The painters known as Aus Bee Tong don't speak a lot of English, but they are pretty handy with a paint brush! While they get on with the job of painting, Andrew, another member of the team is careful to ask questions, explain procedures and to ensure that the painters understand exactly what you want. Here's how you could improve... close down. I used you to get a person to do decking, painting, fence and much more. The person you sent was absolutely useless. I complained to you and you dodged the situation. Luckily I got rid of him shortly after he started before he completely wrecked my place. I lost $3,000 deposit on this incompetent 'handyman' and it's been a while. Anybody who sees the 'work' would swear it was done by children. In the meantime my place looks rather nasty from the street. I felt totally ripped off and have been reticent to get the work re-done due to being 'gun-shy' with trades people and various personal matters that have cropped up.
These sites exist for one thing $$$
They don't really care for the poor tradie who pays to join unless pay the premium rate as a preferred/recommended tradie.
Even less satisfaction for many of the people using these sites. Poor workmanship, overcharging and then having to pay again to have rectification work carried out.
There's no loyalty and no real satisfaction for tradies who kid themselves they are self employed on these sites.
The fact is thee is less than a 30 % chance of a satisfactory result with any service providing site.
Put it this way - if these sites were so safe, and offered the answer for finding good tradies why don't the Strata Managers, Property managers, Insurance Companies, Schools and big businesses use thes sites?
Risk is the answer. So before you get sucked in think it over

Very simple, When there ARE jobs available and if you are quick enough you have a chance but if you are a really busy person it will just not work for you. Speed and some customer service is all it takes but not everyone has the time so if you don't like gambling don't use this as if you are not engaged you will not succeed here. Great for a new business with a good idea but be willing to stick it out.
Very pleased with this service. Got many quotes within an hour of posting my ad. It was easy to compare quotes within the industry for the job and I was able to make an informed decision before selecting the business I wanted to choose.

Unless you plan on passing on the cost of the absurd plans or cost per quote on to your clients, don't bother signing up to this site. To add insult to injury you will be charged sending a quote even if the customer doesn't accept it.

I have used one flare a few times and very happy with it. Love the fact people ring me. I am very busy and last time I submitted my request on a Saturday and someone came and did a quote on Sunday and work completed Monday.
We would like to Thank Marc from "Do Maintenance" for doing a Professional painting job in our New house in Eden Beach. They are Efficient and clean up after the job is complete. Marc even helped by suggesting a better paint for a better price, then we were planning on using.
I was looking repair of my hot water but they wanna sell new one.
One was saying $120 then changed is mind to 180. Still was not sure if he can fix it.
I asked him to give me idea of max i have to pay but u fix it today.he said if unitroll is faulty. He won't do it.

I made the unfortunate mistake of contracting someone through OneFlare, following an onsite inspection of the property (fence job). Despite a deposit being paid within 24 hours of receipt the work was very slow and sloppy. Despite the onsite inspection an additional request for $660 dollars was made and again, within 24 hours I paid this. This claim was for stump grinding. This never happened. I requested reimbursement for the money paid for the stump grinder (at least), given it was not used at my property. This has not occurred. Despite efforts made by Support at OneFlare communication has halted. This has been an appalling experience that has caused me a lot of emotional stress and financial cost.

The team was really flexible and accommodating in helping us get set up with the platform. We've found the product to be terrific value and a great general experience (and we've tried all the other platforms other there!)
The Tree Mechanic removed 5 Cocos palms and one cotton palm. Quoted a reasonable price. Had good communication. Were careful not to damage any of the retic, surrounding plants and the neighbours plants. Cleaned up after the job, cut and stacked on the verge as required by Joondalup City Council.
I have used Oneflare since 2014 and by far outshines all other platforms. Oneflare offers quality leads, allows a maximum of 3 quotes per job is not a spec work or competition site like many others.
Oneflare leads are regular, allowing a designer like myself opportunities - sustainably.
I have tried many - and I mean many sites, globally and locally - Oneflare is the best and I recommend it.
Give Oneflare a go and see the difference - there is no comparison.

I have now had two good experiences with Oneflare. I have requested a quote abd businesses have replied almost immediately. It makes comparing quotes easy and I have been completely satisfied with the businesses I have eventually chosen and recommended them to friends and family too.
When are you going to stop ripping Tradies off. You overcharge on poor quality leads. You make no effort to screen them. You treat the Tradies with sheer contempt. Yet we are the ones who pay your wages. The customers don't pay to use One Flare. We do.
But we are shown no respect at all. My email correspondence is always ignored. Despicable and rotten to the core is how I describe the joke that is One Flare.
If I can stop just one Tradie from signing up with One Flare and wasting his or her money, I can say I have done a good service.

I received calls and emails within hours of entering my details.
All the contenders were interested and spent time understanding what I want.
They were knowledgeable and experienced and were able to provide a quote within a reasonable timeframe.
All they do is put fake jobs and send those as leads to all the registered traders, charge money to all traders and nobody gets the job. Fraud business. They will charge you for 20 fake leads and then award you a small job worth few dollars to keep you going and show that portal actually works.

We can assure you that this is not the case - every job request that comes through is checked for validity to ensure it is real, and then it is sent out to nearby businesses as a lead. However, there is the possibility that the customer chooses to go with another business that has quoted on the same job, and in that case, the other businesses have not won that job. There are some cases where the customer doesn't see a quote that a business has sent and paid for, or the customer no longer needs the job done. In that instance, it is possible to have the quote refunded to you.

Received 3 quotes within hours of posting my work request. Of the 3 quotes received 2 came on site the next day to view the site before submitting quote and the other supplier had previously provided work and was familiar with the site. The successful supplier completed the work required the following morning. All up from submitting quote request to the work getting completed was about 3 days. Excellent outcome, professional supplier and completed on time and at the right price. Oneflare is the most convenient way of procuring services and saved me all the leg work.
Oneflare has being more then great for my business. Once you work on your profile and make sure you get good reviews for your work, it becomes much easier getting leads. This is where the paid subscription comes in. With a good profile and paid subscription my profile is featured for up to 25 suburbs that I choose. This really does boost the leads you get.
Very important to understand, you have to put in work. Don't just subscribe to Oneflare and expect leads to fall on your lap. You have to work on your profile and be quick to quote and follow up when you get leads.
I have used Oneflare two times and both times have been disappointed. The first time I put a job for the repair of a TV and had zero replies. This time I wanted my carpet steam cleaned. I placed the job, a man rang and gave a reasonable quote. We booked a date and he gave me his phone number. He was to ring and confirm the time, I never heard from him. I rang the number that he gave me for three days, no answer, and he never showed up. I wrote an email and sent to Oneflare and advised them and have had no response to my email. What can I say!

I have been a valuable customer with oneflare and I signed up for gold plan, due to health emergency, My credit got expired for almost $300.00 If I am buying a credit, the credit should stay in my account even if I dont use it.
I am very dissapointed with their policy and I would highly reccomend to refund that credit or else I am closing my account.

I used Oneflare to get a gardener in and 3 gardeners responded to my request almost immediately. We got 2 of them out to quote and they were prompt to come out to my place and quote. I couldn't have been happier with the response. It took the pressure off me to try and contact gardeners personally. I just didn't have the time and energy to do that.
