I have a 1908 candlestick phone and a chip on my mouth piece so I ordered from Old Phone Shop there original baseline mouthpiece kellogg. First I ordered on September 28th and didn't recieve until October 6th. So where is the 3 day shipping guarantee? Also it is not the original piece for the phone. My chipped mouthpiece has alot of medal in it and rim. This so called original much lighter, cheaper and like plastic. Misleading. When I complained Mark said it's New Old Stock. Made in 1930s. Well I was expecting an ORIGINAL like mine. Then he offers me one like mine for $95. I stated this mouthpiece is not what I wanted and wanted only an original piece not some cheap replacement. After lengthy unfriendly emails said I could ship it back. Hey I'm not paying for return shipping also when this was misleading description and not satisfied. Heard nothing back. He was over a week late shipping to me and too cheap to return item. I'm a disabled Veteran a d senior and stated that. Sure I'm no phone expert but from the ad description thought I was getting an ORIGINAL replacement not a 30s plastic cheap piece. Most reputable companies would honor that but this one obviously not. More interested in their business than customers. Be careful when or if you order and expect unfriendly upsetting experience. It rather have my mouthpiece even with a chip than this cheap immitation on my phone. At least it's ORIGINAL. Oh he likes to turn thing's around stating it's an original new old stock. Where's that in the ad Mr. Old Phone Guy.

I purchased an old phone for 600.00, the owner emphasized the rarity and uniqueness of the red screen but sent a phone with a black screen. When I contacted him he was rude and try to defend his change. Supposedly just one phone he carried had the red screen but apparently he's posting one type of phone and sending another, I guess in the hopes you will settle for the less expensive. He did refund my money but his attitude was sorry. Won't deal with him again
