Amazing service with a very professional team. The whole process went smoothly. Honestly, I can't remember anything about it being too complicated. I definitely recommend it.

I called several offices seeking to ask a single question within my divorce, Online Divorce called me back, unlisted, charged me $139 for a consultation which I never recieved, and in the end would not answer my question, instead only offering to charge me more money to fill out forms I had already acquired for free from the court house.

I was using OntarioOnlineDivorce which is their daughter site. It's useless.

You are going to fill in a few answers like your name and what you want. Then it will be auto-filled into some documents and then you will be sent 70-80 pages of every possible form you can imagine.

You will then be given instructions "fill in the forms"

But you are going to have to sort through them all yourself to figure out which ones you even need. I just completed the process somewhere else and now know that they didn't even provide you will all the needed forms.

Don't try and ask for your money back either, the second you talk with them and see the forms you have "used their service and therefore wave your right to a refund" So the guaranteed satisfaction they promise requires you to just glance at their website, pay and then decide to change your mind.

Ontario government offers a free website that walks you through everything with great instructions. Just go there and they will help you through everything that this website promised you...

I had a straightforward divorce with no property or children, and they could not get the paperwork right. It was rejected by the courts 6 times until I finally figured it out myself. My divorce is done and they still sent paperwork to complete thinking it was open. It took over a year to complete my paperwork no thanks to them. I've reached out to address the issues with them and I got just the response I expected. They offered no resolution and their rebuttal didn't even make sense. They are so incompetent that they think they sent me paperwork last week when really they sent me that paperwork in May and I've finalized my divorce since then. Their customer service is not helpful at all and even though they put you on for 10 minutes so they can read your file, they still have no clue what is going on with your case or how to fix the problems they created. I would definitely avoid especially if your divorce is friendly. Just go get a mediator and getting it done quicker and easier than this company can.

So far the application was easy to use. Waiting to see what the papers look like and how the filing process goes. Cross my fingers it goes quick! Also noticed some things that should be improved.

Good to use if divorce is straight forward. The amount of emails, texts, pops ups and calls asking to upgrade is a little annoying. I had to say "no" 7 times.

Thank you for your service. I feel like there should have been a section where I could explain in better detail the grounds of annulment... I separated from my spouse because he was not who I thought I married and I found out he was using drugs. He was gone almost every night until anywhere up to 7 a.m. and he said he was at work but he was not at work but out getting high. I have tried contacting him since we separated and he ignores my texts and phone calls. When I did get hold of him from a new phone number he told me never to call him again. I do not want any money from him and we had no children together. He had two of his own children from previous relationships and I have one child from a previous relationship. I just want an annulment so that I can leave the heartache and pain he caused me behind. I am a full-time student and I will graduate from Friends University with my Bachelors in Psychology in May 2019. I work hard to raise my daughter and I do not want to live the lifestyle my spouse was living. Once we married he seemed to quit caring and would rather be gone at night getting high. I did not expect this to happen, but I am glad it happened only a month into our marriage and not years later. My heart is broken but I have a daughter who looks up to me and I have to be strong for her.

I picked onlinedivorce because of their prices but was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the service I received! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone going through a divorce.

I had to use the papers designed by Washington County Circuit Court in Tennessee. So I spent money for nothing. If you could please refund my money I would appreciate it.

I have asked that my fee be returned due to Tennessee not allowing me to use them, but it has not been refunded.

In general, I really liked this site. It was very easy to use, and it prepared my documents quickly. Best of all, the court accepted my papers, and now my divorce is over.
