Hi, I have spent a ton of money@ OMB warehouse, short summary, I did not receive 1 order and they said since it was marked delivered there was nothing they could do, so I call fedex and they told me to wait 2 business days for them meaning fedex to go over my order to try to discover what happened, so I waited very patiently after waiting almost 1 month for OMB to send out my order, so fedex told me that they had marked my shipment as untraceable/ lost for me to contact the shipper meaning me contact OMB warehouse to have them reship my package because fedex was refunding my money for that order to OMB warehouse, so now I'm contacting OMB warehouse and OMB warehouse is ignoring my email, now I'm very upset, I spent a lot of money. I don't want a refund I just want my package, OMB warehouse is the WORST company I have ever delt with, OMB basically got paid from me then they took the money again from fedex and ignored me, what really sucks is I was doing this build with my son to have father son time and to teach my son how to work on his bike and OMB WAREHOUSE treated us like dirt, my son is really sad that he spent his own hard earned money on parts he never even received, now I have to find a different place to buy from, because OMB will not respond to me, even ERIC won't email me back. These people ARE NOT TOP NOTCH WHAT SO EVER.
