I purchased tickets to Greece and Italy before the pandemic hit. They proceeded to leave me on hold for more than 50 hours over the next two years, and refuse to refund my money, or give me a credit. The few bits of information I got our of them was that the airline, Iberia, refused to respond. Well, Iberia said the same about them. I saved for 5 years for that trip. My brother in law passed, and i needed a reasonable flight, a friend of my sisters flew from Orlando Florida, and used one travel, and shared info with me so I could look into flights with them.In doing so they basically set everything up, and all went well|:-) what impressed me the most is a little over a week, they gave me a follow up call, to to see how my experience was, and a lady sara was so sweet, compassionate, and friendly, that it really touched my heart:-)I would definatly recommend them to others:-)

Setting up my trip online was so easy I kept going back thinking I had missed a step. However everytime I went over my plans they were all in order. Then when I traveled I felt like they knew I was coming every thing went as smooth as melted butter. I could not have been happier. Considering it was a quick trip I really needed everything to go without a hitch. One travel is A number 1 in my book. Thank you

This company is really a mess. Still trying to get my money back from their mistake.

I have spent 6 plus hours trying to straighten out mistakes they made in my first simple reservation. I have waited on hold for 20 mins to an hour 5 times only to be place on hold again three times I then haf my call mysteriously cut off. The other two times I was told the problem would be taken care of and they would send me an email. Not email ever came in. It has not been taken care of. Was promised if I gave them my number a customer served rep would follow up in a couple hours. Never have had them call me back. The company suggests you use the website. I went through web chat--entered information with them and never got a response from the agent. This truly is insane. I can see how they would make money by folks simply giving up. I would suggest you not do business with these folks as they are really not running a business.

My husband bought a ticket from one travel and when he called to the airline to confirm the day and fly, the airline told him he doesn't have any reservation! He had to call the agency to fix that problem, that took one day talking with people from India or Pakistan who you barely understand what they said and try to get everything done, at last he could fly the day that he was schedule, but 2 days before his return he did the same, called to confirm and guess what? The airline told him he doesn't have any reservation either! Uff another day wasted on the phone find to fix that, instead of enjoy his vacation! So with this terrible and horrible experience will never, ever going to buy any ticket again! This agency should be close

Everything was straightforward to do on your booking site. It was easy to use the booking and to select which flight I wanted to choose, you made it very easy for me to understand.

We seem to be not discussing the same point, we are happy for the flight cost to be deferred at a later date, when things get back to normal (whenever that will be)
However, what concerns us, is you charged us a cancellation fee, when the airline Malindo had stopped all flights, which was out of our control, so please return the cancellation money you withdrew out of our bank... this would resolve our dispute with you.

I am having a really bad experience with this company. Due to an illness I had to cancel my ticket. From the moment I tried to cancel my ticket its(April 22nd), I can honestly say that dealing with one travel agents was frustrating and unproductive. Their customer service skills are poor and incompetent. Even though I have purchased travel protection insurance, I am still trying to find out who the insurance provider is. Very disappointing! I will never use this website again.

Had to travel from trinidad w. I. to manchester england and needed the most cost effective solution. Comparing it with all the others expedia, cheapoair, google flights etc. One travel gave the the best route and had no trouble connecting through JFK using 2 airlines. Site was easy to use and got an extra savings with a promo code that was a plus. Lots of filters which I used and I felt like a travel agent. Would definetely use again and recommend.

They don't offer the service they promise. Customer service never contacts you even when they promise to within 24 hrs. They have yet to resolve my issue. Waiting hold is long and when you finally connect, the line disconnects or they can't help you. Bad customer service. Very bad experience. Check other reviews and fraud activity. If you write a review on their page, they remove it and only leave positive feedback for everyone to see. They are coming fraud and unfair advertisement.

After booking my flight, they gave me a confirmation e ticket with a pending status, no customer service who can take your call since my flight was coming up, no ticket number confirmation privided, will put you in hold forever, even the virtual agent stops replying. RUN AWAY! DO NOT USE! Write a bad review so nobody will be scammed in the future. Ended up booking at the airline directly. No to one travel
