacted him he was rude and try to defend his change. Supposedly just one phone he carried had the red screen but apparently he's posting one type of phone and sending another, I guess in the hopes you will settle for the less expensive. He did refund my money but his attitude was sorry. Won't deal with him again
The guy does not know what you can and cannot connect to a phone line. I bought a Dialgizmo and failed after 10 months. He claims I had it connected wrong but according to the manufacture there was not an issue with the way it was connected.
Purchase items from oldphoneshop.com and try to return anything wirhin 7 days (unrealistic time frame) they Do NOT answer your calls or emails in a timely manner so you can return the item within the 7 days but, will contact you if you cancel a big order! IRONIC THAT A PHONE SERVICE/PARTS BUSINESS LACKS COMMUNICATION!
