Horrible

This is the worst company to ever use to buy airfare tickets. The representatives are all incompetent and can't even speak English. They are not helpful and are on the other side of the world and can't get a reservation correct nor understand English. It's ridiculous that this company ruins a vacation before it even begins

If you're looking for a convenient easy booking experience One Stop is for you! From start to finish all of my needs were met from start to finish It was a breeze! I even was able to book the exact seat I desired both coming and going and it was virtually effortless! I highly recommend using one stop for your travel needs!

I found OneTravel on-line. Searching for the best flight options for my recent vacation.
They were quick and easy to use and I found a direct flight for a good price. My flights also went off without a hitch and it was nice to get email notices from OneTravel on updated check-in and flight status. Thanks!

Air Fair quoted in $Canadian on the website and charged in $US converted in Canadian with out notice. Only found out when I got charged on my VISA.
Canadian website gets redirected to us site and be careful how you are charged.
I think this is a scam - lost out approx $1000 CAD! For 2 tickets.

They often give some of the best deals to travel. Personally I find this site really convenient and helpful as I travel often out of the country and the offers they have are the ones that I find. OneTravel.com has been my go to page for a while now and they have never let me down.

I don't see myself looking for the best deals anywhere else, this is the place to go.

Horrible web sight to work

Horrible web sight to work. Popup constantly the site did not give me an option for luggage for return trip so booking it separately at a later time cost me money and time. I could
not do it on the sight where it says add luggage so I had to sit on hold to have a representative add it for me at a higher cost. Very unsatisfied

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Flights were cancelled due to Covid-19, they will charge you USD35 per person for contacting airlines in advance. Bought two tickets for USD$1246, but they tell me that my credit is only $521, not sure what currency they are talking about and how many persons they are talking about. Refund still remains mysterious. Can't trust them

I dont think enough is done for families with small children. They are too much hidden fees. You book the flight then you have to pay for seats and bags and have to choose between a stroller or car seat for an infant and this is only said after fees are paid. This is very insensitive.

Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for the opportunity to pre-assign your seats. You can also wait until you check in for your flight and the airline will then assign seats for what is available at that time. This is an airline policy that we, as an agency, have not voice in. We regret any inconvenience.

Awesome, I have been using One Travel for 6yrs now and love it. Booked flights, hotels, and car rentals from Fl to Cali. Always the best rates. When I picked up my car the lady workin, said "Wow, you gotta good rate".

I continually got hung up on when asking to speak to Customer Service, was disconnected when I tried to chat and was eventually overcharged. My credit card company will back me up, but this is not a place to work with. They are TERRIBLE. I spent hours trying to clear things up and had to pay them a service fee of $10 for no service at all.

Not a good company

They were happy to be the intermediary for booking, when they would make money. But when I was denied entry to a country and needed to find out if I could get a refund, they were no longer interested in being the intermediary. First they didn't respond, then they referred me to the airlines. I won't be using onetravel again.

Actually is a long story, is totally a terrible experience with
Their customer service.
I book the ticket through one travel,
The name order is wrong,
I called the customer support, and they
Said name change is not permitted, and they can't help me change it
According to China airline policy. So i call the china airline, they said onetravel
Has responsibility to help me change it, they have total control on it.
Then i call back one travel, their attitude is so bad, i talk to several persons
And they said transfer me to other person which can solve this(actually they dont want to help me), when this person appears, she still says they can't change, and i said the airline already told me you have control on this. Then they hang off my phone. Oh my god... so bad, i feel so angry. Finally, there is a person help me, and said already contact with the airline, ask me to wait, then no more call back...

We used onetravel for the first time last summer to book an international trip. The prices were great, and the service was accommodating, especially when the rental car company tried to charge us in euros. Onetravel refunded the difference. Thought we'd try them again this summer. When we booked, thinking we'd found a good price, after filling out all the information, just before our credit card was to be charged, we got the following "alert": The price for this ticket has changed.

What? And, the new price was $1200 PER TICKET higher. We called, and the operators were rude and not accommodating. So, we waited a couple of weeks, same tickets appeared, and we tried again. We called again - same result. We booked with a REAL company. Don't use this "bait and switch" online ripoff.

In April I was trying to find a website to help me book my round trip air fare from Dallas to Phoenix. I was not having much luck until I saw One Travel. It was very easy to navigate the site. I found the flights I wanted and the price was excellent. I believe One Travel has more airline choices than I have seen elsewhere. The whole experience was very positive.

Want to know how to lose 3000 dollars? Book a flight with onetravel and forget to check that they have your name right. My name is Edward Nichols, not Nichols Edward, but that is how they put it on my reservation. Nichols Edward, really? No one there speaks English? Since I did not change it within 24 hours, (I thought it was just reversed as many sight do), and the government will not let you change the name on a plane ticket nor can you use the ticket without your real name on it. These venal trout took me for the whole price of the ticket. They wouldn't give me any option but to cancel, eat the price of the ticket, and invite me to book with them again. I wonder how many people actually do that? I booked straight through another airline, American, on their website, for the same price. Thanks onetravel.com. I will forward this review to the travel website that referred me to you. Have a nice life.
